The experienced team of movers (all with years of experience, not just college kids) was courteous, engaging, and most of all, they were very careful with all our belongings. They were not the lowest quote, but they were worth every cent! The truck was carefully packed, all the furniture was wrapped, and we had NO damage! Service department will ask you to schedule a time to bring your equip in then leave it for several days before they look at it. It's not like I have a family to feed or anything. The logistics of getting your equip serviced are extremely sub par. They treat you as if you're a burden despite the fact they "service everything they sell".
