Charles is the best in the city at power washing. I've hired many people to clean my house, solar panels, concrete pavers, and driveway and nobody comes close. He's worth paying more for. He knows how to work with enzymes and soaps that do more than the power washer itself to complete the job. He does high quality work with zero hand holding. You'll be happy with his work. read more

Charles cleaned some limestone pavers that had turned green and brown from algae and dirt and made them look brand new. I had tried pressure washing these myself and couldn't get them to look much better but Charles was able to get them looking brand new with the right chemicals. He also applied a sealant so they'll no longer soak up dirt and algae and pressure washed my stone mailbox and street curb even though we'd only asked for the pavers. read more

I was very impressed with Extreme Pressure Washers. I would both recommend them highly and use them again. I have an older, wood-sided craftsman home in the SoCo area that we are preparing for sale, and it was definitely getting that dusty look. I called EPW on a Saturday morning, and Charles was able to come out quickly, give me a quote, and an expectation for when he could come out and do the job later that week. When they actually came to do the job that Thursday, they found that my house wasn't typical, since the last owner had to decided to paint OVER the old lead paint instead of fully removing it, which apparently makes the cleaning process more complicated (and explains why my own attempts to wash down the house myself had failed). Charles was able to find the right way to wash the house, and finish the job on time. The house now looks great, and the paint looks clean and new. Charles and his coworker were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I always prefer to support local businesses, especially when they provide such high quality work. read more

Not cheap, but I think this is a case of you get what you pay for. Had my home washed before placing it on the market. What a difference. Driveway, sidewalk, stonework, the limestone brick on the house, windows, everything. Made the house look 20 years younger. Charles of Extreme Pressure Washers did a fantastic job for us. Charles pressure washed a wood deck, pea gravel patio, our 13 skylights and some areas of the stone on the outside of our home. As a surprise he also pressure washed some steps leading down to the lake that I did not count on being done. Additionally we had our gutters cleaned along with the outside of our windows. I wanted to have my house pressure washed but I knew I needed to be home to put the dogs up. It was my day off when I called and Charles was able to come out the same day, EVEN in the rain! Not only does the house look great- I wish I could show before and after pics- but it was worth using Charles just to see the extraordinary equipment he uses. Could not have more pleased with the work Extreme Pressure Washers did on our home. They pressure washed our concrete driveway, sidewalks and back porch as well as some algae staining on some limestone on our house. The work exceeded my expectations--I almost drove by my own house because I didn't recognize the pristine driveway as my own. I was amazed at how clean they got the limestone, it was stained with years of grime and had resisted our efforts to get it off. The work team put everything back as they had found it and did not leave a trace of mess. Charles was efficient and responsive and the price was competitive. We called Extreme Pressure Washers a couple of months ago and got a bid along with a couple of other companies. We are at the tail end of a major remodel and EPW wasn't the highest or lowest bid, but I'm darn glad I selected them. Charles came over today, right on time and got right to work. His equipment was in great shape, and the whole thing was very professional. He went above and beyond the scope of the bid, and everything looked (and smelled) great when he was through. Very pleased with the work Charles did. Called Friday, and he came out for an estimate Saturday, then did the washing Sunday morning. Holy crap the house looks amazing! I had always thought the house color was a dirty yellow, when it fact it is a light cream color. Who knew? He also washed the windows and rinsed the screens, and wiped the glass down to prevent streaks. He was careful and meticulous. He even reminded me that I had wanted to put up the security stickers on the windows after he was done, which I had completely forgotten about! Then he even helped out with that. I can't recommend Extreme high enough. My house needed a serious cleaning before going on the market. Charles came out by himself right after the massive rains in may. His helper couldn't make it because he was flooded in. Charles cleaned the house by himself and polished every window inside and out on a two story house. The home looked brand new! I used Extreme Pressure Washers to wash the concrete driveway, sidewalk, front porch and backyard patio. The results were amazing. Before it had a blackish stained look. After the cleaning it looks like new. I walk outside during the day and need sunglasses it is so clean and strongly reflects the sun. Charles does a great job and I would highly recommend him. Charles pressure washed our house, sidewalks, and a portion of our driveway. He went above and beyond the proposal by washing other objects around our house as he saw fit. For example: our propane tank, a badly rusted bench, and stones surrounding beds in our front and our back yards. He left our windows as sparkling and clean as they have ever been (and I keep our windows very clean). And Charles did all at the work for a reasonable price. Charles came by my house to give me a price on p/w a wood deck. While he was here I pushed him a little to clean roof, sidewalk, driveway,- terrible mess- due to the hail storm last Saturday.
