Value, Velocity, and Communication -- these are things I value in working with an outside company, and Roger and the team at Clean Bee Window Cleaning checked ALL of the boxes for my first gutter cleaning request. Roger was quick to answer my questions on the Yelp messaging portal, and was able to complete the job at my rental property (single family home) in a very timely manner. What caught me by surprise (and exceeded my expectations) were the pictures that they took after the job and emailed me along with my invoice! What a great value-add for me. I will be scheduling future cleanings with them moving forward! Thanks to the team at Clean Bee! read more

These guys are such pros. Total asset to my RE biz. Glad to have found them. Thx clean Bee.

We've had embarrassingly dirty windows since moving into our house nearly three years ago and finally decided to do something about it. Fortunately, my neighborhood listserv and Yelp did me right and steered me to Clean Bee. Clean Bee is a two-person team, which I liked because there was no question who would arrive on our doorstep to do the work. The co-owners Kayla and Emily, who have many years of experience under their belts, tackle all of the jobs themselves so the work is impeccable and the service is both professional and friendly. I left a message on a Monday morning, Kayla called me back shortly thereafter, came out the same day to do an estimate that she emailed me, and scheduled an interior/exterior window washing three days later. She and Emily arrived right on-time and did a bang-up job of making our windows sparkle. In a world of flaky contractors, epic games of phone tag, and other frustrations, Clean Bee is such a breath of fresh air. Thanks, Kayla and Emily, for such a smooth home maintenance experience! read more

I have complicated 1980s era double storm windows in a two-story house, and Clean Bee did a wonderful job getting them sparkling clean. Not a single smudge, and so much light! Will set up a regular treatment schedule with them. Very pleased with the service and with the employees who worked so carefully with us and our things. They were friendly, comprehendible, and masked. Not a drop of water out of place. They even cleaned the crevices around the windows and dusted the sills. Overall, a very positive experience. read more

Poor job, attempted to leave before complete. Also this company was bought by a larger one and that's probably why.

Absolutely great service! The whole crew did their work with pride to detail!! I have to say that kind of level staring from the top never goes unnoticed! Congratulations! Definitely earned a repetitive busyness here Thank you! read more

Perfect! Showed on time, and were very efficient. Amazing job! Highly recommend!

Emily and Kayla cleaned my windows and gutters, yesterday. They arrived on time and delivered a thorough and professional result to my home. I will definitely call them back for future service. My windows look brand new! Excellent streak-free cleaning. The solar screen process yielded very clean screens and they were meticulously reinstalled. If you want impeccable gutter cleaning without the stress of the proverbial "upsale", contact Clean Bee. Quote price was reasonable and firm. Debris is carefully bagged and placed at the curb. Your yard is left clean. Ladders are NOT placed on your gutters (as many cleaners sometimes do). They do not walk on your roof. All downspouts are cleaned and tested. Photos are provided for your convenience when work is completed. These women know what they are doing and they DELIVER! read more

Best service ever! Kayla and Emily were very thorough quick and more than fair with pricing. It was a pleasure to work with them and I really enjoyed their service. They send photos after the gutter cleaning. Review it and even recommend proper schedule for cleaning. If you are looking for someone to clean out your gutters I highly recommend. They came at the time they were supposed to, charged a fair price and followed up so I knew the results. read more

Great window and gutter cleaning. Used them before selling my house. They sent me pictures of the clean gutters and windows. I really appreciate that the squeezed me in before my weekend open house, even though they initially reported that they were booked up for the week. Very professional and very good! Thanks Clean Bee! *Side note, my house sold in 2 days! read more

This is a review of gutter cleaning services by Clean Bee. As others have stated, Kayla and Emily are prompt, courteous, excellent with communication, and do a great job on the gutters. We have about an 8-year old home in Circle C and have owned the house just over 1.5 years and never had the gutters cleaned. With all the late 2014 and early 2015 winter and spring storms we felt we needed to get them cleaned. We have large live oaks and cedars in the back of the property. We also noticed one gutter area that looked clogged around a downspout in which every time it rained the water just gushed over the top and into the plant beds instead of funneling through the downspout and drain. Kayla and Emily were in the neighborhood on my initial call and came by the same day to review the property and gutters and by the end of the day they provided me with an email estimate. We traded a couple of emails and scheduled a service date within a a few day's timeframe. Yesterday they sent me a reminder email for confirmation for today's service and were on time (they provided a two-hour window as they had other work previous to my appointment). Great overall experience and work by Clean Bee. They sent me some follow up pics to show the dirt and asphalt shingles that were clogging up one of the areas. Kayla and Emily were thorough and are not the typical contractors banging around ladders and making it sound like WWIII on your roof. We have two dogs that love barking at all outside disturbances and have poor perimeter guarding behavior - and they even approved! read more

