All went well! Did a great job. Very happy with them. I believe they went beyond what we expected in doing a great job. Have used them more than once. Appreciate them! read more

Chris and Oscar cleaned our windows and power washed the garage, patio, driveway and sidewalk areas. I agree with another reviewer who said the team went above and beyond with we expected. They not only did a fantastic job, but they were punctual, courteous, paid attention to detail, and didn't rush. They deserve more than five stars. We haven't used Elefant before, but we will use them again and refer them to others. read more

Chris and Oscar contacted me 45 minutes before arrival and arrived in the time slot they quoted. They did a great job cleaning every window on our 2 story home. They also wiped down my skylight and ceiling fan, It took them about 4 hours. This is the second time Elefant has been here and I would hire them again. read more

The Elefant crew was on time, courteous, and extremely professional. They cleaned our gutters, windows, and performed some pressure washing of concrete - all work was fantastic, with extreme attention to detail. Our screens and windows are 20 years old but look brand-new! We highly recommend using Elefant for your exterior needs. read more

I have used Fannin ( now Elefant ) for years- they have done window cleaning and deck staining for me. They take pride in their work, are detail oriented, on time and quick with their service. I HIGHLY suggest them. you can't go wrong! read more

Ok let me tell you about what a pain my house is. It's on a hillside so one side of the house has windows that are at least 35 feet off the ground. In addition we are trying to sell the house so Fannin came out while we had carpet installers and painters also out. Jorge and Luis were so friendly and did a great job. Some windows were inaccessible due to the carpet being installed so they came back out and finished up the job. Our house had filthy windows and they look amazing now. Plus we had the pro wash and we still have some residue on the side of the house but it does look better. My recommendation would be to make sure you understand what costs extra and what doesn't. For example having to remove paint from the outside of the house will cost extra. If you have mildew on your brick that will cost extra. I just wanted to be upfront with my experience and what I didn't understand. I didn't dock Fannin for this because I had no idea but keep that in mind when booking their services. read more

Just had this company come clean my Townhome windows. Can see now why they have 5 Star reviews!! Their prices are great and Jorge and Israel went above and beyond to make my windows and tracks sparkle!! read more

Elefant Xterior Experts - Looking out my squeaky clean kitchen window! Very pleased! - Window Washing Near Me - Austin, Texas

Gabriel, Oscar and Kris did an excellent job on the glass windows and doors inside and out. Since it was a rough post construction cleaning the fiberglass frames still had some dust/debris on them however the final post cleaning will hopefully take care of the remaining material. All in all they did a very good job, were neat and organized, and were nice enough to change out the battery on my smoke detector which I couldn't reach. read more

Have used them for many years. Reliable and professional. Easy to schedule online. Services used - power washing, house wash, interior and exterior window cleaning. read more

Since my initial review, I've used Fannin several times for window washing, gutter maintenance and pressure washing. The scheduling is easy, they provide an estimate in advance, they show up when they say they're going to show up (and they call 15 minutes before arrival) and they do an excellent job. After the recent ice storms, they also provided additional services to help clear the fallen limbs and do minor repairs caused by the ice storm. Again, they did a great job and the extra clean-up help was appreciated. They have earned by five star rating and I recommend them highly. read more

I reached out to Fannin after a neighbor posted a picture of her impossibly clean window tracks and a rave review if this business. We recently had our windows clean (I was out of town, husband was overseeing the cleaning), but they didn't clean the tracks. Fannin responded quickly and I was booked with an appointment in two days. The crew arrived right on time, worked quickly and did an incredible job! Don't make the mistake we did, hire these guys to clean your windows from the start so you don't have to pay twice like we did. read more

Power wash siding. Owner responsive and work performed on time and as requested. Our apartment has red siding which can look dirty and dingy. Appearance is much improved. read more

No show didn't want to do the job who knows they say balcony cleaning and window washing but don't want to do the work My response to me: The response you gave is not true. There was no "garbage line" you said was the reason for not taking the job. I don't know where it is in my original Request. I was legitimately asking for work. To say that is very suspect. I just wanted to have my balcony cleaned. Just say you couldn't handle the job and don't try to belittle people. It doesn't make your business look good. read more

I have used this same crew for many years. This year they were every bit as good as in previous years. The crew showed up exactly on time. The inside window cleaning was done with care for everything around the windows. They even wore shoe protection to keep from damaging our wood floors. The attention to detail is another highlight of this company. In fact, the two people cleaning the windows on the front of the house decided to wipe down my front door and the porch lights "just because they were close by and it adds to the beauty of the newly cleaned windows." Given the length of time it took to clean everything, the price was reasonable. read more

They strive for perfection and achieved it at my house. I couldn't find a single water spot after they departed.

