Henry did a good job cleaning windows and was up front with me before the job that he doesn't remove screens. He isn't equipped to do bottom tight corners of window tracks. His price was good. read more

Country Window Cleaning came out on March 19th. She gave me an estimate to clean my windows. I asked if she had an opening within the next week, because I'll be having lots of company because of my dad's passing? She said as of then, she was booked. She said she'd get back to the office, call me back by noon. That she would try and see if she could fit me in by seeing if she could move someone else. I didn't hear back and figured she was busy. Called the next day and left a message. I still haven't heard back. I guess she just doesn't need the business. Not very professional. I was referred to her, also. If you can't fit someone in after all, at least let them know. Not leave them hanging. Luckily, I was able to find another company to come do them. read more

These people are great! They cleaned my moms patio and screens in Sun City. They did an absolute fabulous job! Very professional and timely. Then we had them clean our patio and screens. Wow what a night and day difference! It smells so clean, they got all the dirt, pollen and dust off of everything! They even went above and beyond and cleaned our deck. They wipe down and clean all the windows that get wet. They also cleaned our ceiling fan! We will definitely be getting them again!! read more

I highly recommend. They clean inside and outside, screens, tracks, outside light fixtures, inside mirrors, garage door, bathroom light fixture, outside ceiling fans. I've been told that for a smallish charge they will clean inside ceiling fans. I also received a quote for thorough cleaning of screened patio including furniture washing. Very unprofessional. I called them to clean the windows for a clients house that I have for sale. Promptly responded and gave a bid. Seller agreed and appointment was made. Went over to meet them to open door and was greeted by the two guys doing the work. Who quickly said your bid is wrong it should be more. Shawn didn't understand the integrity of the type of Windows. I told totem have Shawn contact the seller and let him know. Guy says we will go ahead and do the power washing work. I left went by later and no one was there. They had done nothing. Made MULTIPLE attempts to call company back and left several messages. Never heard from again. All they did was track some leaves into a just cleaned house. I would advise against using this company . read more

County Window Cleaning made my day! I have been gritting my teeth at my dirty windows for months. With a new baby and busy husband, I had three options....continue to grit my teeth, nag my already stressed out husband about the windows, or hire out some help. I'm so glad I chose option #3. I made one quick phone call to schedule the estimate. The estimator arrived early, she wrote up the bid, and informed me which appointments they had available. We had severe hard water, paint and grime buildup on most of our windows, so I was so pleased the estimate was so affordable. I didn't even have to bother with getting estimates from other companies. The day of the window cleaning, two nice men showed up and got to work. Not only did they clean my windows thoroughly, but they also removed, washed, and re-installed my screens, pressure washed my front walkway and cleaned my exterior light fixtures. They were professional and kind. In less than 2 hours, my anxiety-inducing dirty windows were clear! Money well spent. Zero stars - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Completely stood me up today with no explanation. Someone answered the phone the first time I called to see where the crew was, said she'd call me right back and let me know where they were. NEVER called back and I called back and left messages at least 8 times today. No response. We had already moved all of our heavy patio furniture into the yard, and I blocked out the whole day so I could be home while they were here cleaning windows and power washing porches. So unprofessional. I have used them for 10 years , always gave their name out to my friends to use, and never had any trouble, Paul always did a fabulous job. I don't know if he left or if there is a new owner or what. Very disappointed, I will certainly never be using them again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either! read more

We have used Country Window Cleaning, Inc. a half dozen times are so and could not be happier with their work. I've recommended them to friends and co-workers and thought they deserve a post here as well. Paul, Jay and, recently, Frank, always show up on time, are professional and courteous, being conscientious about your floors and carpets when working inside by slipping on those blue shoe covers. We have a 3000+ sq. ft. 2-story and they are generally finished with windows, inside and out including the trough that the window sits in which always collects a lot of dirt, plus power washing the eves (or the entire house, if needed/desired), cleaning the patios/porches, patio furniture cushions, exterior ceiling fans and light fixtures, doors and door frames and the screens to the windows all within 2-3 hours. The house looks fantastic when they are done and the price is very reasonable. These guys are great! read more