After scheduling another window cleaning service that no-showed, how refreshing it was to find Clean Bee Window Cleaning. They responded to our request within minutes and all communications were prompt and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned our windows inside and out with a cheerful attitude. Now our windows look better than they did when we purchased our home. It's clear, Kayla and Emily obviously enjoy what they do. It's standard for contractors not to get the job done right from start to finish, but Clean Bee Window Cleaning sets a new standard. High recommend! read more

Really great experience! - Easy estimate. Kayla simply asked me to email a pic of each side of our house and answer a few questions. - Easy to schedule and also emailed a reminder/confirmation the night before. - We have 9 second story windows, 6 ground floor windows, and 3 entrance doors with windows. They cleaned inside and outside of windows in ~2 hours. - When they heard we are putting our house in the market in a few days, they suggested leaving the screens off. Great idea, and the extra light coming in really makes a difference when we walk around our very clean house. - Very reasonable pricing. - And dog-friendly. They were very patient and kind with our little pup who was feeling vocal this morning. Our house is simply sparkling! Thank you Kayla and Emily! read more

Kayla and Emily did an absolutely fantastic job with cleaning our windows. Our house looks and feels like a different (and much better) place. Aside from being both friendly and professional, I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail and unobtrusiveness. My little boy slept through much of the cleaning! At the end of the cleaning, both Kayla and Emily inspected every window, looking at them from different angles and touching up everything that they found. It's truly a pleasure to see someone take this sort of pride in their work. read more

Highly knowledgeable staff. He went over and above to point out areas of concern in our windows and did a thorough and wonderful job. Can't recommend Clean Bee enough. read more

When I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate it was expedited in 2-3 days with no hassle. As I was scheduling the date for work to be done Kayla had mentioned that they had a little bit of a waiting list and it would take some time before they could get to my house. It was nice to have someone on top of their game and give me an accurate estimation; I don't care if you're booked up but I care if you are honest so I don't have to keep being let down through rescheduling. The work was top notch. I had a very high gutter that I couldn't reach and the gals got to it just fine. The only downside of their toil is that the windows are so clean again that I am sure I'll have another two or three birds fly into them again! read more

Considering I've now used Clean Bee three times, and remain a happy customer, I wanted to let others know that Kayla and Emily are top-notch professionals who take deep pride in what they do. I felt that they were cleaning the windows of my home as if it were their own. I'm grateful I can consistently rely on them to do a great job. read more

Clean bee is a great window cleaning company. I've used a few in the past. They are the most professional and they're very careful. You can tell they've been in business for awhile. Might take them up on a yearly cleaning. Our windows look awesome! Wonder how long they'll stay this way! read more

Excellent Window Cleaning Service! The guys cleaning my windows, screens and solar panels did a great job. I was very happy with the quality of work, their efficiency as well as their willingness to adjust to my schedule. My windows look better than anyone has ever cleaned them before! Without hesitation, I heartily recommend Clean Bee! I needed to get windows cleaned in order to sell a house. LOTS of windows - and some very high. The outside of the windows had never been cleaned! They turned out sparkling and beautiful. I am calling them soon for my new house. I will do it regularly now. Clean Windows are Awesome!! It is such an easy process - they are so easy, flexible and a joy to work with. read more

These folks are amazing. Easy to schedule, great customer service and their work is fabulous. Our windows look better than they ever have in all the years we've lived in our home. It's amazing how much more light comes through clean windows. I am definitely going to be using them again. Very highly recommended! read more

Awesome company. They showed up, on time and were in and out in no time to clean our gutters. They took pics all around the house to show that they were clean. Great customer service. Will use them again for sure! read more

I can't say that I asked for anything complex but I was still impressed with the service I received. After the company that the prior owner of my home used failed to pick up the phone, I found Clean Bee via Yelp. I think it was the same day that someone came by to do a site estimate and give me a quote. The prices were reasonable and they certainly knew how to maneuver around awkwards spaces and delicate furniture/etc. The only negative was that you could see the various scratches (from install and a suspected pet of the prior owner's) what with the windows being so clean :) The did their due diligence and pointed out the damage prior to starting work and there was nothing new after they left. I'll definitely work with them again. read more

I was recommended Clean Bee by my sister who used this company many years ago. I was extremely pleased by their professionalism. They had excellent follow up and the technicians were thorough, friendly and professional. I had a couple of areas where the cleaning was not to the results that I was hoping for and they immediately rescheduled another date for a technician to come out to retouch the areas of concern. The second time around got me some better results. I am extremely pleased by Clean Bee and would highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs! read more

