The recent heavy rains have further confirmed the repairs done by the Gutter Tech crew actually fixed the abhorrent installation done by the original gutter installers. I spoke to the owner a few times. He seems like a nice man trying to provide a service. I was looking to have my existing gutters worked on. I did encounter some issues though. I was supposed to have someone come out to give an estimate but didn't show up until a few days later with no notice and therefore, I was not around. There was also confusion on the estimates which we had to go back and forth a few times. After accepting the estimate, I was waiting on scheduling to let me know when they were planning to do the work. They showed up unexpectedly when I was not around. We then rescheduled and they arrived as scheduled. The two guys who showed up appeared to do decent work but were unable to reach an area which needed attention. If I would have known they would not be able to get to that area, I would have likely sought someone else who was able to reach the area. Based on the estimate (as I stated, was confusing), I thought they would do a lot more than they did. They worked for a much shorter period of time than I anticipated, and I thought the charge was excessive for the amount of work done and the time it took to do it. It averaged over $300 per hour (that included only $40 in supplies). I had also been told a minimum charge for smaller jobs and then I was told a higher figure when I received my invoice. read more

I got three bids from local reputable gutter installation companies and they gave me the best bid and were able to start our job within a reasonable timeframe. Our gutters were full of leaves and dirt and I couldn't make time to clean. So I called Gutter Tech and they came out and did an inspection and next day gave me an estimate. Once I approved the bid, they were out the next day and cleaned and installed a screen to protect it from happening again. They were done in a couple hours and cleaned up after they were done. I am very impressed with how professional and how they paid attention to detail on their work. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their gutters. read more

5 out 5 on our Gutter install. They installed new rain gutters and downspouts on each side of our house and splash guards. The install took less than 4 hours and the crew cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. The only negative was we were on schedule but I didn't get confirmation until day of which was no big deal as I had planned on them being here for the install. read more

Had a large tree limb fall on my metal roof and damage 30+ feet of 5" K-Style gutter. Gutter Tech responded to my call in a timely fashion. Rick came out and provided an estimate for the work that I found was reasonable. Ramon and his crew showed up the next week and knocked the job out in about an hour. Brad, the owner, came to the house and looked at the storm damage. Told me what work needed to be done. In my case some of the wood behind the gutter had gotten moldy and needed to be replaced. He included that work in his estimate. His estimate was to replace the damaged gutters with the same style and color as the original. Also replace and paint the wood that had gotten moldy. I agreed to his price and his crew came out on the day they had told me and took off the damaged parts and replaced them with the new. He even included a corner riser piece, which my original gutters didn't have, to reduce the spillage. Once done the gutters looked like they had never been damaged. They matched the color and style and cleaned up. If I have any more damaged gutters I will call Gutter Tech first. read more

Additionally, I asked for a small modification to the original plan which required the installers to return to my home after the agreed upon work was complete. They did so promptly, without complaint, and made the change free of charge a few days later. I had already paid for the original work on the day of installation and was impressed that Gutter Tech returned so promptly after having already been paid. We gave Gutter Tech a shot and put off ordering from a highly rated company because the salesman from Gutter Tech promised he was qualified and much cheaper. After a week of delays he finally showed up and went on and on about how difficult our job was . Three days later we had to keep asking for our estimate he finally gave us a bid twice as much as the highly rated company. Don't waste your time with these guys like I did. Just move on. read more

We contacted Brad at Gutter Tech for an estimate on gutters for our new home. Rick was punctual and thorough with the estimate and gave us a reasonable estimate. We have an HOA and needed approval and Brad gave us freedom to wait for the HOA to approve the work. Brad and the guy that came out today did a wonderful job of installing our new gutters. I needed to have a large section of gutter replaced since the builder did not use one continuous piece and the gutter leaked. I called Gutter Tech and they came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate and also pointed out some other improvements (larger downspouts, which were needed). Several weeks later their crew showed up and did the work we agreed to. Long story short, these guys are great! Looking for a gutter company look elsewhere don't waste your time with these guys. This company has failed to perform the job in a professional manner or correct the mistake they made. They took property that was never returned, damaged the fence leaving the property. All caught on video and have yet to correct their mistake or make an effort to resolve. Very difficult to deal with, unreasonable and unprofessional.
