The quote was extremely competitive compared to the last company who cleaned our windows. Although it was more expensive than the kiddo's who came by and offered us window cleaning earlier in the week after trampling through our flower bed to get to the front door. We do have a walkway. I digress. I don't believe the cute little kids were older than 12yrs old each. That wasn't going to fly. Marshall and the misses came to an agreement on price and date. As the date approached, there was no doubt that there was going to be a rain delay. They were very aware of the weather and were easy to reschedule so they wouldn't clean on one day and a storm would plow through the next rendering their work undone. They did this twice for us. Kip and Mitch showed up at the arranged time. This never happens for us. Nice crisp clean uniforms, with a Ghost Busters dual tank thingy. Unlike the kiddo's who offered up a bucket, squidgy and a Red Flyer Wagon cart where they kept their stuff. Mitch and Kip were very courteous, talkative and labor focussed. They took a considerable amount of time cleaning our windows, screens and also offered up power washing our stones in the back yard. We did pay an extra cost for that, which was fine, Suzie had asked if they could, they didn't offer the service. Noice. The twin turbo Ghost Buster tank thingy, was a marvel. A combination broom and power washer with secret sauce stuff from the tanks, rendered the windows spotless. We had a stubborn picture window which after trying to clean it a couple times, it wasn't happening. It remained milky, indicating the argon inside was amiss. They thought the window may be failing, which could be very true. The windows are just 5yrs old, so I have reached out to Titan to claim a fix on the warranty. In addition, we had three windows which are a challenge to get the screens off of, well at least other cleaners hemmed and hawed about them. This magnificent duo, no problems, be happy. They cleaned up their work spaces, wore little CSI booties so not to drag crap into our home and checked with us all along the way. They kept a smile on their faces while they worked around our 18 windows. I felt safe with them in our home.. what I mean by that is, we have had some workers in our house who have inquired about our art or mentioned they like a watch in a winder on my bureau in our master bedroom. Slightly alarming, not the usual casual conversation one has with strangers. We are definitely going to get on a regular rotation, perhaps quarterly. It is certainly affordable to do so. They offer gutter services and obviously pressure washing. Top draw lads.

Extremely unprofessional and honestly completely ridiculous. So if you want an unprofessional company that gives you the run around then this is the company choose! I had high hopes for this company…read more.. A 3 person team showed up to do an initial deep clean of our 2 bedroom 2 bath single story house. We have no pets and minimal stuff/furniture. We always pick up so the cleaners can focus on deep cleaning and not shuffling paper and the such. After about 2.5 hours the main person came to knock on my office door to let me know they were almost done. A few minutes later I noticed they were all walking back to their car. I ran out after them asking if we could do a walk-through. The main person replied "Most peoples just trust us but a second pair of eyes never hurts." We checked the guest bathroom and there was a large, black scuff mark that was about 4 inches thick and 6 inches wide. I asked if they had cleaned the tub and the main person said that her helper had told her she cleaned it and that this mark must be permanent. I reached under my sink, took out a blue non-stick sponge, wet it with water, got into the tub with my bare feet and easily removed the black mark. ??? Did that helper even try?? I called the office and was told: "We don't like to make excuses but the main person as a trainer as this was a new team and they were being trained." I went ahead and paid over the phone feeling confused and disappointment. Being trained? So apparently the main person is supposed to be a mentor and training the new team... and yet she did not double check their work and just "trusts" the new team will do a good job or knows how to do a good job. Well, they didn't. They left a dirty tub. After I got off the phone with the office and the team had left I walked around the house with a more critical eye and found they also didn't dust the top of the fans, which I specifically asked them to do. They left cobwebs all over the living room mirror. And they didn't scrub the stove top (see image attached). And all this cost me $227.33!!! They say they guarantee their work... the office certainly didn't try to offer a re-do. I am incredibly disappointment and can not recommend this company.
