Upon finishing cleaning, the crew failed to reinstall the screen on a window facing the front yard. Shortly after that, the window was shattered by a small rock while the front yard lawn was mowed. Roger refused to pay saying that the window would be shattered with or without the screen. In the past six years, this never happened, but, of course, Roger knows best. Decent window cleaning, but the house wash was a joke. A half-hearted pressure wash without any soaps or cleaners, no scrubbing or treatments, and not much attention to detail. I have smooth stucco with an elastomeric paint that washes easier than most wood siding, and after the crew was done we found bird droppings, hard water deposits, and dirt-logged sap in obvious, easy to reach places around the house. For much of the house the pressure washing happened from the ground without any sort of ladder or extension. This might be okay were it not for the fact that my house is two stories. Overall an underwhelming job and a disappointing experience. I did not bother speaking to the company to remedy the issues, but one of the crew members took photos of several problem areas we pointed out before leaving. I won't book them in the future for anything more than window cleaning, if that, but for others' sake I hope they reconsider the level of effort they put into 4-figure house washes in the future. read more

Texas window cleaning did an excellent Job cleaning my windows Justin Smith I believe was the gentleman who came to my house along with his partner . They cleaned all the windows thoroughly and Justin made sure to ask if I was pleased with all the work before everything was done . He also showed me where what initially looked like streaks or dots that where not clean where actually in between my window panes . He and his partner did excellent work as far as the cleaning . One thing I am very disappointed about .Justin politely asked his partner to re clean my rainbow shaped window because of some spots his partner ignored him and then after asking twice more his partner gave him the thumbs up and angrily as if being inconvenienced made his way to my back yard . As he got to my side gate my wife and I watched him aggressively pull in my already flimsy and rotted gate which was hanging on by two bolts . After cleaning the rainbow window and Justin assuring me the spots where in between the panes which was totally understood and not the fault of any cleaning error my wife and I watch his partner slam his ladder he used to get up to the window up against the gate/house and then like a toddler irritatedly shake open and slam my ALREADY ROTTING FLIMSY gate out . This ended up making it completely give way on the top portion knocking it off it's last two top bolts out of three or more other bolts holding it in place . I was talking to Justin finishing up before I informed him that his partner had done so when his partner jumps out of the truck all flustered and begins to speak to me as he was scolding me and denied even slamming the gate and the ladder down or being ruff with it in any way . He says " it was already like that it's rotting I'll show you." I personally don't like when I'm being called a liar all while I watched him do this rite through my window . I informed him I saw him doing it and I also acknowledge the gate was agreeably rotting but also was not completely hanging the way it was until he made it worse by having his tantrum . He tried to make it seem as if I was making this up for some gain and got upset . Meanwhile Justin was such a good dude he was apologizing and trying to mediate even though his partner was a big baby and couldn't handle being told he was at fault for anything . While I'm talking to Justin his partner says show me where the damage is and I walk him over to the gate again explain that yes it is ROTTING but it was not in any way as bad as it now was after he did what he did and that I had just been through it in the morning and there was no reason to make that scenario up for any reason . Meanwhile Justin was informing me about how I would be receiving an email and being contacted by his boss and I start explaining exactly what I told his angry partner and the guy gets upset and yells out the passenger side "why you telling him you can tell me to my face " even though hilariously I was literally saying it rite in front of him while he sat in the passenger seat it's not like I was hiding and whispering around the corner . So like the ego tripper he is he gets back out and "says say it to me you must be intimidated " so I gladly walk up to him and let him know nobody was intimidated and he was full of shit. At the exact time Justin had got his boss on the phone and handed me the phone while we where exchanging words . Justin's partner once again got into the truck and closed his door got back on his phone and pouted . It was unfortunate that his boss had to hear me at my worst and Justin had to sit there and listen to all the BS because neither one of them had anything to do to with this joke of an employees attitude. Roger the owner apologized and asked how he could make it rite several times. I told Roger I was basically just disgusted but wasn't asking for anything but respect . I didn't want my gate fixed nor did I want a discount or even an apology I just wanted to inform him of what other people might encounter if he had this guy go to anyone else's home and they decided to speak up about something they didn't like either . This wasn't because my gate was already ROTTING and I knew it was already BROKEN ,no that little prick broke my gate for sure ! I just don't feel like employees should blow up on paying customers when they see something negative done to their property they pay good money for . I mean damn I'm paying $131.52 after tax for windows to be cleaned which is expensive for me and I take pride in maintaining what I can at my home so why shouldn't I speak up when I see something wrong . Other than this employee this is an exceptional window cleaning company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional window cleaning . This whole experience starting off brilliantly. We got a text from CTW letting us know that they were on their way and would be stopping at a store and if we would like a complimentary drink or snack. Like.. who does that?? What a nice surprise and we hadn't even met them. There were three cleaners and asked where should they start. I mentioned you could start from the outside and then you can come inside. We had three windows which were a tad difficult to remove the screens from, but they figured that out. Once they came inside, I actually had a business meeting Zoom meeting scheduled at 2pm and asked if they could get to the window in my office first, which they jumped on immediately. They all worked really well together, quietly and efficiently. I mentioned one or two trouble spots which they took care of. They cleaned the window sills and frames as well as all the screens. We had also requested the hit the gutter while they were here. The estimate they provided ended up being more than what they actual final bill was. This was because the estimate was based on how badly the gutters needed attending to. As it was, the gutters were much cleaner and only needed to be cleared out in a couple of areas, so they adjusted the price to meet that criteria. What a great company to do business with, honest, friendly, efficient and price point was fair for work rendered. We will have them come back out for the fall cleaning. read more

Roger and an assistant have been cleaning our windows twice a year for almost 5 years and do a fantastic job. We have very tall windows that in some cases begin almost 20 feet from the ground -- windows that are difficult to reach and show the slightest streak. After the cleaning, they are literally perfect -- like the glass doesn't exist. Only one time was there a small streak on a back window. I texted Roger and he arrived first thing the next morning, cleaning materials in hand, to make sure I continued to be a delighted customer. They have also cleaned our delicate pendant lights in the kitchen and outdoor coach lights that require some degree of reassembly, work I would not trust to just anyone. They also power-wash our outdoor porches and entryway -- removing the pollen built up over the spring. All if this is done for a competitive price. Last week Roger sent Dillon (who has done our house before and had the lead) and Roger's son Scott. They were very customer-focused and did a super job.
