The pricing was a fantastic value, and the installation was very quick and professional. They left no debris on-site, which is rare, and they arrived promptly. We would not hesitate to refer them or work with the company again. There are some caveats. This is a small business, and as such, it can be difficult to connect with the owner. They also do not take payments online. Since they are close to my home, I was easily able to drop off a check. Update. Took awhile, but it finally came to my attention that one of the downspouts had been installed incorrectly. It was positioned so that the water would puddle around the bottom of the wood column instead of flowing down the driveway as originally discussed. Oops. Contacted Jesus and he said he'd take care of it. The part had to be ordered and it took a couple of weeks to come in, but he took care of it. No prompting needed. It just got done. Definitely the best in town! After the torrential downpour in May that killed all our new landscaping, we went ahead and got gutters. We went with Discount Rain Gutters and they were awesome! They did a fantastic job for us even coming back to install our rain barrels because the barrels didn't come in on time. From the time I submitted the online request to the time I had my rain barrels installed, it was a fantastic experience. I got a call within a day of submitting my request online and we were able to schedule based on my schedule. The estimator provided us information about the material and was super helpful in selecting colors and making sure the gutters worked for our design. They were patient while we got other bids and made a decision. The other bids were pretty close, but they were the most adorable for what we got, to the other cheap folks in town, but these guys had the best service so we went with them. On the day of the installation, they showed up early and got the job done fast! It looks awesome! I told the guys that I didn't have the rain barrels yet and they said no problem to just call them when they came. I decided that this was the year that I did the needed upgrades to my home. One of those upgrades was rain gutters. I called many places and had several companies come out to my home to do estimates - crazy experience with all 'kinds' of people. However, when I called Discount Rain Gutters, Jesus and his crew were both awesome and comforting! The person he sent out to do the estimate was very professional, friendly, and even discussed ways I could save some money. I also wanted rain chains added for aesthetic reasons. He actually encouraged me to look on the web for rain chains as there would be so many other options. He also recommended the 6" gutters as they would both work and look better. I also wanted leaf guards placed all the way around the house as well. I had my tentative install date ... however, when I spoke to Jesus one day, they had moved up my install date to a couple weeks earlier, which was GREAT! His crew came and installed the gutters, leaf guards, and placed the rain chains where I wanted them and it truly looks GREAT! I called on a Thursday and spoke to a woman for an estimate and was asked to text address. She said that they would get back with me on Friday or Monday. We'll they are a little slow or loose with the truth because I didn't get text for an appointment until the following Thursday. A call would have been nice. Jesus and his crew stayed true to everything I saw in their Yelp reviews. My home had existing gutters that the previous homeowner had done himself. They had seams that leaked, overflowed (Jesus explained this was due to being undersized for my roof area/pitch), and the downspouts were poorly located contributing to drainage problems in my yard. I had previously looked into getting them replaced but always balked at the cost. I happened upon Jesus on Yelp and figured it didn't hurt to get another quote. He came out that same day and was full of ideas/advice and drew up a great design on the fly. Then he quoted me a great price. I was a bit concerned that moving to a larger gutter would not be as asthetically appealing but Jesus assured me it would look great and gave me addresses of other homes he had done so I could see the finished result. Today the Discount Rain Gutter crew came out and in around 4 hours my old gutters were gone and new ones installed. They were extremely professional and cleaned up their work area completely.
