I hired this company for a move out cleaning a few years ago and they did a phenomenal job. They are cleaning my house today and they are nothing short of amazing. My in-laws are visiting next week and my FIL just completed chemotherapy. I needed the house clean and sanitized. These two ladies have met and exceeded all my expectations. Can't wait for them to come back routinely. We work long hours and I'm out of town most weeks Monday through Friday. How nice to not have to worry about using my only time at home to clean! I scheduled a deep clean with this company, but what was provided felt more like a standard cleaning. The cleaning ladies were very kind and did a decent job overall, but there were still spots on the floor, areas with clumps of pet hair, and it didn't meet the level of detail I expected for a deep clean. Additionally, the hand on a statue near my husband's bed was broken during cleaning. Accidents happen, and I would have understood if they had told me, but there was no communication. None of the cleaners spoke English, so we had to use Google Translate, which made it difficult to address issues in the moment. I've also tried calling, texting, and emailing the company to cancel our monthly cleanings, but have received no response--even after they withdrew the payment from my account. I hired Trustworthy Cleaning to do a move out cleaning. They did a superb job. The ladies that showed up were courteous and respectful. They showed up 15 min before the time they were supposed to, very punctual. Stated it would be about 3 hours, and that's exactly how it went. We kept our home pretty clean but since we were selling it, in this case we had to have professionals come and clean it, and professional they were. As the other reviews state this is a scam . They take 100 deposit to scam you . I gave them deposit to book appointment for move out clean . They state will be there early morning and if you don't confirm 50.00z they did not show . I called and I got the run around for three hours . I even drove to the gas station they claimed were at and took video of them not there . I told them I will dispute charge and cancel and then they showed up and I told them in reviews they are asking more money when I'm home and if was planning on doing this to leave . They swore they would not . We were pcs - ing , military family . We were in driveway and a hour past bc was waiting on carpet cleaners . The company called as everyone said and said they tried to run my card for full quote before job done and is their policy . I went in house to check progress bc felt was trying to take money and bail out . Not do job . Sure enough , nothing was cleaned but one bathroom vanity in the hour . I told him based on all that happened and reviews that I wasn't giving money upfront and had no problem paying after . He said they are leaving house without doing job . I called another company and they came out right away and did amazing . I have video of all correspondence with this company . They don't speak English so have to call third party to communicate. UPDATE - changed my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Their team called me and promised a reclean service as I was unsatisfied with the first service. It's been two weeks i didnt get a call back from them to schedule one. Today I called them but they said they don't have any notes on their end to give me a reclean service. So disappointed with the service. There were two cleaning ladies and the appointment was for 3 hours. Later got extended to 4 hrs because they said it can't be done in 3 hrs. One of the two ladies was in my kitchen for 3 hrs. Yes 3 hrs and still after it was done I had to point her common spots that weren't clean. The other cleaning lady did 3 bathrooms for 3 hrs and still i found the bathtub unlean. I wish I had an option to pay after the service. Today was our first experience with Trustworthy Cleaning Company. We would highly recommend using this company for anyone who wants their home cleaned and restored back to new. Crew #8 came to our home, these two ladies were absolutely wonderful! They did such a great job and were both so polite and pleasant. When they were done, our place was literally sparkling. We couldn't believe it. They cleaned everything, even my husband coffee cup as he came in and set it in the sink as they were finishing up. They even saw we had unfolded towels out of the dryer in the laundry room and just simply folded them, such a nice gesture. They didn't miss any details big or small. I am done using this cleaning company. I have used hem about 6 times now and the cleaning has been really good. But not the last two times. They send over a different person every time and I have to be here and take off of work when it's not the same person. Also they RUINED my gout after I specifically mentioned to be careful each time and the last time They said they couldn't find a grout cleaner so they gave me a HORRIBLE clean for free. They didn't even vacuum the stairs! After that I totally found a grout cleaner that I had to pay for. Not a detail was missed; and the small thoughtful touches, such as folding the points of the toilet paper rolls and Kleenex tissues was just awesome. This company is a complete scam. Price quoted $250 received a call and they are going to charge me an additional $130 on top of it because we needed the "deep clean" package. Promised they wouldn't charge the card until it was done. That was a lie. I check out the house and there's food and cups from where they had eaten in the house. Why? They were at my place for 2 hours and all they manage to do was knock off the dust from my fan to the floor and leave water all over the bathroom. Got another call to tell me they needed to leave because of the condition of the place. Apparently I have bed bugs but there's no sign of any sort of pests in house. They told me they would complete the job the next day. I show up to see what they were talking about about and the counter tops weren't wiped down. All my cabinets were open and nothing was cleaned? Said they needed to leave and left a mess when they left. Joseph has no idea what he's talking about as a "supervisor" and I was suppose to be passed off to another supervisor to speak with someone who can actually answer my questions. Just for the second supervisor to tell me they'd send someone else to clean it after an inspection. No one can keep their stories straight. I'm suppose to receive a refund but we'll see. The ladies that did the cleaning were fine, however dealing with this company leaves a lot to be desired. The lady that I first contacted appeared to not understand what I needed, and was somewhat sharp with me. I should have retreated, however I really needed to get the house cleaned on a regular basis is I hung in there. On the first visit, apparently one cleaning lady called the office and told them that they wanted more time. There was a call from their office and the man told me there would be an additional $37.50 charge. I informed him that I would absolutely not approve any additional charge. However my credit card was charged an additional $37.50. I called them and the lady there said I had approved the additional charge, thus indicating I was lying. I am giving it two stars because the ladies who cleaned my house did a great job but if they quote you $280 with a $20 discount for being a new customer but charge you $346 and forget the discount, well this is a problem for me. I first want to express that I know people make mistakes, however I had the deep cleaning package 227$ from trustworthy cleaning. 1st we received a text for confirmation of arrival from 12-1230 , they showed up at 11am, we had to rush and get kiddo ready and get out of the house. I hired them to do my move-out cleaning. They were responsive before the appointment and immediately went silence on me when issues arose. I requested for two maids. The job lasted 4hrs. The first 3hrs, I was letting them doing their job based on the assumption that they are cleaning professionals after all. Three hours have passed, there was so much left to clean! I couldn't believe it! In the last hour, I had to point out to them where needs cleaning and they spoke very limited English so I had to put my hands on every spot to show "look, this is still dirty!" One of the maids spent most of her time talking on the phone, doing nothing. In the last hour, I pretty much asked the other maid to redo whatever area the first maid was supposed to clean in the first 3 hours. I paid $75 an hour really just for one maid or 1.5 maid if you ask me. I communicated this to the company immediately after the service and they didn't respond at all. Honestly, I would have understood this could be an isolated incident if their management responded and gave me a proper explanation. But they didn't. They did tell me that they probably wouldn't be done in two hours but I was very budget conscious of this. I was hoping they would clean our floors primarily and the bathrooms. When I went to check it out, it looks like the bathrooms are primarily what they focused on and the floors were barely touched. I hired another company the next day to finish the job. I'm not happy about how much I spent on this or the outcome and primarily feel like it was my fault for not giving in to their demands for more time and money. The House was empty. We brought in a professional flooring company the next day and they used a moisture meter and the floors were soaked.
