He's local in the Cedar Park area so you are supporting local business. Price is right. He takes pride in his work. When cleaning our porch he moved things out of the way to do it right. When he's all finished, your driveway looks very close to brand new. It's day and night difference. All dirt is gone and many stains are also removed. I've pressure washed our driveway many times, but it never looked this good. I'm running a 2900psi pressure washer with an 18" cleaner. He's running 7500 psi or something crazy to his 36" machine. Think of it was having 2 - 3750 psi pressure washers running 18" cleaners. That extra pressure and the high quality machine does make a difference. Highly recommend.

Having lived with the original builder grade bath for close to 40 years, I…read moredecided it was time to start preparing to "age in place" and get my master bath completely redone - shower conversion, floor tile, cabinets, new toilet, wallpaper removal and painting. This was my first major remodel, so I don't really have anything to compare with. The nits I experienced were pretty minor and probably typical for a job this scale. I found Jose thru Yelp after verifying his other reviews were from real people and not AI generated. I had initially gotten quotes from several of the bathroom remodelers that advertise on TV and experienced sticker shock. One of them turned out to do only the wet area - I would have had to get someone else for the floors, cabinets, painting, etc. Their quote for just the shower area ended up being about what I paid Jose for the entire job. Another of the TV advertisers could do everything I wanted, but their quote was almost 3x what Jose quoted! Yes, they could do it in 2-3 days, but is that worth 3x the cost? One of the first nits I experienced was that Jose didn't tell me the whole master bedroom would be sealed off during the project. Not that big a deal, but I wish I'd known that in advance. They got the demo completed the first day. One of the more time-consuming parts was removing the old wallpaper, which seemed to take about 2 days (the old walls were completely papered). His crew foreman Javier is a master craftsman. I learned pretty quickly to trust his experience. When I had initially seen the tile backer boards installed for the shower, I thought they had forgotten the niche shelf I'd requested. He explained that goes in last. One of the other nits I experienced was that I had to buy a lot of the supplies myself. I would have much preferred just pointing to stuff in a catalog, and Jose go buy them. The biggest problem with that was the grout. I trusted the tile shop's recommendation on grout, and when I delivered it to Javier, he said that stuff is no good. He explained that since it has silicone, it constantly outgasses and leaves a film on the tile. I went online and saw some other reviews with the same comments, so that reinforced my decision to trust what he was doing. Similar experience with the safety grab bars. I just bought some from Amazon, which came with cheap nylon screw locks. Seemed pretty flimsy should you have to actually use them to prevent a fall. Javier was able to use drywall anchors to securely lock them in place. The last nit was the cabinet installation. They were in such a rush to finish the cabinets that the toilet hadn't even been installed. Since I switched to an elongated ADA style toilet, it turned out the medicine cabinet above the toilet could no longer be reached at the old one's height. They had to come back and lower it 4 inches. Again, an easy correction, but would have been unnecessary if they had put the new toilet in first. Jose's crew finished up in 2 weeks, but it was another week before the glass shower doors and mirror showed up to be installed. Anyway, they finally went in today, and I am very happy with the end results. My neighbor had his bath redone last year, and comparing Jose's work to my neighbor's handyman, Jose is miles ahead. I finally know what "Schluter" is. My neighbor doesn't have it, so there are sharp tile edges everywhere! Jose Robles Remodeling will definitely be in the running to do my other 2 bathrooms.

Made an appointment for a few days later when Zach arrived he introduced me to Bryan who was doing my project before he left. That was a nice touch. Only negative might be--They were a bit late but texted before. Bryan was like Spider-Man with his leaf blower on the 2nd story roof. He blew the roof and gutters! While Bryan was here and I saw a magnificent power washer on his truck--I asked for a bid on my items mentioned below. The price seemed fair but wasn't cheap, I decided not to bid with others because of my experience with Bryan, plus I had 30 years of grime on my rock pathways, driveway and bottom of the foundation and he told me in detail what he would clean and how. I accepted the bid for part 2 and he even trusted me and waited to collect until finishing everything. He explained how he'd tackle my project when he returned a week or so later--I couldn't do right away. He also patiently let me reschedule at the last minute because my lawn wasn't moved yet. True to his promises, Bryan cared about my project --I'm so proud of my pathways (I have numerous limestone pathways that faded, but now they're almost like new!). Now... none of my limestone pathways or two boulders are that gray, gross color that happens to aged limestone I didn't realize how gross my driveway and sidewalks were, also there was a section of my white brick that was almost black--I'd tried cleaning myself but wasn't successful. I thought it was ruined, but it was cleaned! He used a rotary cleaner on the concrete too! Also, I'd tried cleaning my patio was it was so stubborn and was so funky I bought an outdoor rug to not track the grime inside. The job took most of the day. They use a bleach solution that didn't kill anything but continued to eat away at the funk before the rain came. Now I'm so proud of my yard! I'm not the gross neighbor and I'm not concerned about my clogged gutters. I think I'll hire them to keep ahead of my gutters next year--I have big dirty oak trees! Finally, Bryan looks you in the eyes when he talks to you, I can't explain it but I just know he's listening and he cares. I use Yelp because I can see how people rate others--I'd rate both these guys as professionals.

This company consists of a husband and wife team and they did a fantastic job! I had them clean my windows, clean the gutters and power wash the patio. I don't typically leave reviews but I was really impressed with these folks. They did such a great job for a reasonable amount of money. Removed all screens and cleaned them. They cleaned all the dirt around the window rims and did an amazing job cleaning the windows, not a single streak. They even soft washed the outside stone for a very reasonable price. I was searching for a window cleaning company to clean about 30 windows in my home. Casa Washa contacted me (I guess they saw that I was looking?) - they quoted a very good price (that should have been my red flag). The person that phoned me said that for the price, they would wash the interior and exterior windows including screens and sills. I agreed. I was told they were on their way and I saw the truck drive by and assumed they would turn around and come back. 20 minutes later nobody had come so I texted - he had been sitting in another driveway down the street - he had the wrong address but nobody ever called or messaged me. A young guy showed up (only one, apparently the other person was given the day off?!). He started inside and when I went to my bedroom upstairs was in there and had taken the DIRTY screens off and put them on my bed?!?! That was my first clue that something was off. The cleaning took a really long time because there was only one person cleaning and I had to leave before he was done (I tipped him and left him cleaning the outside) so I looked around after I got home and couldn't believe it. Below every single inside window and on the walls beside, were dirty water drops/stains - every single one. There were scratches on the wall. The beds had dust all over them because he had put dirty screens them and then they were never even cleaned?!? When they cleaned the exteriors, there were drips/streaks down all of them. The outside screen doors had been partly sprayed so were mostly dirty apart from the spray marks. None of the sills were cleaned. I also found a deep scratch in my new floors when he moved a lamp. I called and left a message about all the issues and I was told they would come back and redo the outside. I told them it wasn't necessary but she insisted. It took some time but someone came back a while later. I told her I would not be able to stay and she said they would take care of it. This time ended up being even worse - when I came home one of the door screens was just leaning against the house. The screens had not been recleaned and the sills had not been cleaned. The windows looked slightly better. At this point I was super angry (and still am). I called and left a message about what had happened and after I missed her return call, they never called back. I sent a message stating I wanted half of the money I had paid back because I was going to have the exterior redone and never heard back. It has been over a month, still nothing. I would have thought they would have tried to make good so I am writing this review. Do not have this company do your windows - the price may sound good but you will end up with dirty, streaky windows, dirty beds, damage to floors and screen doors. I learned my lesson, never again.
