Roger was quick to answer my questions on the Yelp messaging portal, and was able to complete the job at my rental property (single family home) in a very timely manner. I will be scheduling future cleanings with them moving forward! Thanks to the team at Clean Bee!

In addition we are trying to sell the house so Fannin came out while we had carpet installers and painters also out. Jorge and Luis were so friendly and did a great job. Some windows were inaccessible due to the carpet being installed so they came back out and finished up the job. Our house had filthy windows and they look amazing now. Plus we had the pro wash and we still have some residue on the side of the house but it does look better. My recommendation would be to make sure you understand what costs extra and what doesn't. For example having to remove paint from the outside of the house will cost extra. If you have mildew on your brick that will cost extra. I just wanted to be upfront with my experience and what I didn't understand. I didn't dock Fannin for this because I had no idea but keep that in mind when booking their services.

Highly recommend Go Kleen / Antonio Martinez!…read more I found Antonio through a recommendation in the Georgetown Facebook group after my dryer started giving me a "clogged vent" error. I called him at 8 AM the next day and he was kind and thorough right from that first phone call -- he asked good questions about the job, gave me an estimate, and let me know when he could come out. He showed up within three hours of that call, which I really appreciated. I showed him around, we discussed further questions and Antonio went straight up to the roof, found and fixed the clog, and showed me before-and-after videos and photos of the vent. We tested the dryer and it ran perfectly with no more error messages -- problem solved. We live in a 2-story house and he conquered the challenge. What really stood out to me was the speed he could resolve the issue and how considerate he was in and around my home. I have dogs and cats, and he was careful to keep doors and gates closed so they couldn't get out. He explained everything clearly -- what he was doing and why -- so I understood my options and could make an informed decision. He never tried to upsell me; he just told me what would actually fix the problem and did that. He also suggested a no-pressure follow-up cleaning in 6-12 months to prevent this problem and I've already booked my next appointment with him. If you want a job done fast *and* done by someone who's respectful of your home and pets, Antonio is your guy. Highly recommend!
