Last month I sent messages to several businesses in regards to cleaning my solar panels. Paige with Allied Service responded promptly with questions regarding the system. She had a proposal put together and emailed to me that day. We decided to accept the offer and schedule a time and day for them to come out. The day before they were due to come out we received an email stating their technician had hurt himself and could not keep the scheduled appointment. Now this email came on a Sunday which shows me, they care about keeping their customers informed. Paige explained they had us rescheduled for that Wednesday instead. It worked out perfectly. Their technician came out and halfway through the job sent several pictures of my solar panels showing the difference in the cleaned panels and the dirty panels. That evening when I got home, there was no evidence of them even being there other then the spotless solar panels. We are already seeing a difference in the production of our solar unit. Outstanding! I've used Allied Services twice. Only one month ago I saw some mold on my roof. I called them and the owner came out within a day and gave me a very fair estimate for removing the mold and then cleaning a slab. I was so impressed that by the time the guys were done (Miguel and so sorry I can't remember the name of the other pro) I had them power wash the driveway and front step, as well. One week ago my beautiful newly cleaned roof was egged! I still can't believe it. There was no question who I'd call. Within one day Miguel came out. I was concerned because I read that egg has acid and can ruin the color of shingles. Miguel gently cleaned out all the egg and again, an incredible job. I could not give 0 because there is no more option. I called this company and they offered a free estimate. I arrange time and day with my husband, after 1 hour late my husband call to let me know they never show up. After he said he was on the way! I contacted them, they never answear the phone. The guy Shawn text to say he did show up, that he check true the fence, creepy and totally lie,the whole point to have a estimate is to go through about what we need to be done and he knew my husband was there waiting. I went out to take a walk this morning and I noticed a couple of guys with Allied Services cleaning the entry and driveway of a neighbor's house. It was looking really good! I asked them about cleaning limestone since my house has had this black mold on the north side on some columns that extend out from under the roof since I bought it 16 years ago. I had tried everything to clean them with no success. They said they could get them sparkling clean. So, I asked them to come by after they finished the job they were working on. About 45 minutes later they were there and I watched as they started work on the house, driveway and sidewalk. It was amazing. It took some time, but after pressure washing and applying some chemicals and washing again the house looked awesome! I've never seen our house look so good! These guys are courteous and careful to make sure they don't harm the mortar or concrete while they work. They take their time (took them almost 2 hours) and the results are mind bending. Their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Allied Services, you should definitely give them a call if you need pressure washing! read more

This company did a great job giving my home a much needed bath! i was so happy with the outcome. They even came back to touch up a "missed spot"!
