In the second email, he stated they would not negotiate price or timeline, called me a poor fit, and canceled my proposal in their system -- all without any constructive dialogue. I have no doubt their crew may do solid installation work. But the sales/customer experience is the first impression of how a company will handle problems. If asking questions before signing a contract leads to this kind of response, I'm not confident they'd handle a warranty issue or installation concern any better. I chose to work with a different company. Recommend doing the same if you value being treated like a customer. ============July 2026 - updated after the owner responded====== The business owner is either naivly misinformed or wants to hide facts. They are wrong and I have attached all proof for readers to judge for themselves I left this review hoping the owner would reach out, understand what happened, and use it as constructive feedback. Instead, the response doubled down without verifying the facts. Daniel, with respect -- you were either misguided or too quick to take your team's side without doing your homework. Either way, dismissing a customer's experience without investigation is not customer-first service, and that is a miss. To be fair -- response times were prompt. Those are two different things. Owner claimes I asked for discount. 2. Instead of answers, the first response mocked me for doing research. The second canceled the proposal for "asking too much." 4. I had gotten estimate for repair work on my roof from another roofing company, the estimate from Roofing Services Now was a little higher but Luis stated he could do the work now, so I opted for getting the work done ASAP, he did a professional job. Now to see if it was a good job will need to have another wind blower like what happened last week but for now, the roof is sealed and ready for the rains forecast to happen this weekend. I give the company 5 stars. Oh, I forgot to add that Luis did say that normally a patch work repair like mine usually doesn't come with a warranty but he did give me one, which is another reason I give this company 5 stars, thanks. He also noticed that I was a veteran and gave me a military discount, I forgot to ask. I always try to support companies who support people who served in the military. read more

I had a need for a roof repair and didn't really know who to call (trust) with my need. I ready many reviews and did my due diligence. I decided on Roofing Services and reached out to them. They were responsive to my needs and Louis was on-time to our initial appointment and after accessing my roof (which he made a video) to show me the condition my roof was in (no charge). His bid was reasonable and he returned to fix my roof (this wasn't a complete roofing replacement) but to replace some shingles that a recent storm had blown off. Louis was easy to work with (including his office staff). I had a roof leak near the chimney that I had "fixed" by another contractor in the past but the leak came back about a month later. They never answered my calls and ghosted me. I found Roofing Services Now on Yelp and they were so professional from the start. From the first call they assured me that one of their specialties is roof leak repairs. I had them come out for an inspection and long story short, they were able to fix it within the same week. That was about a year ago from the day of this review. Before they worked on the flashing between my fiberglass roof and my shingle roof, I always had water leaks onto my patio. Robert helpfully climbed up, took a look and quickly saw that the problem was a drain clog, which he fixed, and since we were good customers charged us nothing for the work.
