Yeah... These guys are on point. We contacted them and Marshall came out to have a peek at the home and give us a quote. The quote was extremely competitive compared to the last company who cleaned our windows. Although it was more expensive than the kiddo's who came by and offered us window cleaning earlier in the week after trampling through our flower bed to get to the front door. We do have a walkway. I digress. I don't believe the cute little kids were older than 12yrs old each. That wasn't going to fly. Marshall and the misses came to an agreement on price and date. As the date approached, there was no doubt that there was going to be a rain delay. They were very aware of the weather and were easy to reschedule so they wouldn't clean on one day and a storm would plow through the next rendering their work undone. They did this twice for us. Kip and Mitch showed up at the arranged time. This never happens for us. Nice crisp clean uniforms, with a Ghost Busters dual tank thingy. Unlike the kiddo's who offered up a bucket, squidgy and a Red Flyer Wagon cart where they kept their stuff. Mitch and Kip were very courteous, talkative and labor focussed. They took a considerable amount of time cleaning our windows, screens and also offered up power washing our stones in the back yard. We did pay an extra cost for that, which was fine, Suzie had asked if they could, they didn't offer the service. Noice. The twin turbo Ghost Buster tank thingy, was a marvel. A combination broom and power washer with secret sauce stuff from the tanks, rendered the windows spotless. We had a stubborn picture window which after trying to clean it a couple times, it wasn't happening. It remained milky, indicating the argon inside was amiss. They thought the window may be failing, which could be very true. The windows are just 5yrs old, so I have reached out to Titan to claim a fix on the warranty. In addition, we had three windows which are a challenge to get the screens off of, well at least other cleaners hemmed and hawed about them. This magnificent duo, no problems, be happy. They cleaned up their work spaces, wore little CSI booties so not to drag crap into our home and checked with us all along the way. They kept a smile on their faces while they worked around our 18 windows. I felt safe with them in our home.. what I mean by that is, we have had some workers in our house who have inquired about our art or mentioned they like a watch in a winder on my bureau in our master bedroom. Slightly alarming, not the usual casual conversation one has with strangers. We are definitely going to get on a regular rotation, perhaps quarterly. It is certainly affordable to do so. They offer gutter services and obviously pressure washing. Top draw lads. read more

Disappointed with this company to say the least. I had an interview with Caitlin, which went well, and resulted in me receiving a job offer. From there I was strung along for MONTHS with the promise that I still had the job. I was told time and time again they were now waiting on a new work van to be purchased by the owners. I had no idea my employment would be dependent on them buying a new work vehicle. Then, after months of reaching out and following up, I get ghosted. Extremely unprofessional and honestly completely ridiculous. So if you want an unprofessional company that gives you the run around then this is the company choose! If you're not going to respond to service request on Yelp you should have a note on your business page on that platform. What a great experience with Pink's window cleaning service! My house is sooo much brighter and my windows have never been this clean!This company went above and beyond all of my expectations!  Our service providers were Lou and Cam, both warm and friendly but also highly professional.  -They were right on time! Yes, an actual scheduled time of arrival!  I didn't have to stay home waiting for a four-hour window, which has become the norm for other home service companies. -They were so friendly and explained everything in detail about their process.  My husband really appreciated how they took extra time with him as well to walk the property before and after they were done! -I love that they wear uniforms that have their name printed!  It is just one of the little touches that made us feel so comfortable.  It took me back to the nostalgia of our neighborhood growing up.  Our milkman, neighborhood mechanic, butcher, handy man and avon lady were all a part of the community.  They were people we trusted and loved.  -They have amazing high-tech equipment that blasts the grime from our windows!  (My husband loved this!) Our windows have NEVER looked this clean.  It allows so much more light into our home, that can be a bit on the dark side.  After the deep scrub they went back with additional tools to COMPLETELY clean the windows to perfection!  I loved that the final touch was the traditional squeegee for streak-free perfect windows!  -They didn't just clean the windows but also scrubbed the frames, and cleaned the ledges!  When they encountered a dove nest, they talked to us to find out if we wanted it to remain undisturbed or to be removed.  I found that incredibly thoughtful.  -After walking us around the house to ensure everything was perfect, they gave us the cutest little goodie bag with a handwritten thank you note.  It even included a little toy for our dog!  THANK YOU SO MUCH for your incredible service and attention to detail!  It is companies like yours that I love to support!  You went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations! read more

Every interaction was professional, timely and well done, from getting the intial quote, to answering questions regarding what to expect and the actual work being done.
