The owner stated he'd make it right and fix it. He came out a couple of times with no resolve. He kept having to bring other installers to check his work and try to fix it. They couldn't. Then he told me the way to fix it was to redo it and that wasn't under the warranty! It was never correctly installed! Then I'm the bad guy for wanting it corrected. He promised me so many things and when called on it, it wasn't covered. He promised sod for the wrong drainage. He promised a guard to slow the flow of drain. It was all bs! He thought I'd forget the promises which I would've if it worked properly. Then he told me : I've been out there about 4 times (maybe more than that) just to fix and please your needs. Your system is installed correctly as you can see water flowing out of the downspouts and when I was on your roof there was no still water, sometimes the facia or the foundation of the house can be off and still mess with the slope of the gutter and that's out of my control. I don't really mind about your review or what it has to say nor does that scare me. I've had customers before you and will have many after you and I won't continue to break my back over every little detail that you would like even after you wanted a big chunk taken off the price. None of the gutters were actually under the drip guard and there was a lot of wood rot on the facia. There was also a lot of mold accumulated. The previous owners obviously went with a cheap company and it showed. Tim came out and gave us an estimate and explained the entire process in great detail. He was able to match the color if the gutter to our existing metal roof. He also kept in contact with us, to let us know when the installation would begin. The installers, James and John, came over for several days and always called before they came to let us know when they would be arriving. They showed up on time and ready to work. The quality of their work was outstanding and I tested the roof by spraying water on it and the gutters worked extremely well, just as advertised. Not one leak.
