Earlier this week I booked Peace Frog to come clean my carpets and it was a great experience. Jorrel performed our service and he was extremely professional with great attention to detail. He cleaned two rooms, a hallway, and stairs and was in and out in 1.5 hours! He took great care with our home, protected our walls/corners well, and was so friendly with our pets! I feel like the pricing was transparent and very fair (we didn't exceed the minimum until adding stairs!) The scheduling communication was also excellent and was very professional over email with accurate quotes and invoices. I'd absolutely pick Peace Frog again! read more

We have always had excellent service with Peace Frog. The appointment was easy to schedule, they let you know when they are on thier way, which is great! The techs are always friendly, profeesional and respectful of our home. I also like to keep my dollars with locally owned companies. They appreciate thier customers, which is why we continue to use them. Thanks Peace Frog! read more

These guys do an amazing job. Great customer service and great cleaning. No residue left in the carpet and no strong smells, which is my biggest problem with carpet cleaning companies. I feel like these guys actually care. Caius was our technician. He was fast, efficient, and very kind.l. This is coming from a previous carpet cleaning business owner. They might cost a little more but you will have a better experience and a carpet cleaner for life. Highly recommended. read more

WOW! My carpet looks brand new! And my ultrasuede chairs are spotless! And my little blind dog who prefers to wee on carpet rather than grass has been redeemed! I've used 3 other carpet cleaning firms and the results were terrible. These guys are in a league of their own. On time, helped move all the furniture, thorough, and very fairly priced. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance program. And the name - Peace Frog - cracks me up! Excellent services, excellent value and worth every penny! read more

I was referred to this company by my neighbors. I appreciated the ability to make the appointment online and the transparent pricing. They arrived on time and did a good job with two bedrooms and my stairs. He gave great after care instructions and was clean and tidy. Communication with the company and serviceman was clear and accurate. They offer many other services like cleaning grout. I will use them again. read more

Work quality was great, communication was professional but friendly, scheduling was easy and quick

Peace Frog's entire team is, and from what I can tell, have been the real deal at every level, including reasonable. This is my second time. The first time was just the typical two or three room package this time I did every scrap of carpet and upholstery in the house to rid the house of allergens before my son and daughter come in a couple weeks. I found customer Service, professionalism, ability, products used, integrity, communication, all at the highest level read more

Did a carpet and rug cleaning and it was done right and price was good!! Careful to protect furniture and doorways.

Wonderful experience with Peace Frog GREEN carpet cleaning. Stains removed, carpet is fresh and clean without any strong scent. I explained that my husband has health challenges and cannot tolerate those scents. Our tech was outstanding. read more

AMAZING!!! Peace Frog always comes thru for us no matter how small or extensive the project is. Very professional and precise; and well priced. They keep you updated about their arrival and will always wear booties in your home. Big shout out to Evan and Jorrel who cleaned the entire first floor of slate floors (grout was filty) to perfection; and made our area rugs look like new again. We would NEVER even consider using any other company and you shouldn't either:-) read more

Prompt, efficient and thorough. Came back to treat an area that came back up. They have a good annual plan to take advantage of once you've had your first service. read more

This place is the very best, bar none. I have a number of antique rugs that are very special to me and also a new, synthetic rug that I needed cleaned. They not only expertly guided me through the entire process, but they made it easier for me than any other rug cleaning company in any other city or state ever has. As everyone else on here mentions, they are also extremely kind and professional, making the whole experience as easy and smooth as possible. I love that they updated me as the rug cleaning began and started, they even gave me the option to pay for rug storage for a bit as I was between places and didn't have room for my rugs at the moment cleaning was finished. This was a huge help! I highly recommend them and plan to continue using their services always! read more

Everything about this service was great. I called to schedule a last-minute appointment due to a pet accident, and was able to get a quote pretty quickly. Scheduling was easy too. Noel cleaned my couch and he was very thorough about explaining the service and pricing, and the couch looks so much better too. Would definitely recommend, and might even reach back out again for a couple of rugs. Very happy to support a local business with excellent service! read more

The 5-star reviews are legit. The entire process from initial inquiry to the home visit exceeded our expectations. Peace Frog must provide service skills training to all of their resources as every interaction was courteous and professional. Jason contacted me before he arrived, on time, and walked us through the process. We had rugs, carpets, and upholstery serviced. Jason made sure that we understood the process and set our expectations regarding drying time and so forth. Jason was professional and courteous throughout his visit and even provided recommendations regarding treating stains. We will definitely be scheduling Peace Frog to clean our dryer vent and return to clean our carpets and upholstery in the future. Peace out......... read more

