They rudely charged us 15% late fee without legitimate reason. We hired them to fix our gutter. We paid them deposit to get the order initialed. They went to the property and completed the work on 8/23 , send us a final bill on 8/31 adding an outrageous late charge of 15%. We paid them on 9/3 in full payment. They claimed they billed us on 8/3. How can you bill someone before you even get the work done ? Plus we did paid you an advanced deposit to initiate the order. Antonio cleaned my windows, gutters and solar panels. He was a pleasure to work with. The estimate was quick and the automated software he uses sent me reminders for the job. Antonio was outstanding. He arrived on time on a Sunday morning and got right to work. Cleaning out gutters can really make a mess especially since the job should have been done in April. There were leaves and dirt everywhere. When he was done with the gutters, all of the stonework, driveway and patio were blown clean. They were immaculate. He suggested doing this every six months and we will be contacting him at that time. He also does other chores such as spray washing your house and driveway. We used Antonio 3 times to put up Christmas lights. The first time (2019) he told us that the service included put up, take down and we could store OUR lights or he would. Subsequently we would only pay for installation because the lights we paid for. In 2020, we were shocked at the increase in cost but we paid the required amount because we assumed it was because we added lights. Today Antonio came to put up our lights. I asked the price and it was the same high price as last year. When I asked how it could be the same price if we already purchased the lights. He informed me that the lights are leased. That was not true! I confirmed with a neighbor who started using his service in 2019 also and she said Antonio also told her that she could store HER lights or he would store them. Beware Go Kleen does a great job at cleaning windows but their Christmas lights service is a rip off!!! read more

Antonio was very meticulous in cleaning both the inside and outside of our windows. We could not find any flaws in any of our windows. He even told us one of the seals on one of our windows was broken which we would never have noticed and which our warranty on our windows covered it.
