Amazing store! Amazing people and amazing design opportunities. I purchased several items and have been pleased. I did email them about something and never heard back, but.... Could have been multiples reasons for this unfortunately. It's definitely a place you want to visit if you are in Bryan or CS. It's a huge store and there is something there for everyone. They also make their own rich sanitizer and spray which smells heavenly. It's quiet pricey, but you could split a bottle with a friend. I'll absolutely go back. We have only done carpeting so far, the biggest job of retiling is up and coming, but Jac has been great to work with, in calming my anxiety over making the right choices, in checking out products and helping me understand the pros and cons of my product choices. I could not be happier with this company and the flooring! From the moment I walked into the store, they were all so very helpful, especially our sales rep. They were patient with me and helped me with any questions and gave great advice. Our house recently flooded which is why we needed new flooring and this company made everything so easy for us and made our home beautiful again! We chose tile flooring (wood plank look) in a few rooms and carpet in a couple others. They came when scheduled and finished up the job quicker than I expected, but did not sacrifice quality of work.