Cannot recommend peace frog and specifically AJ, our technician was 10/10. I'm pregnant and wasn't much help prepping the space before the clean and he didn't even bat an eye to start helping when he got here. He was extremely professional and the sweetest person. Really exposing myself here but look at the difference in our carpets! He did a terrific job and the price was very adequate! read more

Our dog got ahold of a blue Bic pen and after emptying its contents on our wool/silk area rug, he jumped up on our white linen sectional causing blue puppy paw prints all over. I thought we'd have to replace our couch, but the boys from Peace Frog know their stuff. We had them clean dining room chairs and barstools, too. I'm blown away. Everything looks brand new! 100% recommend. read more

Hi, the guy that came to clean was very nice and professional and overall did a good job. However, they only dry windows a bit vs leave them streak-free. So, the windows now look dirtier than before, unfortunately. If you use this service, you'll likely have to figure out a way to actually clean and remove streaks from your windows after. read more

The best value vs money I could find in a short notice. If your looking for professional, tip top service along with the best cleaning for your home floors, have to call "PFCT". The cleaning of my carpets was under 2 hours and the rep that came, took his time to clean the areas of my personal concern I pointed out, and the carpet cleaning was above my expectations. The carpets were clean and dry within less than 5-6 hours and smelled clean. Attached is a picture of my home and the amount of junk that was picked up and cleaned. The quote was around $190 over the phone but the sales rep re calculated based on the size and it was $145. WOW!!!!! Honest!! Can you believe that? -professional -detailed -patient -clean -honest -fast read more

I have used them several times. Very reliable and reasonable.confident in referring them to clients

Clear pricing and explanation of service, and person who visited was respectful of our house and did an excellent job.

I hired Peace Frog to clean/sanitize a couch, oversize chair, ottoman, synthetic rug and wool rug. They gave me an estimate and let me choose upgrades (e.g. scotch guard) without being pushy. The technician was very professional and friendly. He explained the process to me before work began. It is an investment but a lot cheaper than buying new furniture and the treatment definitely revived the condition. I recommend this company and will hire them again! read more

Ben did an incredible job on my floor & exceeded my expectations. He is a clean freak like me & paid close attention to details. By the time he was done, I felt like I was in a different house. I have been a long time customer of this company and normally have been satisfied with the value for what you pay. However is they clearly do not listen to the voice of the customer. Their customer service people are rude and feel the need to lecture their customers on "policy"... well welcome to a lesson in how clients work. Consumers have a choice, as does a company on how they choose to manage their business. Customer relationships are precious and should be treated as such. I will NEVER recommend or work with this compnay again. Hope the $35.00 fee was worth you losing a customer for LIFE. Next time arrive when you commit to the time so people can live their lives. It's a joke to show up at the last possible moment (second) of the "window". Best of luck! read more

I have used this company in the past, but have recently become aware that they do refuse service selectively, and are unwilling to discuss why. They are anxious to claim "5 star service", but it seems to be based on internal goals and the selectivity of their service inquiries. Perhaps job size and revenue is a factor. Please be cautious if you are considering this carpet cleaning service. read more

Carpets cleaned at the Standard pricing level for a single family home. Richard did a great job; thorough and relentlessly attacked stains. Earth-friendly chemicals that actually clean! Both people who helped me were friendly and professional. I was extremely happy with the estimate and the work done. It's really the best my grout has ever looked! I appreciate the business because I have a dog that is sensitive to chemicals. Peace Frog was really helpful. I have microfiber love seat that my Great Danes, UTI-prone 12 year old Doberman and senile 16 year old pit had claimed for their own. You can do the math on that one. PF gave an honest quote, and was upfront on the phone about my situation. They set up the appointment quickly, and gave me a fair, honest assessment of what they would be able to do. The tech was on time, courteous, honest and best of all: effective. Under promised and over delivered. Which was a welcome relief. My love seat looks brand new, has zero odor and I can actually sit in it again without feeling as though I need to sandpaper my flesh off. Thanks, Peace Frog! read more

WOW! These guys are incredible! We recently moved to Austin from NYC and needed our sofa cleaned. James from Peace Frog texted me beforehand, letting me know he was on his way and was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the treatment of the sofa, about how long it would take him, and measures I could take in the future to prevent staining. Our sofa had been through the ringer with a dog, two kids, and 3 moves under its belt. I can't even tell you how amazing it looks now! James definitely takes pride in his work and it shows! My husband couldn't even believe some of the stains that James got out (puppy pee stains from 3 years ago!). We couldn't be happier with the results. We definitely will be using Peace Frog for all our future needs. So impressed by this company and their employees. Incredible. read more
