We had scheduled window washing on a Friday between 0830-0930. At 1000 no one had called or showed up. I called them 4-5 times, no answer, and finally left a message. When we finally spoke I was given a story that their van broke down and that they tried to call, but the phone number was not good. The phone number they had on the signed approved estimate was correct. I did reschedule the job for the following Friday, the techs were great and my windows were cleaned very well. A few days before the job was to take place I responded to the receptionist's email requesting a discount due to the no show, and reschedule. Again no response to my request and no discount. Imagine That!! I wouldn't waste my time with these people. Very poor communication by the receptionist which is bad for business!! read more

First off, I was able to talk to a friendly person who cheerfully scheduled me and explained what they would do, asked a lot of good questions. When the day approached they reminded me a few times making sure I would be home (which I always like), and then the actual cleaning was done incredibly well. We have used this company twice now after high recommendations from several of our neighbors who have used them for years. They have done an excellent job power washing our home exterior, driveway, pool deck, and of special note, did an amazing job on the canterra stone columns of our pergola. They have also cleand all our interior and exterior windows to a sparkling shine. Their rates are reasonable and the entire team is highly conscientious about their work. Calls are returned promptly and scheduling was easy and timely. I was especially pleased that everyone arrived wearing a mask and respected social distancing. I'm so upset with this company. We had a scheduled pressure washing of our home last Friday and they just didn't show up to perform the job. They said they would call 20 minutes before they arrived and as the time approached I got nervous they weren't going to show because no one had called me. I called them over 10 times the morning they should have arrived and left messages. No one has called me back or reached out. Because I had spent such a long time on the phone with the girl who took down my information I am here writing a bad review because time is money and money is time. These people wasted so much of my time and I'm grateful I didn't spend a dime toward their "services". I suggest getting a new receptionist as she sounded distracted when I was booking and even told me she needed to pull over because she was driving!!! I wouldn't waste my time with these people. We have used C Clearly services over the last couple years for window cleaning, gutter cleaning and power washing. They have always been prompt and are very respectful. Most recently we used them to power wash our back patio which had become very moldy and green from all the rains we have had. Last week was the 3rd year in a row that I've used Tim's services. I have them clean all my windows and screens on my 2-story condominium in northwest Austin. They take down and clean all of my screens and pat them dry before returning them back to each sill. Each window and window sill has been hand washed, scrubbed, and dried. I also have my driveways power scrubbed with this huge machine of theirs that has a circular power brush; they also power wash both of my porches. Tim and his assistant are clearly detail-oriented and put extreme pride into their work. I highly recommend them (and I tell everyone I know) and hope that the reader of this referral will call Tim very soon, as the end products are freshly bright and sparkly clean windows and a driveway looking like the concrete was freshly poured! Just bought a home in Austin, it was a little bit of a fixer upper. The house had green moldy growth all over the siding which I tried cleaning myself with no success. I decided to hire a professional and after quite a bit of research I picked C Clearly Window Cleaning. It was a very good experience right from our initial conversation, the office staff is very thorough and polite and the techs are very professional. My husband researched window cleaners and found C Clearly to be the best. Their estimate was itemized and very clear. They arrived when they said they would. The two gentlemen that cleaned the windows, gutters, siding and driveway/patio were excellent. They wore shoe covers in the house and were very respectful of our property. The siding looks like new. Based on Yelp reviews I decided to use C Clearly Window Cleaning. The worker showed up on time and did a very thorough job and the windows looked fantastic. While I was very pleased with the job they did cleaning our gutters, I have a problem with payment. I seldom run into a problem paying my bill with a debit card, but this was an exception. I simply do not use checks anymore---I use my debit card. In this case they wanted me to pay 3% more for the use of my card. I paid it this time and paid the 3%, but that will be the last time I use their services. This may be a small point to most other users but it is an unnecessary cost to the 2016 consumer. read more
