The girls broke fixtures off on shower. On top of that they left in a hurry and never said anything??

I hired them to do a move-out cleaning for a rental property, and they were fast, attentive, and provided a great clean! Will hire again!

We had a major remodel done and the dust in my house was awful. I tried so hard to keep up with it but it was impossible. I decided that I needed professional help so I sent a request on Yelp! For quotes from a few places and after getting the prices back and reading the reviews I went with JAR Cleaning. Idk if you follow go clean co but that is the type of cleaning I wanted and needed. The cleaners arrived on time with a team of three and walked through the house with me making sure everything I wanted to be done was noted and would be cleaned. The team was here for about 4 hours and the difference in my house is insane!! I walked into the bathroom at one point and the cleaner had removed the toilet seat and was cleaning around it!!! Oh my goodness!!! Yes!! This is the type of clean I wanted! Every inch of my house was cleaned like that. Upon completion they asked me to walk around and check to see if any was missed and I noticed one small place that was missed and they were very Apollo and dusted it right away and the noticed a spot on the baseboard and redid them in the living room because they weren't up to their standards!!! Oh I saw them vacuum and mop under my couch!! UNDER THE COUCH!! That tells you they take pride in their work and want people to have a very clean house when they are done. DO NOT SCHEDULE a cleaning with this company unless you are okay with being ghosted! I booked a deep cleaning on 6/8/2022 for an important event at my home on 6/24/2022. I even confirmed on 6/20/2022 as this was very important. They confirmed and even proceeded to send me their only acceptable forms of payment, which I agreed to. Well guess who never showed up! Or even let me know they weren't coming. Or responded to my texts pleading at least for a disposition, even if they weren't going to do the job, so that I could attempt to find someone else at the last minute. But NO. NADA. NOTHING. I should have been aware of the red flag when they told me to contact them via text and NOT Yelp because they charge too much to go through the app! This is the epitome of poor business practice and I hope no one else falls prey to them! I realize house cleaning is not usually emergent, but, like I said, I had an event at my home which made it imperative! read more

Just do it! Stop reading reviews, pull the trigger and call Robert. My wife just delivered a new baby so the house was starting to look not so great. Robert sent two cleaners and they deep cleaned the heck out of my house. My house looks almost as good as it did when we first bought it. They were detailed (scrubbed basically everything) and even left the toilet paper/paper towels with little folds like a hotel. My entire house smells fan freaking tastic! I'm a repeat client (2nd time) and will be a client in the future as well because it's a job well done and I can continue to work on what I need to as my place is cleaned. JAR did a wonderful job on a deep clean after we had our floors replaced. We we're moving back in and everything was covered in a layer of dust. They cleaned our home top to bottom including windows, refrigerator and ovens. Extra charge for the refrigerator and oven. Very friendly and thorough cleaning service. read more

I just had JAR Cleaning do a deep clean of my 1,200 sq ft home and I am extremely pleased with the work that Yuli and her helper did!! They cleaned all the blinds (which was no easy feat in the kitchen with the aluminum ones!), fans, baseboards, every crevice they could find. The inside of my fridge and oven are sparkling!
