We engaged Guaranteed Painting to paint the exterior of my daughter's house. Our project manager Hansel was a real pleasure to work with, from the first walk-around for estimate purposes through job completion. He was very understanding of delay due to HOA process and was always responsive to texts, calls, emails, as well as keeping us informed of schedule changes necessitated by bad weather conditions. Abraham, the work foreman, did an excellent job ensuring a quality finished project. We are very happy with the house's new appearance and highly recommend Guaranteed Painting of Bryan/College Station. read more

I was real pleased with the repair work that was done in my house. Daniel and Alejandro did a great job of fixing the terrible patch job done by the original builder. They did the job right and it looks great. This review was unsolicited. read more

Junior's crew at Guaranteed Painting was amazing! They were able to get out to us very quickly and delivered a pristine paint job! Our paint had been peeling from any woodwork in the house, and Junior and his crew were able to make it look like our mess had never happened and we now have a beautiful paint job! We are extremely impressed with how accurate their predictions were on timing as we were moving in less than 24 hours after they finished! The crew was extremely friendly and I felt at ease knowing they were working on our house. I highly recommend Guaranteed Painting! I will for sure recommend Junior's crew and Guaranteed Painting to my neighbors and will use them again if I have any painting needs! read more

Thank you so much to Abraham and Rolando. They were awesome, professional and attentive to our needs and or request.

Herb and his crew did a fantastic job on my house, which is rather large, has a lot of details, and i would have thought would be a challenge - but not for these guys. As many other reviewers noted, they were professional, courteous, and very meticulous. I had some neighbors stop by the other day to look at another project i have going on, and without prompting they mentioned what a great paint job they did. I cannot say enough good things about these guys; HIGHLY recommend!! read more

Guaranteed Painting - Painters Near Me - Bryan, Texas

It's been 10 years since I last used Guaranteed Painting when Herb had his crew paint the inside of my house. Looking back on my original review, I am not certain why I only gave a 4 star, not 5 star review. The work by Herb's crew was fantastic and their attention to detail was great. I was impressed by Herb not wanting to sign off on the job until I was completely happy. For those reasons, I was only going to let Herb handle painting the outside this time around. In late April I contacted Herb to get a bid for exterior painting of my house; walls, eaves, ceilings, exterior doors, garage doors, all of it. Of course I had other unrelated contractors in line so the job could not start right away, but I knew I was going to have Guaranteed Painting handle the work. Herb came out, assessed the job and I had a fair quote within a few days. Fast forward to when I was ready to have the actual work done, I contacted Herb but unfortunately his crews were tied up for a few weeks. No problem for me, after my previous experience (inside painting), I was willing to give Herb as much time as he needed and I'm glad I did. The crew showed up on a Friday morning to handle all of the prep work. An entire day was spent cleaning, scraping, filling, and some carpentry work. Amazing the amount of work completed and expertise at all levels. All of that work paid off come the following Monday. Another 8AM start and the crew started masking the house. It's incredible the amount of prep the guys put in masking off areas to ensure paint was only going to be where it needed to be - not on the windows, brick, plants, etc. All of that work paid off; by the end of the day the entire outside of my house was done - two coats, perfectly applied. What really seals the deal is the amount of cleanup afterward. No paint in the yard, no masking tape or paper everywhere. When the crew cleans up, it's like they were never there - you just have a newly painted house. For those reasons alone I will only use Guaranteed Painting going forward. Herb and his crews are the best and definitely worth the wait. read more

I'm a repeat customer because Herb and his crew are reliable, professional, willing to work within your budget, and tidy. They've done interior prep and painting for us twice and helped us recover after a burst pipe flooded the entire house. I'll definitely call them for our next job. Highly recommend! read more

Herb was very helpful and accommodating to my busy schedule. I did not expect the level of detail and care they took with my house. They painted ceilings and walls for most of my house in just one day. Herb was good at making recommendations and letting his crew know exactly what we wanted. read more

Wow and wow!!! I had 2 rooms and a hallway trim painted. They also had to do numerous repairs on the ceiling and wall drywall. They showed up on a Thursday morning and were done by Friday around 1. These are my two teenage son's rooms so they were in rough shape. Can't think of anything I'd rather have somebody else do than paint and these guys knocked it out of the park. Would highly recommend. read more

I highly recommend Guaranteed Painting. We had them paint the trim on our house as well as the shutters and exterior lights. They did an excellent job of prepping the areas, cleaning up after each step, and considerate of the landscaping as well. They were very patient in helping me find just the right color for the trim around our new garage door. Their prices were great and they completed the job on time. I was extremely pleased. read more

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I contacted 3 painters in Bryan for my boss who needed her parents' former home painted 3 days later when she would be in town. I spoke with Herb first and was so impressed with his thoroughness, professionalism and courtesy that the other two guys really didn't have a chance. I didn't end up getting quotes from the other companies, who possibly would have been significantly cheaper, but there was zero doubt in my mind after speaking with all of them that you get what you pay for and Guaranteed would exceed my boss's expectations. Herb's estimate, which I received quickly, outlined all of the steps they would take and products they would use. It helped us see that the job was a bit bigger than we were thinking, if it was to be done well, so the price was not unjustified. I just checked with my boss on how it went (the job was done end of last week) and she said they were amazing. They were respectful, protected all surfaces and cleaned up thoroughly, and didn't fill her trashcans with paint stuff. They even took down 10 wind chimes and put them all back up in the same order. The leader asked if she wanted an adjoining ceiling painted as well and she said no it was fine, but later he came back to her and advised that it really needed to be done and he would include it. After the work was completed, he did a walk through with her to ensure everything was to her satisfaction. And then within an hour, Herb arrived on site to inspect the work as well. Can't recommend Guaranteed enough! Thank you for making me look good. :) read more

The first time we used Herb Thorn and Guaranteed Painting Co. was for inside painting. We called him at the recommendation of our realtor when we first purchased our home. I didn't think we could have a better experience. The work was wonderful, much better quality than we had been used to getting in California. Herb's crews were the cleanest, most courteous and helpful workmen that you could ask for. The attention to detail and doing the job right was noticeable. Now, after 5 years we are selling our home and moving back to SoCal and I had Herb come and take care of some outside wood repairs and complete exterior painting, as well as some inside painting that we didn't do the first time. The house is so beautiful and the work was done so well that I just had to take a minute and write this review. If you have painting, carpentry, or other home improvement needs call these people. They are the BEST! You won't be disappointed. I wish we could take them back with us! read more

miguel and his crew did an outstanding crack repair job and matched the paint beautifully as well. 10/10 would cal again.

Guaranteed Painting did the exterior, kitchen cabinets, and many rooms for me this summer. Even replaced a door frame and did dry wall repair. They did an excellent job and my house looks better than ever. I highly recommend Herb and his crew to do a quality job, on time and on budget. read more

We needed the living areas, kitchen and hallway painted. After hearing good things about Herb Thorn & Guaranteed Painting, we gave him a call. Herb arrived at the time promised, looked over our space, and gave us the price of labor with paint being extra. Marie Thorn came over a few days before the date of the job and coordinated the paint color. Herb and his crew arrived on time. They got busy moving furniture, removing switch plates, masking what was not to be painted, and laid down a yard-wide paper to protect the floors. When we returned a few hours later, the first coat was on the walls and the second coat started. They did an incredible job! Add the fact that my paint attempt would have taken two weeks instead of the six hours. The dips, slips, spills and errors I would have had made would be nowhere close to the no error, quality result we received. Calling Herb & Guaranteed Painting to paint the bedrooms in short order is next on our list! read more