They washed all the windows in our home, inside and out, and washed the screens as well (all of them, I am embarrassed to say, were horribly in need of washing). They did a superlative, meticulous job--I could not be more pleased. They also arrived promptly, calling first to let us know they were on the way, and were polite, friendly, and professional while they were here. Absolutely A+ work, we will certainly hire again. read more

Quick response with a proposal, easy scheduling, interactions with Mr. Fannin (Joe) and Kevin prior to the appointment were professional, easy and quick and complete. The team of Joe, Stevie, and Rob called as a courtesy in their way, showed up on time with their masks, and were very friendly and professional in their interaction with me. They reviewed my requested services, clearly explained the plan, and asked me if I had questions. They took time to answer them and were all very respectful and friendly. I felt extremely comfortable with all three of them. They completed the power washing, gutter cleaning, exterior window washing, outside Ceiling fan and light fixture cleaning with care. I have had my expectations surpassed which is not common. I cannot express how great it was to work with Fannin Professional Services. read more

I don't leave many reviews, but in this case the guys that did the power washing of my driveway and patio were superb. The company as a whole was very easy to deal with regarding the online quote, follow up, and payment. They were very professional with excellent online services. I will definitely use their services again. read more

We have been using Fannin Professional services (Elefant Xterior Experts) for the past six years to professionally clean all our windows and have always been very highly satisfied. Their crew is always very prompt, professional and respectful of our belongings. We have recommended them to our friends and neighbors as well. We especially like that the same technician returns each year so we do not need to waste time with directions when they arrive. We especially love their "booties" to keep our floors clean. read more

From quoting the power washing job to scheduling the job and then doing the job, Fannin Professional Services was Five Star all the way. I tried out the quote request system on the Fannin web site and it worked perfectly. Rob Brooks was my first contact by phone and he asked a few questions about my driveway, patio and walkways and brick wall and then formed up the quote. I even sent a photo of the mold on the brick wall and he adjusted the quote downward based on the square feet to be washed. We scheduled the job for a day and time convenient to me. The Fannin crew called ahead to let me know they were on the way. Two young men arrived in a purpose built Fannin truck ( see photo ) set up for pressure washing and other cleaning jobs. The unit had self contained gasoline power for the wash system. Compared to three other companies that pressure washed my concrete in past years, Fannin was the best equipped and most thorough. They used a rotating scrubber with brushes and pressurized water with a cleaning solution. Then finished up with a spray wash and used a mildew preventer solution. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done. There were a few tiny wasp nests getting started on the eaves and the crew knocked those out with a special brush on a long pole. The owner, Joe Fannin, stopped by to overcheck the job and to introduce himself. Fannin is my new, GO TO outdoor cleaning service. May try them also on windows and rain gutters. read more

Elefant Xterior Experts - Window Washing Near Me - Austin, Texas

I understand why the team at Fannin Pro Services is so highly rated. Crew showed up at around 9:00 introduced themselves and went to work. Power-washed the stone, removed screens, cleaned screens, cleaned windows inside and out. Reset screens. Happy to recommend these folks. Fair, honest and straight forward. read more

The house and windows are so nice and clean, it's like having a brand new house! It's so bright now! They were very careful and respectful when they washed the inside of the windows. They also cleaned the rain gutters and cleaned up the mess afterward then power washed the house and cleaned the outside of the windows & came in and double-checked their work. What a hard job, and they did it like real pros! read more

Super communicative ahead of the appointment, easy to work with on the day of service, and extremely high quality work. Could not recommend the team more. Craig - thanks again for battling the hornets and looking forward to having y'all back. read more

Jorge and Luis came this morning to clean our gutters, pressure wash the house, and the RV. They did an outstanding job. Joe should be very proud of the way they represent Fannin Professional Services. Job well-done. read more

We installed new windows 2 years ago. They look brand new again! Jorge and Oscar did super Job. Great guys, professional & courteous.

I wrote a great review for them 4 years ago and nothing has changed. I did try two other companies and they don't even come close to their skill, communication, and downright amazing professionalism. What I know for sure is that window cleaning is not only a skill but an art and YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! They will now and always be the company that I call! read more

I've been working with Joe Fannin since 2014, and have never felt anything less than complete satisfaction with the work they do. The mark of a good company is what happens if you have an issue. I've never had more than small issues with Fannin Professional, but whenever I've brought up a small point the response has been, "We'll take care of it!". We humans are never perfect, but Joe's company comes as close as I've found. They take pride in the quality of their work and the way they treat people. You can tell their employees are happy to be working for the company. Another measure: a couple of years back we installed a fairly large shade awning with some complex angles. It's proven difficult to clean because it sits over a swimming pool, which complicates access and requires that any cleaning solution stay out of the pool water. When Joe was out recently I asked him what he thought, as keeping this this clean has always been a problem that's only gotten worse. Joe came up with a great solution and will be handling that job next month. Highly recommended! read more

