Hi, the guy that came to clean was very nice and professional and overall did a good job. However, they only dry windows a bit vs leave them streak-free. Their customer service people are rude and feel the need to lecture their customers on "policy"... well welcome to a lesson in how clients work. I used these guys recently. Martin came on a Saturday am and cleaned two bedrooms' carpet. He was professional and prompt. They even protected the corners of my walls. They got some pet stains up and left it looking fresh and smelling great. While they were there, they did a free 10x10 tile steam cleaning. So we decided to have our grout steam cleaned. They set up to come back on Tuesday and showed up in the allotted window, even on a "snow day." They cleaned the tile and the color sealed the grout. They use a machine to clean grout and then color stain it BY HAND. Worth. Every. Penny. Martin, Steve, and (I don't a remember the third guys name) ALL did a really great job.
