When he discovered their operations manager didn't inform me of the project start date per their usual process, he quickly dismissed it as an anomaly. The more specific my questions were, the more visibly irritated he became, then he just walked away. He didn't seem to care about making things right, he just wanted to move on. They will tell you one thing, deny it later, and push back at you to make it seem like the customer is the problem. Proceed with caution.

I am a broke grad student that owns half a duplex in hood-adjacent Bryan (it's not in the hood, but it's viewable from my home). When they came over, they were very honest in saying that they don't usually do projects as small as mine and that don't involve design; they do higher end projects. I appreciated their honesty, as I've had multiple people waste my time or charge an absurd amount, I'm assuming to get out of the work unless I paid them 4x over what others would charge for the same job. Despite my home not being within their usual budget and area of specialty, they still wrote me estimates for free that I could take to court when the previous remodeler tried to sue me for nonpayment when virtually nothing he did was up to code and most of it was actually a huge fire hazard. These guys have integrity. I've had virtually no luck with any home repair people out here and didn't actually hire these guys to do the job, but, if I had the money, I'd do so in a heartbeat. They're good guys with good hearts and won't take advantage of you and will make sure the job is done right. Genuine, honest, and reliable company! Highly recommend!

At the…read moreend of the first year we had them come out and provide the free inspection and recommendations. They provided us with a list of expensive "repairs" or maintenance items. I should have cancelled but I did not. We are now selling our house and I called to cancel. They informed me that I have until October for my Total Protection plan. I can either pay the remaining balance of pay monthly. Sounds like a good plan but make sure you want to want to pay for a full year before you sign up and make sure you want to continue when they automatically renew. Also they call 3-4 times per week to schedule the free inspection.
