I found Sergio based on these reviews and I thought I would at least meet with him. He was by far the most professional of all the other contractors I met with. He pointed out several issues and possible scenarios that I hadn't even considered and I'm very competent in this area. He helped me remodel my kitchen and master bathroom. The only bad thing I would say about Sergio is that I think sometimes he's over extending himself, and he was slightly cagey about what the final number of the project would be. But I was very strict on what my budget was and I did ask for extra things. So all in all, the price was exceedingly reasonable. I also had a very strict turnaround time and that worked out as well. The quality of the workmanship and the other contractors that he brought in for the different projects, everyone was very professional and the quality of work has stood up over time. I have continued to worked with Sergio and some of his colleagues on other projects at my house. I had a hard time finding a contractor wiling to do a small gutter repair. I reached out to Sergio and told him what the issue was, he said he would get back to me. From Carpet and hardwood installation to painting to water damage repair, tearing down and replacing and texturing walls, these guys can do it all and do it very well while giving a fair and competive price for the work. Gene Scott, College Station: We were babes in the woods insofar as remodeling stuff, so we relied on and contracted with Sergio based on these reviews, so we feel like it's a good thing to help other folks that might be in our position. We wanted a complete remodel of our master bathroom. Sergio and his staff responded immediately, took lotsa measurements, asked lotsa questions, and came up with a professional proposal. These guys are not interior decorators, they are multi-talented builders. They told me exactly what I needed to go out and fetch, and just what they would do and what they would provide. We liked the fact that they are local and a phone call away. We picked out everything we wanted in our beautiful new master bathroom and they made it all come true. I especially appreciated that they show up early and they show up ready to work. They plan their work and they work their plan - and at the end of the day THEY CLEAN UP COMPLETELY AND METICULOUSLY!. I was astonished that the old bathroom was gone in one day - they said they hauled off over a ton. Sergio approached me the first Thursday afternoon and sort of humbly asked would it be possible for them to work all day Saturday. Are you kidding? I was hoping you would.
