I have been needed service done on our house and had just dealt with painters that really took advantage of us so I was apprehensive at first dealing with Anita. Right of the bat, every communication I have had with her was such a breeze. Day of service, it was such a pleasure to meet her and her husband. They did an outstanding job on what they came to do. They did an amazing job on my house!! I had them come clean the inside and outside windows of my two story house, as well as have them power wash my house and clean the dryer vent. Windows looked amazing and for the power washing they actually use a brush to scrub your house. I have a lot of white trim and like most others I have gutters that get mildew on them. All of those white areas were white again. I was amazed at the thorough job they did. I highly recommend them and will use them next year for these services! read more

I used Aspen in 2019, and Steve and Anita did an amazing job. I recommended them to friends who were also very pleased (the picky friends, too). It seems that they may have sold the business, as they are not shown as the owners any longer. I reached out over four weeks ago to get a bid, and nobody has gotten back to me. Other friends have also called and left messages to have this work done and gave up after three weeks of waiting to hear back. This is so unfortunate; I'm happy to support any younger people who would like to own a small business, but zero contact back with potential customers is a death knell. Woo! We knew our windows were dirty, we just didn't know *how* dirty. Until these kind folks came and cleaned them, doing the best work possible, very efficient work on less than ideal window surfaces. Our windows are about as old as our thirty year old house, and we're not in the position to replace, so a deep clean makes all the difference in the light we get in the house, and our views of our yard. Had Aspen Window Cleaning out to clean the windows of a house I'm selling. They were prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job!

Aspen wasn't the cheapest of the quotes we got for cleaning our windows but we liked that Anita took the time to walk around the house, look at how the windows opened and talked to us about our screens. We didn't want the screens taken out because they are not really meant to come out so they worked with us on that. The weather was an issue for a bit but Friday the windows got washed and they are sparkling! When I was driving up to the house I could notice the difference from the street!! Coley took his time and was meticulous with our windows, screens and the dirt collector section of the window sills. Other people have mentioned how much more light comes into the house after the cleaning and they are right! The screens are so clean I don't even notice that their in the window. Now that's clean! Every time I try to clean them myself I seem to simply smear the dirt around. They are never streak free until now. I will definitely be using them yearly if not every 6 months from now on.
