We scheduled all the cleaning services with Rigdon and they did a fantastic job. Dan, who has been with the company, for more than 4 years was an expert and did a meticulous job. He was the STAR of the project. We had them do window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and External house pressure wash. Dan did the job in a perfect order by starting the inside window cleaning first, so he didn't have to come inside the house later. Then he finished the gutter cleaning, followed by external pressure wash for house walls, siding, and windows. He explained that the pressure wash will help remove any residue left in the gutter plus he was able to flush the gutter spouts with heavy water pressure. Since we had bought 3 hours of pressure wash, they were able to powerwash our driveway and garage as well. Lastly, Dan and his Manager Mike, spent a good amount of time cleaning our external windows which now look brand new. They made our house look spic-n-span and I think our house value has gone up now :). Big thanks to Dan for showing up on time, doing his job with perfection, 100% dedication, and being open to listen to our questions/requests. Mike also did a fantastic job, given his 8 years of experience with Rigdon. We absolutely recommend Rigdon to anybody who wants to get their services and get their home look like brand new. I don't know how this company can have any good reviews. Maybe they are good at washing windows. I used them to clean our restaurant kitchen floor approximately 500sf. They quoted me $1500 which I thought was extremely high but would hopefully be worthwhile if done thoroughly and professionally. What took place was 2 guys with a pressure washer spending at the most a total of 3 hrs with no concern for protecting the food service area. They then left without notice, I had to call the office to see if they were done or just on brake. I spent an hour of my time wiping down everything from their overspray. When I called to discuss the issue they said they would call me back. Three weeks later while I was out of town, they left me a phone message and emailed an invoice with $100 discount. Before I could get back to them, the next two days in a row they sent in someone trying to collect on the bill, harassing my wife in front of our customers. When I returned and called , they apologized and acted like they didn't know who or why someone would have come out to collect. They even offered me a discount on future work. Only a fool would fall for that. This was the most unprofessional experience and biggest waste $1400 I have ever had in business. read more
