Guthrie Gutters is by far one of the best companies I have ever dealt with across home services…read more Jordan, who's the owner, was referred to me by another reputable gutter company because they could not do the installation in time. They explained that they wouldn't just refer their own customers to anyone and that they were willing to stake their own reputation and guarantee Guthrie Gutters would do a great job. I am so glad I took their recommendation because the service I received and the final product went well beyond my expectations. I dealt with Jordan each step of the way from the initial estimate to the final walkthrough. He showed nothing but honesty and integrity in all our dealings. I received multiple quotes from other companies and their pricing was by far the most affordable but also the most transparent. Jordan made sure to detail exact quantities and exact pricing. That may not seem like much but other companies sold systems whereas Jordan made sure I knew what I was getting and what exactly I was paying for. As far as the quality of the work. Jordan explicitly stated that the job is not done until he said it was done. It definitely felt that he cared more about the gutter installation than I did paying attention to every single detail. I wish I could give Guthrie Gutters more than 5 stars because that's what they deserve. I'm so thankful to Jordan and his crew.

However, I have learned through many bad experiences, that you get what you pay for. The previous company that installed the gutters did it incorrectly. None of the gutters were actually under the drip guard and there was a lot of wood rot on the facia. There was also a lot of mold accumulated. The previous owners obviously went with a cheap company and it showed. Tim came out and gave us an estimate and explained the entire process in great detail. He was able to match the color if the gutter to our existing metal roof. He also kept in contact with us, to let us know when the installation would begin. The installers, James and John, came over for several days and always called before they came to let us know when they would be arriving. They showed up on time and ready to work. The quality of their work was outstanding and I tested the roof by spraying water on it and the gutters worked extremely well, just as advertised. Not one leak. I would highly recommend GutterMaxx for anybody needing good quality gutters, installed by professional, friendly, and very courteous employees.
