The first job was a through cleaning for a make-ready at a vacant home. Maria and her team cleaned the property from top to bottom, including the windows inside and out. She was even able to get the grout sparking on a 60+ year old tile floor. Pricing was fair and I could not have been more pleased. The second job was to clean 27 windows inside and out. It was a big job, and they completed it even though it started to rain. They stuck it out and finished the job. Now I have squeaky clean windows. The most recent project was a thorough cleaning in an occupied home. Once again she and her team did an excellent job. They did a lot of detail work like cleaning the fans from the fur and dirt and window sills and wiping down the banisters and baseboards that were all full of fur and dirt since I doubt our tenants ever cleaned anything. I suspect they had more than one dog in there from the smell and all the fur. I highly recommend them they did an excellent job and were very nice and thoughtful. When they heard that I had to use a walker to come in to do the walk-through, they swept out the driveway to make a path from all the acorns that were in the way so I wouldn't have any problem making it into the house. The price was well worth all the work they did and the house was smelling clean and fresh on the walkthrough.

I give Yemily 4 stars and not 5 because of their time management. I told them they had to be finished by a certain time, and she did not understand. I had to stop them in what they were doing and redirect them to other priorities as I realized things would not be completed by the time I needed the service to be finished. Since they were 15 minutes late to the agreed upon appointment they did not finish cleaning what was expected. Wow. I have found the missing link in cleaning services! I've always been avoided using a service…read morebecause I prefer knowing who is going to be in my home, and for so many other reasons. For my entire adult life have depended on personal references to find individual housecleaners. And that can be a pain when life changes or schedules change and suddenly they're not available. Or when I don't need help for a while and they replace me. I recently moved to a new neighborhood and was disappointed to find the cleaner of a friend nearby was fully booked. Thankfully she shared a business card for Rocio and her crew ensuring me that they were good. I had no other leads, so I contacted her after being convinced by her website to try them. I'm so happy I did. Now I have clean home dependability in my life. Scheduled completely at my convenience. Rocio is super professional, a great communicator, highly organized, and has an amazing crew! These ladies even leave little works of art to show they've been here. You know the specially folded towels, tissues, and toilet paper that you find in 5 star hotels after housekeeping as been there? Yep, I have these all over my house when Rocio and her crew have been here. I'm pretty picky. So I'm thrilled to find that even with redos and personal preferences Rocio ensures I'm happy. For instance, my polished wood staircase had a light film on it after they left the first time and every footstep left a mark. I asked her to take care of it the next time and not to use product on my stairs in the future. She cheerfully did exactly that and it now looks like it did before they ever came. The great advantage of three women here at once is that I don't have to leave for long since I usually schedule them for a day when I'm going to be working from home. They're a whirlwind! In and out before you know it. Thanks, Rocio and team!
