Highly recommend Go Kleen / Antonio Martinez! I found Antonio through a recommendation in the Georgetown Facebook group after my dryer started giving me a "clogged vent" error. I called him at 8 AM the next day and he was kind and thorough right from that first phone call -- he asked good questions about the job, gave me an estimate, and let me know when he could come out. He showed up within three hours of that call, which I really appreciated. I showed him around, we discussed further questions and Antonio went straight up to the roof, found and fixed the clog, and showed me before-and-after videos and photos of the vent. We tested the dryer and it ran perfectly with no more error messages -- problem solved. We live in a 2-story house and he conquered the challenge. What really stood out to me was the speed he could resolve the issue and how considerate he was in and around my home. I have dogs and cats, and he was careful to keep doors and gates closed so they couldn't get out. He explained everything clearly -- what he was doing and why -- so I understood my options and could make an informed decision. He never tried to upsell me; he just told me what would actually fix the problem and did that. He also suggested a no-pressure follow-up cleaning in 6-12 months to prevent this problem and I've already booked my next appointment with him. If you want a job done fast *and* done by someone who's respectful of your home and pets, Antonio is your guy. Highly recommend! read more

Did a great job! Also, cleaned the garage door windows which I thought needed replacing.

Great service and completed in timely manner. We asked them to power wash as an add on and were able to accommodate same day.

We needed our gutters cleaned. After looking on our neighborhood Nextdoor app and doing some more online research for reviews, I found Go Kleen in Round Rock, TX. Their communication about services, scheduling and follow-up was great. They were friendly and efficient. The best part, Antonio did an amazing job at cleaning out the gutters, cleaning up all the debris, bagging everything up and hauling off the material. He also completed an inspection before leaving. We will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Antonio and team. read more

****Before reading this review, I highly suggest yelpers to be very careful about the shady practice of this company. DEFINITELY NOT a honest business practice. We DO NOT recommend this company. **** 9/24- Updated : according to Owner's cranky , rude, unprofessional reply : No calls ever on my record ! and most importantly, email is official reminder of payment rather than phone calls. Never received email til you claimed bill is past due , that was the first email EVER RECEIVED! Anthony : I didn't say you didn't get the work done. I'm not satisfy with your billing practice of sending bill on 8-3 while you didn't start the work on 8-23! Yelper should see another review with same complaint of Antonio's rip off charge for hanging Xmas lights. This company is such a rip off. They rudely charged us 15% late fee without legitimate reason. We hired them to fix our gutter. We paid them deposit to get the order initialed. They went to the property and completed the work on 8/23 , send us a final bill on 8/31 adding an outrageous late charge of 15%. We paid them on 9/3 in full payment. They claimed they billed us on 8/3. How can you bill someone before you even get the work done ? Plus we did paid you an advanced deposit to initiate the order. It's unethical to bill us when you haven't completed your service til 8/23 ? Will not hire them again or recommend this company. Period. read more

Great service! I hired a company to come clean the windows at one of our AirBNb properties and after discovering they did not clean the windows at all I called Go Kleen and explained the situation and that I had a cleaner at the house waiting to clean the interior of the windows. Go Kleen saved the day! Not only did he jump in his car and head right over to help me out, but he made the windows look great. I am very satisfied with the work they did and highly recommend Go Kleen. Their pricing was great too! I'm super happy!! Thanks Go Kleen! read more

Antonio and his crew did an amazing job on my house! I will happily call them again

Antonio was 30 minutes late, but I'm not going to let that ruin his rating. It's a Sunday so I didn't mind too much. I was just glad he would come on a Sunday at all. And he made up for it in the quality of his work. Plus he gave us a discount because the job was smaller than estimated. How refreshing! I won't hesitate to call Go Kleen again. Our windows never looked so good!!! read more

Super friendly professional husband and wife team did an outstanding Job cleaning our windows!

Antonio was very prompt for our same-day estimate appointment and gave a reasonable quote for our project (cleaning gutters/downspouts). He showed up for the project the next morning right on time and went above and beyond my husband's discerning expectations. Go Kleen will definitely be the first team we call for future exterior cleaning projects. read more

Antonio cleaned my windows, gutters and solar panels. He was a pleasure to work with. The estimate was quick and the automated software he uses sent me reminders for the job. Antonio showed up on time as expected and did an excellent job making my windows look new again. I had him clean the inside tracks to remove all the spider webs and dirt build up. It's been a week now and I'm still enjoying the crystal clear glass in all my windows. I've decided to have Antonio out at least twice a year to keep the windows and gutters clean. read more

What a high level of integrity this company has. They came out to clean my gutters and since the job did not require as much cleaning, the invoice was adjusted. How many companies would do that? I look forward to recommending GoKleen and using them for external window washing as well. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. We recently moved into a home in Hutto and the driveway and porch were almost black. Called a few different places to see what it was going to take to get it taken care of. Go Kleen had the fastest response, had more than fair pricing, and was going to be able to get to me quickly. Antonio and his team were absolutely phenomenal. It came out so much better than what I had anticipated. We will definitely be calling on them for any future needs we may have. read more

Antonio was outstanding. He arrived on time on a Sunday morning and got right to work. Cleaning out gutters can really make a mess especially since the job should have been done in April. There were leaves and dirt everywhere. When he was done with the gutters, all of the stonework, driveway and patio were blown clean. They were immaculate. He suggested doing this every six months and we will be contacting him at that time. He also does other chores such as spray washing your house and driveway. We will be doing that in the Fall. read more

Armando did a fabulous job! He was professional and court. Would definitely use him again!

We used Antonio 3 times to put up Christmas lights. The first time (2019) he told us that the service included put up, take down and we could store OUR lights or he would. Subsequently we would only pay for installation because the lights we paid for. In 2020, we were shocked at the increase in cost but we paid the required amount because we assumed it was because we added lights. Today Antonio came to put up our lights. I asked the price and it was the same high price as last year. When I asked how it could be the same price if we already purchased the lights. He informed me that the lights are leased. That was not true! I confirmed with a neighbor who started using his service in 2019 also and she said Antonio also told her that she could store HER lights or he would store them. Beware Go Kleen does a great job at cleaning windows but their Christmas lights service is a rip off!!! read more

The cleaner was on-time. Worked hard. Was gentle moving furniture to clean the inside. Our windows are sparkling clean.

Antonio was very meticulous in cleaning both the inside and outside of our windows. We could not find any flaws in any of our windows. He even told us one of the seals on one of our windows was broken which we would never have noticed and which our warranty on our windows covered it. If you want crystal clear windows call Antonio at Go Kleen. read more

Go Kleen did an excellent job for us, both power washing and window/screen cleaning. They were efficient and thorough and essentially unobtrusive. They encouraged us to inspect the whole job before settling up. We are very pleased with the results and the clarity of our windows. We would highly recommend them. read more

Go Kleen, Antonio, and the staff did an amazing job. Our home has not looked this good perhaps ever. We have used others in the past but no longer.