Kayla and Emily are great! They did an incredible job of cleaning our gutters, installing gutter guards, and servicing our french drain system. They were thorough, efficient, and really knowledgable. And, they took great care to protect the roof and gutters. They also found a problem with our gutters that, when repaired, eliminated the mosquito problem we'd been having. Even our pest control company had missed it. Clean Bee is a wonderful company, and we'll be using them anytime we need one of the services they provide! read more

There is no other word to describe these two ladies & their work & responsiveness.... AWESOME! They provided gutter & roof cleaning at a fair price. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends & family. I will have them back in late March to do the interior/exterior windows. Kayla & Emily are the best! read more

Clean Bee did an amazing job on both interior and exerior windows in my home. They were very responsive in getting the appt set and arrived as scheduled. Once inside my home, they were very careful when needing to move furniture to get to the windows and carefully placed items back. Extremely detailed. Did an excellent job! I would high recommend these ladies!! read more

Outstanding work. The windows have never looked better, gutters are completely cleaned out and it didn't cost a fortune. Couldn't be happier with the service. read more

Wonderful ladies! Great window cleaning ladies!! They were respectful, hard-working, and prompt. Our windows look sparkling and sooo clean. I love opening our windows for air-circulation now since all the windows and window screens are clean sans cobwebs. I will definitely contact them again next year around this time for cleaning our windows. read more

We have had new home construction on our street for the past 4 years. ( Lots of dust) I have tried to clean the windows several times. The results were always so-so. We got the recommendation for Clean Bee and they came right out. On time, very professional, very effective and an incredible result! The windows ( inside and out) are absolutely clear! Fantastic service from a great team! I highly recommend them! read more

Extremely communicative! Very quick email responses and scheduled exactly when I needed them. My windows are now squeaky clean from the inside out! Would definitely recommend and use again! read more

These guys are just great - their attention to detail was exactly what we expect of a service like this. They were prompt, courteous, and really cool too. We will have them back regularly - they did a much better job that we ever could, in about a tenth of the time it would take us. I highly recommend them, without hesitation. Our windows have *never* looked this good. Thanks Emily and Kayla! read more

Great team! Timely and extremely conscientious! Highly recommend their services. Cleaned my windows and light lenses. They look great!

Kayla and Emily spent the better part of a day working over our main house and Casita. Neither structure had enjoyed any window cleaning in many years. When Kayla and Emily left, it seemed like we were enjoying almost new houses, at least in terms of the view through the windows outside. K&E both did a great job of dealing with all the house plants on the inside, as well as the unruly plants outside the dwellings. And, to my amazement, the two cracked glass panes in our old Casita were clean, but with no new problems. I would not hesitate to call again to have the windows cleaned, I'm just very glad to have found this great window cleaning service! read more

These guys (gals, actually) were great! I can see my neighbors now, and everything else outside that's been obscured by grit and grime. Kayla and Emily were thorough, professional, reasonably-priced, courteous, respectful, and hard-working. We have lots of windows, most of which were divided (8 panes in both upper and lower double-hung windows). They spent 6 hours here, cleaning windows inside and out and screens. "Spotless" is how they look now. I'd wanted this done as long as we've been here, 7 years now, but was afraid of the expense. This was w/in my budget and totally worth it. I highly recommend them. read more

This is the first review I've ever written but I was so compelled to write one, I just had to do it! I hired Clean Bee for a whole house window cleaning and from the very first contact, I was very impressed by not only their professionalism but also their friendly and attentive communications! They answered all my questions via email quickly and to my complete satisfaction and then proceeded to schedule my service at my convenience. They arrived right on time and totally prepared. I have somewhat difficult windows that required the sash to be removed to get to the screen. They double checked this issue and then took the extra time and effort to do this with all the windows that needed it! They didn't even charge me extra for this. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and my sparkling windows! I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of window cleaning. read more

Emily and Kayla were prompt, professional and perfectly fabulous! They cleaned my gutters and windows inside and out. Now my house is so bright, my teen aged sons even noticed. I will be using them again. read more

I found Clean Bee through Yelp. Make no mistake about their five star rartings. Kayla and Emily are outstanding at what they do. Estimate is right on the dot. They got here when they said they'd be here. Kayla is a great communicator from the get-go on top of all that. They cleaned out all our gutters, pointed out a couple of trouble spots and got our windows, some high windows included sparkling clean. Due to the rainy weather they said they could hold off on the outside and come back and do them later if I wanted them to. If you need window and/or gutter cleaning, pick the phone up and get on their schedule. They normally stay booked up 3-4 weeks in advance so plan accordingly. I'm impressed. read more
