Today was the 2nd time using ACC service. I used to use SS, but it's hard to get them to come in my direction in the Lake Somerville Area. Looking for someone else, I called Brent about 1.5 years ago and Jackson was here today. Both times I have received quick and thorough cleaning. I'm surprised to get a request for a review 8 months after the service, I'm guessing that this request is an accident! Frankly, no one ever followed up. I'll assume that due to the circumstances of the crew that was used (to clean travertine tile), the owner already knew that it was a terrible job and didn't need any feedback. Too bad, I thought he was a nice guy and knowledgeable. Quick scheduling, but a former employee was called on to actually do the job. He brought his gf, they were 2 hours late. Stayed until 10 pm, which meant that we had to stay gone until then. Then he just randomly sprayed grout sealer (I can still see the lines on the tile), so I assume my grout is not sealed. The tile was only marginally cleaned like it was mopped with dirty water. I could go on, but I won't. read more

Hired this company to remove old carpet from my home. I specifically told "Brent" not to remove carpet from one room as it was newer. However this request was ignored and the newer carpet was removed anyways. The also took a door off its hinges and didn't place it back and they didn't close curtains that they left opened. Upon contacting Brent all I got was an apology but no solution to rectify their mistake. I reached out again and he told me would contact me the next day because he was out celebrating the 4th of July. I never heard back from him. Will be submitting further complaints and reviews regarding this company and will be seeking a partial refund for the carpet removed that was not part of the initial agreement. Not sure I understand some of these companies that are based in this small Bryan/College Station community. Many are very unresponsive, rude and don't understand how to resolve customer conflict. read more

Do NOT use! They were late and kept us waiting although they did communicate they were running g late. They dumped the debris from their tank in the grass in our front yard AND also pooped in the master bath toilet and left it. Very unprofessional and absolutely disgusting!!! My son was moving into a house with two college roommates and supposedly the carpets had been cleaned by the management company before we took possession. The carpets were absolutely filthy. Called Aggieland carpet cleaning and got them out pronto. They literally were at the property in two hours. They did an amazing job. Owner is super friendly and responsive by phone and text. Justin did a through job treating 4 rooms in my house. I have an elderly dog and two cats and we did the enzyme treatment and it's like a completely new house. Amazing very thorough work at a very affordable price. Did a good job. They got all the stains out of the side of mattress that was stained during a move. They could not get all the stains out of a futon mattress with similar stains. Not sure why it worked on one mattress and not the other. But, they did the work well. read more
