I have used this company since they bought out the previous family owned business I had used. They have always done a great job, but this time I needed the whole house-inside and out- cleaned before putting the house up for sale. That comes out to a LOT of windows, some of which require a very tall ladder. ATX also only uses triple filtered water, no soap, so it leaves no marks and has no odor. The team was polite, on time, quiet, and did a great job! Thanks again for the consistently good work that you do! read more

ATX Soft Wash - Freshly washed windows by ATX Soft Wash - Window Washing Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

They did a GREAT job on my house. I am using them again. They even used their softwash on my patio furniture and it turned out great too!

Transparent and very fair company to deal with. I definitely wholeheartedly recommend!

I hired ATX Soft Wash to power-wash my limestone and sides of the house, and in general I had a positive experience with their service. They offered a free quote and I was able to meet with Jason onsite to go over what I wanted done. He was able to supplement the ideas I had in mind with some of his own, and was also able to generate a quote on the spot. I found their service to be quick, responsive, and thus-far of high quality; I'll allow the photos to speak for themselves. I look forward to updating this review in the future with more feedback on the longevity of their cleaning solution. read more

We have had professional power washers and window cleaning done annually for years. But it wasn't until we experienced ATX Soft Wash that we truly got CLEAN! From the initial discovery, contact, scheduling (and rescheduling due to weather at my request), day of service, and follow-up for touch-up, we had nothing but the most professional and courteous experience. The ATX Soft Wash Team is on their game for every aspect. Shawn who works behind the scenes is awesome... Shawn's response time to emails and phone calls is outstanding. With Shawn's help we scheduled an initial meeting for a free estimate. Jason showed up on time and walked the property with me discussing what we'd like done. Before he left, he was able to provide a price that was fair and schedule the work. I appreciated the real-time nature of getting the work scheduled. Fast forward a few weeks due to our scheduling needs, and on our day-of service team was Jason (father) and Hayden (son). They showed up on time and got right to work. Jason explained again what and how they would tackle our project. They were both very respectful of our property and started renewing our dirty driveway, sidewalks, pathway, stonework walls, stone stair cases, pool coping, and waterfall to their like-new state. My wife and I were BLOWN away by the transformation by the before and after. I'm attaching just a small example of before, during, and after picture. To be honest, if I hadn't seen this for myself, I would almost not believe it. I highly recommend this Austin-local family-owned and operated business to ANYONE looking for a top-notch job, done-right, at a reasonable price. I will look no farther for our future outdoor soft / power washing and window cleaning. You shouldn't either. Give ATX Soft Wash a call. read more

My husband and I are so thankful for this company! They are a family business and it shows through their communication/responsiveness, quality of work, and customer care. Benjamin and Chris were the team assigned to us. They pressure washed the driveway, sidewalk, and patio. They also cleaned all of the windows (inside and out) and screens. They checked with us to make sure the quality was to our standard and if it wasn't, they'd do it again. We recommend this business for your window cleaning and power washing needs! read more

Professional Crew members, Willie and Jennifer, deserve more than five stars. They were courteous, meticulous, and efficient. They cleaned the windows inside and out along with the screens. They pressure washed the garage floor that looked like a lost cause until they finished the work. It truly looks like a different garage because of the clean floor. We will use ATX Soft Wash again for windows and also pressure washing. read more

Just received a soft wash on my metal roof and everything looks fantastic! Brendan, Dez and Ben did an outstanding job. All three were professional and courteous and made sure that any plants or grass received proper rinsing along with the roof. They took great care in making sure everything was cleaned up and left just like they found it. Roof looks brand new. Thanks again to the professionals at ATX Soft Wash. read more

We're so glad we hired ATX Soft Wash to clean our windows. Willie & Dez were polite & so easy to work with. They did a great job, especially considering we have hard to work with windows, which required them removing the whole panes before cleaning. We enjoyed talking with them while they worked & will definitely hire them again! read more

INCREDIBLE! We had a significant rust stain on our stone house that was over 3 years old. It was 15 - 20 feet in length and 2-3 feet wide. Shawn was great. Dispatched Jason and team. They were the best. End result, they got ALL of the rust off (which was amazing) and then washed the entire side of the house. The house looks new. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks, ATX Soft Wash. read more

ATX Wash is completely professional. As soon as I requested an estimate they were on it. As soon as I was ready to schedule the roof cleaning, they were here a week later. My metal roof looks new. Truly stunning. Ben and Des were the two professionals who did the work and they were courteous and answered all my questions. They were very careful with the house and plants and did an expert job. They completely cleaned up around the house and didn't leave any debris. I would recommend them without hesitation. You get your money's worth. Great job. read more

Had a bad experience with this company. They also leave flyers at doors which creates tons of trash in the neighborhood (and we had a sign stating no solicitation). read more

Willie, Connor, Hayden, and Charlee spent a long, hot day cleaning our roof, gutters, windows, house, driveway and patio. They worked diligently, paying attention to every detail. These guys are great - friendly, professional, and hard working. You can NOT go wrong with ATX Soft Wash! read more

It's raining like crazy, and water is flowing freely out our gutters/downspouts! Great work! Professional.

ATX Softwash was recommended to me by my contractors, who commented on my super dirty windows (they were right) and that I needed to invest in window washing and how much of a difference it makes. They relayed that they used ATX Softwash for their own home and that the vendor was really excellent. They were right. Willie and Dez of ATX Softwash just left my place and I feel like I'm in a new house. I thanked them profusely when they were done for the care and thoroughness of their work. They took their time and ensured that every window was spotless, inside and out. They also washed the screens of my back porch -- which also now looks brand new. I couldn't be happier and will absolutely use them again. read more

Just wanted to share my experience. I was slammed at work so I wasn't even home when Ben, Chris, Dez and Willie PROMPTLY showed up for this project (window and patio ceiling cleaning). But they got right to work. I came to check up on them because this home is large with over 100 windows and beautiful wood ceilings in the large patio and I wanted to make sure they were doing what I had asked of them. When I came home to check on them during my afternoon break at work, they were hard at work and almost done. They had cleaned all ceiling wood panels by hand to avoid any harm to it. These guys were very polite, hardworking, care about your property, and they did a wonderful job; I will definitely be calling them back next year. read more
