Our house came with gutters on the front and back but not on the sides. After every heavy rain, it would cause the soil on the sides to be washed away, causing deep trenches near the foundation which made us nervous. Called Xellent, and Jesus was easy to deal with and scheduled us right away. The crew came on time, in spite of a flat tire (!), and worked quickly and efficiently when they were here. Jesus even explained how he had added "K-style" miter boxes to prevent the water from overflowing. Overall, they did an excellent job. This was two years ago! :) But every time we've had heavy rain since then, I've been thankful that I called Exellent. And today I decided I should write a review :). We moved into our new home and it only had gutters on the front of the home. So we called another company that installed the ones when the house was built. But they wanted cash up front before they would even put you on the calendar to come out and put the gutters in. And their price was outrageous. So I put it out there on the projects part of Yelp about needing gutters and Xellent Gutter Solutions was the first to respond. We went back and forth and Jesus was always quick to answer all of my questions I had about the gutters. And their price and product were much better. I even did the screens to keep the leaves out of the gutters. And then we scheduled an appointment to come out right away and he was very polite and knowledgeable on everything. They even do roof repairs too. Jesus is a VERY nice young man. They don't use outside sub contractors. Jesus came with his guy and was here all day in the rain and got all of our gutters installed and they are beautiful. They match the old gutters that were in the front of the house. And even by the patio where it is a different color, they matched the downspout to the patio post. I TOTALLY recommend this company. Very professional and very prompt and they do an amazing job. As part of the hail damage RR suffered a while back. We needed our gutters reshaped in places, downspout added, and I wanted the gutter guards replaced. I took 3 bids, wow.. prices have really gone up in the last 10 or so years. I went with Xellent and I was not disappointed. They fixed the damaged gutters, added the downspout and I upgraded my gutter guards. That was really the main reason for the price jump. I wanted to get away from the grill style that traps twigs and allows the grit in. The newer guards have a fine mesh that keeps the grit out. read more

Great working with Xellent gutter solutions! I had a gutter in the back of my house that was pulled off by strong winds and rain (the nails sucked from what i learned) and it required that the wood panel be replaced too. Fortunately only the side that was visibly impacted had to have the wood replaced. They were very honest and didn't try to swindle us out of more money by saying all four wood panels would have to be replaced. (But got quotes for both options to be on the safe side). Xellent gutters were quick to respond and check out the house to provide a quote within a couple of days of sending out the quote request. In comparison to about 5 other companies, their quote was very affordable and provided clear explanations to what they were expected to work on. They offer a decent warranty, but hoping to never need it. I believe the gutters that were replaced were about 15-20 years old and they said to expect them to last (so we'll see)! Luckily they changed them on a day where it was slightly drizzling, so it felt like they passed the test. Highly recommended!! Last year, we needed to add gutters in one area, add a down spout, and add shields to other gutters. Jesus identified a couple existing problems and repaired a couple things. Jesus provided a comprehensive and reasonable estimate. He was very professional and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Within a few days, they were installed. Since then, our shielded gutters no longer overflow due to debris. One of our new gutters wasn't working properly during the rainstorm yesterday and I called Jesus. Today, it was repaired. Xellent is great to work with! We had several places where we had gutter damage due to falling branches from the 2023 ice storm. I submitted a request on Yelp and Xellent Gutter Solutions responded immediately and offered to go out to my house immediately to assess the damage and give me an estimate. His original estimate sight unseen held true even though he said they needed to replace an entire gutter. I also asked them to do gutter cleaning. The entire price was very reasonable and they repaired and cleaned very quickly in a few hours and within a day of me giving him the green light on the job. Their response time beat everyone else. Highly recommend this company! I got new gutters with leaf guards installed around most of my house. They cleaned out the existing section of gutters and added the leaf guards to them. They also modified downspouts to accommodate two new rain barrels that I had purchased. Service was friendly, prompt, and very professional. I am very happy with my interaction with Xellent Gutter Solutions! Jesus is probably one of the most honest and helpful people I have ever interacted with on a home project. Part of our roof was not built to the best design, and because of this, we have water that runs off and splashes onto the side of our house even though there is a gutter. Over time, this would definitely lead to water and rot issues that have probably only been currently avoided by the fact that our house siding is Hardie board. Rather than redoing our entire roof design, Jesus had a solution that would greatly improve the situation (and potentially fix it - currently waiting for some rain to evaluate!). He had the knowledge and experience to suggest a change that would help us out greatly. However, it involved working with a siding and potentially, roofing contractor. His initial attempt at getting this done was working with a contractor that he had built a relationship with in order to try to keep my costs and complications down. Unfortunately this did not pan out. I still needed to fix my problem, so I set out on the long journey of finding a siding contractor who could help. Jesus sat through multiple phone calls and text messages with me (including at 6AM the morning of the job for coordination) as I found a siding contractor who could do the work we needed. He was flexible and prompt with his team coming out on two separate occasions to remove and reinstall a gutter with some other modifications to address our issue.