We had the Fannin team over our home to clean gutters, install gutter guards, clean the roof and windows, and power wash our limestone patio behind our home. The team was extraordinarily professional and took great pride in the work being performed. They communicated frequently with us as the work was progressing, explaining carefully each aspect of the job. The entire team was personable, professional, courteous, and paid attention to the details related to their work. Being a family business, it is obvious they care and take great pride in their work and reputation. We will continue to use them to help maintain our home and highly recommend their services. Thanks Joe and team! read more

Absolutely the best pressure washing/window washing/stone treatment, service I've used in 25 years. 1. The communication is outstanding. They show up, are professional and call ahead. 2. Joe Fannin and his guys are not the type to "walk past" something that needs taken care of. Ex: I didn't ask them to wash my deck storage unit, but they did. Also my grill exterior. Oh, and my stone mailbox? Squeaky clean. No nickel and diming, just part of an excellent job. 3. This group also does gutters, cleans French drains, washes windows (fantastic and streak-free), replaces screens and many other services. 4. I'm going to add Fannin to a contracted maintenance service. 5. Prices are fair and frankly, less expensive than other services that do 50% of the quality for the same price. 6. I had the pleasure of meeting CRAIG and TANNER who are *experts* at what they do. BRAVO!! Finally, I've found the A Team. read more

Great team. They did fantastic work. They were Responsive and explained exactly what they were going to do and then did exactly that.

Friendly. Cleaned the gutters as requested. Blew the roof clean and cleaned the area under the gutters. I got exactly what I paid for; which is really all you can ask of a company that cleans your gutters. read more

Man, what can I say about this team? The only thing that comes to mind is, exceptional customer service. I spoke with Joe about my special circumstances and he ability to be flexible with my schedule was outstanding. Given mine was a self imposed time constraint, he was still able to make something happen for me. This is now the third time I've used this group and they've done a great job at power washing and residential window cleaning. I will continue to use this group I'm the furrier and you should too. read more

I moved into a house with windows that looked like they hadn't been cleaned since it was built 25 years ago. They were covered in layers of filth and grime, and a couple had a light blocking privacy film that I could not remove. Now my windows are so clean it's like I have a whole new house!! The difference is incredible, I can't believe how good they look. They were even able to remove that film without any damage to the windows, I have no idea how they got it off but it looks SO much better now. Fannin Services was super easy to work with, they were so communicative over email and text, I would absolutely recommend them!!! read more

The Fannin team did a really great job on power washing the exterior of our two story home. Their honesty and transparency is something I wish more companies had because they went above and beyond and really took pride in their work. The level of detail was great. However, it did start raining on them and I noticed that there was one spot that was overlooked. When I emailed Joe, they came right back out the next day and apologized for missing it. They even did other areas beyond what I had pointed out that they personally noticed they had missed. read more

These guys did a great job. Showed up on time and worked really fast. Windows are as clean as the day I bought the house. Will definitely be going with them again. read more

What a great job! So professional & pleasant to work with. My windows look great and will definitely be calling on them again!

I have owned my home since it was brand new in 2006. Since I wanted to get both the inside and outside windows cleaned I decided to hire Fannin to do it. I'm very picky and detailed orientated and these guys nailed it! I don't think my windows were this clean when I closed my house 11 years ago. Every step of the way with Fannin was top notch: Immediate response for getting a quote The 2 guys who cleaned my windows were 5 minutes early They wore booties to ensure my wood floors stayed clean On-site communication was superb. After they were finished, they did one more check to get any smudges. Very nice crew and will definitely be calling them again! read more

FIVE STARS I had the Fannin Pros out this week to power wash the house and hard surfaces, clean gutters and wash windows... the works. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the quality of work and professionalism. They did a great job with everything, but I must say the work they did on my walkways and driveway is astonishingly amazing. I had no idea how filthy they had become and how beautiful they could be! But wait... I had never had my windows professionally cleaned, and if you haven't either, just do it. Do it now. Looking out my windows is like seeing the world in technicolor and high definition for the very first time. So much more light! I now lift my shades all the way up to bring the outdoors in. I feel like I've added square footage to my home. It's a miracle! The crew was extremely professional and friendly. They were crystal clear about every step in the process. And despite all the work I had requested, they were finished a lot faster than I had expected, which was a bit more than half a day. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. read more

I needed cleaning services to remove heavy dust after extensive home repairs. Fannin was able to schedule me on somewhat short notice. They cleaned all my ceiling fans, light fixtures, air vents and windows - inside and out. The results were top notch and affordable for the work performed. The young men who came out were hard-working, conscientious and respectful. The lead man of the crew took time to answer all my questions in detail about the current services and about house washing services that I want to do in the near future. Customer service is more than just lip service to this company. I highly recommend Fannin and will be using their services again. read more
