Most expensive dealer and service department in town. Not in a good way. Will charge you double or more on parts. Service department will ask you to schedule a time to bring your equip in then leave it for several days before they look at it. It's not like I have a family to feed or anything. The logistics of getting your equip serviced are extremely sub par. They treat you as if you're a burden despite the fact they "service everything they sell". read more

TERRIBLE service. I took my power washing equipment to Hotsy for 2 years before I finally gave up on them. Every single time I brought my trailer in, I dealt with awful customer service, ultra-slow repairs, expensive prices. My most recent, and final experience with Hotsy, I was cursed at after I called and asked when my equipment would be ready. They had a surface cleaner of mine for over two weeks. Literally cursed at when K asked if it was ready for pickup. I own a power washing company and I will absolutely never recommend Hotsy to anyone else in the industry, nor will I ever do business with them again. Worst service department in the business.
