Gutter wizards! I have no idea how but this was literally the best experience I've had with a home project. I had two other bids and MP was by far the lowest. Ana was easy to talk to and had everything under control. I had to delay my project by a few weeks and they were perfectly able to adapt to that without any consequence. My project included the entire backside of my house, painted to the trim color, with two downspouts, one leading to a rain barrel. They were incredibly efficient in the installation, not only were they on time, when they knocked on my door, they had already unloaded and were ready to go. I said I'd meet them in the backyard, and by the time I got back there they were already measuring to cut. Unfortunately, they had to leave before the rain barrel arrived so they asked me to give them measurements of the barrel with that information they put the downspout in that jetted out to where the barrel would be. Loe and behold, the barrel fit perfectly underneath their downspout. All of this was done within an hour! Incredible. Gutters look great too with absolutely no seems. Their price was extremely good -- I had had quotes for three times what they charged, though there's wasn't the lowest; I had one quote that was so low I doubted the quality of the materials and installation, but chose Anna and Jose because of their character and concern that I get the best possible product. Their prices were quite a bit cheaper than the other two bids we got, and the gutters look great. They're not super professional. I think their phone number is just a personal cell phone, so they just answer with a "hello" and you kind of wonder if you called the right number.
