They were filthy and Ehren did an outstanding job. He was here right when he said he would be, and I know he had to take extra time due to how dirty the windows, screens and tracks were. I had been trying out several window cleaning services before selecting ASAP. They have cleaned my windows 4 or 5 times now and done a good job every time. The business owner cleans the windows and is clearly experienced and cares about getting them very clean first time. I have seen him scrub dirty areas, like tree sap, very carefully and wiping down several times to ensure it is all off. He cleans every window outside and inside to high standards: the proof is when the sun on the windows and there are none or very few streaks visible -- compare that to other cleaners and he stands alone in quality of finish. I also like their customer service interface. A very pleasant experience when booking over the phone and if the lady is away from her desk I get a call back within minutes. It has never been an issue whenever I have needed to re-arrange the time for a visit. The owner seems very successful and he tells me he is expanding by employing more staff to help him complete jobs more quickly. I hope whomever he hires maintains their quality of work and service. I highly recommend ASAP Window Cleaning. I called and left a message and within an hour the owner called me back. We made an appointment for him to come out to give me an estimate. I live in a newer apartment community in Georgetown and the windows were never cleaned after construction. The management here does not clean the windows. It is up to the tenant. Not knowing how much this would set me back I figured I'd get a quote for the windows I look out the most. Those windows are the windows that are along my balcony.
