After receiving some ridiculous quotes from some of the "bigger" artificial turf companies, offering a lower grade of turf for a substantially higher price, I went forward with the project with Umesh and KG Lawn Care. Umesh took on my project of installing approximately 1000 sqft of artificial turf, metal edging, and black star gravel around some cypress trees. Roughly a month before starting, I expressed to Umesh my desire to have the project completed in time for our family's annual crawfish boil, which he assured me he would fulfill. I can't say enough positive things about Umesh, Lucas, and their crew. As we neared the date of my family's party, Umesh assured me that he would push to make the deadline, even with unpredictable central Texas weather. Umesh not only kept to his promise in finishing the project in time for our party, but also knocked it out of the park! The artificial turf looks incredible and instantly became my daughter's favorite place to play. Umesh and his crew put a level of detail into the project in ensuring every aspect was perfect for my family. As pleased as I am with the project itself, the most noteworthy aspect I want to highlight in this review is how Umesh does business. In a world where so many are looking to cut corners, charge more, and provide less, I found that Umesh is a man of immense integrity who keeps to his word. Umesh delivered on his promise to ensure my yard was immaculate for my family's party, but most notably, his promise on pricing. A day before our turf was set to be installed, Umesh was notified by the turf company that the turf we picked out was no longer available (with zero warning). Umesh was forced to upgrade the turf at a difference of nearly $800. I offered to split the difference with Umesh but was told: "Nah man, it's all good. I like to keep my word and pricing. It's not your fault." This really struck me that Umesh was willing to eat $800 in order to keep his word with me on pricing. KG Lawn Care exceeded my expectations and truly helped me complete my dream back yard - The quality of work and character of Umesh will have me recommending him and his company to all my family and friends!

He did a great job making the vision come alive and was transparent with any problems that arises (and importantly fixing them when necessary). He was friendly, fair with pricing, and also very quick-- framing and installation took only 2 separate, spread out days (to allow for drywalling and parts arrival in between). My personal experience with him in terms of communication was excellent, but I also purposefully avoided peak summer season so as not to catch him at a busy time. Go Kleen is great! We had them power wash our driveway and all of our sidewalks. They don't just wash the concrete. They treat it and scrub it with a large round brush! I was searching for a window cleaning company to clean about 30 windows in my home. Casa Washa contacted me (I guess they saw that I was looking?) - they quoted a very good price (that should have been my red flag). The person that phoned me said that for the price, they would wash the interior and exterior windows including screens and sills. I agreed. I was told they were on their way and I saw the truck drive by and assumed they would turn around and come back. 20 minutes later nobody had come so I texted - he had been sitting in another driveway down the street - he had the wrong address but nobody ever called or messaged me. A young guy showed up (only one, apparently the other person was given the day off?!). He started inside and when I went to my bedroom upstairs was in there and had taken the DIRTY screens off and put them on my bed?!?! That was my first clue that something was off. The cleaning took a really long time because there was only one person cleaning and I had to leave before he was done (I tipped him and left him cleaning the outside) so I looked around after I got home and couldn't believe it. Below every single inside window and on the walls beside, were dirty water drops/stains - every single one. There were scratches on the wall. The beds had dust all over them because he had put dirty screens them and then they were never even cleaned?!? When they cleaned the exteriors, there were drips/streaks down all of them. The outside screen doors had been partly sprayed so were mostly dirty apart from the spray marks. None of the sills were cleaned. I also found a deep scratch in my new floors when he moved a lamp. I called and left a message about all the issues and I was told they would come back and redo the outside. I told them it wasn't necessary but she insisted. It took some time but someone came back a while later. I told her I would not be able to stay and she said they would take care of it. This time ended up being even worse - when I came home one of the door screens was just leaning against the house. The screens had not been recleaned and the sills had not been cleaned. The windows looked slightly better. At this point I was super angry (and still am). I called and left a message about what had happened and after I missed her return call, they never called back. I sent a message stating I wanted half of the money I had paid back because I was going to have the exterior redone and never heard back. It has been over a month, still nothing. I would have thought they would have tried to make good so I am writing this review. Do not have this company do your windows - the price may sound good but you will end up with dirty, streaky windows, dirty beds, damage to floors and screen doors. I learned my lesson, never again.

He quoted us a gutter system and fascia repairs based on information from the roofer that turned out to be less than accurate, but when he had to change the gutter work he did not pass those likely considerable costs on to us. He worked with us to find a solution when the original plan was not going to work due to the roofer's miscommunication. He is not a 'sales guy' who shows up to quote the job and then we don't hear from him again until it's time to pay the bill, he's involved and interested in the project and we spoke several times in person, on the phone, and by text during the process. Before the roof went on, his crew came out and did a quick and tidy job of removing the old gutters from the house, and then the carpentry team showed up a day later to do repairs to the fascia in two areas; the work was seamless and perfect, you can't even tell where the repair begins and ends, it looks fantastic. Paint and wood was matched meticulously. Jesus and his crew were great at communicating when they planned to arrive and what they would be doing. The gutters were finished today and they look fantastic; they even piped the runoff from one side into a rainwater collection container that my uncle had given us a year ago, so now it will finally be used! The workers were respectful of our property and cleaned up the entire work site when they were done. Everything looks fantastic. We could not be happier. I won't recommend the roofer or even name them (the workers were amazing, the boss not so much), but I'm happy to spread the word far and wide that Xellent Gutter Solutions is a great company with integrity.

I originally narrowed down gutter businesses by their customer reviews. Xellent Gutter Solutions had 5-star reviews on both Google and Yelp. I would soon learn why. We had old gutters on our home that needed to be replaced. Xellent Gutters promptly came out and provided a very reasonable estimate for the same size 5-inch gutters we had on our house. After considering my options further, I decided that, given the size of our house, I wanted to get a new bid for 6-inch gutters with the Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guards. I promptly received the new bid, which was also very reasonable and better than other businesses with 5 star reviews. I had several questions along the way and always received quick and informative answers. It was clear they cared about fully answering my questions. I always felt like I was a valued customer versus a nuisance for asking questions. They volunteered to come out again to my house with a sample of the 6-inch gutters in my color selection so we could make sure we were happy with that size and color. The owner, Jesus, personally came out to our house, got on the ladder to hold the sample to our house so we could make sure it was what we wanted. Jesus was wonderful. Helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I signed the contract on a Friday, and they were at our house for installation on the following Monday. They arrived right in the expected time window and sent a text message to announce their arrival in 45 minutes. The text let me know that there would be 4 workers on my installation team: Carlos, Nelson, Emerson, and Jesus. It was an extremely hot day, but they worked efficiently and quickly to install approximately 350 feet of gutters, downspouts, and splash guards. The work was completed in less than 6 hours from their arrival time. The new gutters and downspouts looked great. My yard was left completely clean with no sign that dirty old gutters had been recently removed. The owner, Jesus, and Marlene were standouts in customer service, and the installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and hard-working. So, if you like receiving 5-star service AND product, at a great price, Xellent Gutter Solutions is an outstanding choice.
