TLDR: We've been using their services for over a year now. Perfection. Not one complaint. Scheduling: is SO easy. They send a quick text message, earlier in the week, and boom you're good to go. In fact, if we ever have any scheduling problems it's on me for being slow to respond to them, because they are great about checking in and staying in touch. They've always been very gracious about my not being quick to respond too, which has to be irritating for them, so it's amazing they give me grace. Cleaning: is EXACTLY what I want, meaning my house is clean, but let me elaborate so you can know if it's what you want. They are here for exactly the right amount of time. If they stayed longer it would be a bit of a tedious inconvenience having people in your home that long. If the cleaning was shorter it would be like, "Did they even clean? What was the rush?" There's a middle sweet spot and they hit it, spot on, every time. See my initial review for things that make my home a bit challenging and unique. With time, beyond the initial deep cleaning, all of our horrid old, low quality, hard to clean surfaces have made their way to something close to a like new shine. Our shower in particular was REALLY gross, and now I wouldn't be at all embarrassed for a guest to shower in there. They are still dog fur removal wizards. We are back up to two dogs now, and not one floof survives "It's Cleaning Time." When we first started using their services we got 2-3 people coming every time, but as our home has become and stayed clean we now only get one. I mention that cause I saw people complaining about this shift over time, and to me it's like, "DUH, they've cleaned our house, and kept it clean, so we don't need 2-3 people anymore." It's much less disruptive to have fewer people in the home, so if it only takes one person, and the house is clean, what are people complaining about? Customer Service: I'm writing this review today, because yesterday a supervisor came to check our cleaning, and asked us questions about the consistent quality of their services. We told her we were 100% pleased, and even then she still reminded us that if we ever aren't happy their cleanings are "insured" and we can call them back out. That to me felt very above and beyond. Checking in on a client, you've had for a year, and never heard a peep from, says you have your own internal standards. They want us to be happy, but even if we are they still want to know the work is being done to their standard. We have had companies doing lawn care and pest control for our home for many, many years now, and a supervisor has never come to our house and made absolutely sure the work was up to snuff and that we were happy. Then, even after confirming she's happy with the work, and we are happy with the work, she goes out of her way to tell us, "Well if anything changes just call us back out, it's insured." Summary: I go back to my initial review. If you have a problem with It's Cleaning Time? You are the problem. They communicate clearly, consistently, and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The cleanings are exactly what they say the will be, every time, and are fairly priced for the services rendered. So, if they can't make you happy? Maybe you just aren't a happy person. read more

Hands down the best service I have ever used. I have been with them, at varying households, for 10+ years. They do a great job cleaning, work with your schedule, and I have never had anything broken or stolen (which I have had with other cleaning companies).
