Probably of the most expensive Bed Bath Beyonds I've seen. I guess they understand it's a College…read moreTown and students need this stuff. Half of the stuff here you check online or near by stores and the price is cut in half. I stay away from this store unless I have to grab something that no where else does. Staff though is helpful and friendly and lines move fast. I love seeing stuff "Half-Off" Reduced and the price is still higher than Target. Y'all need to invest in the Beyond section on the reals! I would come in alot more if I could get the fast forward remote.

From the associates attentiveness to your shopping needs to helping you find the perfect way to gift wrap your purchase, they are constantly seeking out ways to go above and beyond for their customers. We were shopping for a wedding gift for this afternoon. Popped in, printed the registry, found two items (one of which was the display in the store - they found a perfect box for it and made sure it was in good condition), checked out (she patiently waited and even helped me find my 20% off coupon in my email), and then the store trainer, Tim, even took some time out of his day to help us wrap our gifts to PERFECTION, all under 30 minutes. Keep doing your thang, y'all!

On June 4th at 5:04 PM, my…read morenine-year-old son and my fifteen-year-old daughter visited Walgreens to purchase some snacks, as they frequently do. That day, my son was particularly thrilled because he had earned some money and chose to buy a V-Bucks gift card. He was so excited. I returned home at 6:00 PM, and he showed me the gift card. However, when I attempted to redeem it, it did not work. I tried various methods, but nothing was successful. Consequently, I contacted Epic, and they informed me that I needed to return to Walgreens because the card had not been activated correctly. I inquired if my son had received two receipts, to which he replied no, and his older sister confirmed this as well. Therefore, I went back to Walgreens at 6:15 PM on the same day and spoke with the gentleman at the register who had sold the card to my son. He mentioned that he had just taken out the trash and suggested I could look through it. I was taken aback and asked, "Why would I want to rummage through your trash? May I please speak to the manager?" He then went to go get a woman who appeared to already be displeased with her job. I explained the situation to her, and she immediately responded with an attitude before me getting out the whole issue. I raised my voice slightly and said, "What am I supposed to do? You essentially took $10 from my nine-year-old!" She replied with an attitude, "There is nothing I can do; you need to contact the number on the back of the card." I pointed out that there was no number on the back. An older gentleman behind me mentioned that he had experienced a similar issue before, and someone had managed to resolve it. However, that "Karen" was not willing to assist me in rectifying THEIR error! I asked her if she could attempt to reactivate the card, as I was currently chatting with Epic, who stated that all that was needed was for it to be activated for it to work. Once again, she raises her voice at me and snatches the scanner, exclaiming, "See!" At this point, I elevate my voice once more, overpowering her. She then says to me, "You need to calm down or I will call the police!" I responded with a laugh, saying, "For what? I am literally just conversing with you." She says, "We do not tolerate this behavior!" I inquired, "What, me talking?" It is important to note that I did not insult her, or call her out of her name, nor did I throw anything! I simply spoke to her. Her statement revealed everything I needed to know about this person. She threatened me because of the COLOR of my SKIN! Why else? What else could it have been? Consequently, I contacted the Complaint Hotline and Corporate regarding this matter and am currently awaiting a response on the issue. The manager was expected to reach out to us within two days. On 6/10/25, we received a phone call, during which he failed to apologize for the situation. Instead, his initial remark was, "Hi there, did you manage to resolve your gift card issue!" There was no acknowledgment such as, "I sincerely apologize for what transpired on 6/4/25, and I have investigated the matter." Absolutely none of that. He accused my 9-year-old son of dishonesty, claiming he observed him with two receipts on the surveillance footage. We then again asked my 15-year-old daughter, and she confirmed that they both ONLY received one receipt. I would not be making such a significant issue out of this if it were merely my money and if it was activated correctly, but they did this to CHILDREN! *Do Better Walgreens With Your Customer Service Employees*

terrible customer service terrible attitudes i sat on the phone for almost 30 mins to find out…read moreabout a prescription cause i figured it would be better than going all the way there and they picked up the phone multiple times to tell me to hold on longer im already holding why tf do u keep telling me to hold??? then finally picks up the phone and tells me my prescription will be done in 45mins-an hour showed up an hour and 15 mins after that was said and they are STILL NOT DONE???
