I set my coffee down on a shelf looked at the item literally right next to it and the blonde who works in the photo thing takes it, doesn't ask, mentions that's it WARM SO ITS OBVIOUSLY NEW, and throws it away. Like I'm sorry but if it's WARM maybe it's new??? She just grabbed it and threw it away. I go in, they offer nothing but a weak ass apology, don't offer to reimburse, and give me so much attitude. I needed 2 passport photos for my wife, but I also need about 8 more copies for other papers. The guy took the photo and wanted to charge me 10.99 for the first 2. And guess what, he ask to charge 10.99 for each 2 other photos that he will be printing for me, even though he just took the picture once. It probably costs 20 cents to print an additional passport photo. He said the total charge will be $56, And here this Hassler photo specialist trying to charge me $10.99 for 2 printed, as if he had to take the photo and edit it all over again. I left went to CVS did 8 photos for $13, Now I know where to go!! read more

My husband and I walked into Walgreens last week. We put a bottle of wine on the counter to buy. The cashier asked me for my ID. I told her I wasn't buying the wine, but that my husband will. My husband took out his ID and she said their policy was to check everyone's ID when buying beer or wine. So I said that was pretty stupid, if I were 12 and walked in with my dad and he bought wine, your policy says checking everyone who walks in together checks IDs. We are in our 60s, the cashier did view his ID, still a no. So I called the manager on the phone and she said the same stupid policy. We will NEVER walk into Walgreens again. CVS has our business. In fact we did go to CVS and bought the wine. We asked CVS about their policy, same thing, but the cashier said you're ok, so we bought the wine. CVS NOW has our business. read more

Worst service I've experienced with any pharmacy I've been to. 1. Always takes at least 20 minutes to pay and get a prescription on a slow day. 2. I've waited over 10 minutes multiple times for someone to pick up the phone when I had questions. 3. I received a voicemail saying my prescriptions were ready, and nothing was put together when I arrived. Switching pharmacies now. read more

Doctor sent over a prescription an hour before our arrival. We arrive and they told us "sorry we just got this it will be 20 minutes". We went and got breakfast and came back through the drive through about 40 minutes later, and again they said "it's not ready at the moment it will be 10 minutes". Terrible customer service and slow response time. This is not what a pharmacy should be like. read more

First I want to state that I'm writing this regarding the pharmacy, not the Walgreens store. I just received a new prescription from my doctor and had it sent here. I gave them 24 hours knowing it would take some time for my prescription to be filled. I called the following business day asking if it was ready for pick up and a woman placed me on hold to check and assured me it was ready and to pick it up. I drove to pick it up where a man said it wasn't ready, they didn't carry it, but that it would be here by Friday. The man also took down my phone number and promised to call me later that day to confirm the exact time it would arrive and apologized for another employee telling me it was ready. This was Wednesday. My husband was very frustrated but I interjected and said that's fine, we'll be back Friday and to please call me when it's ready. Today is Friday. My phone hasn't rang so I called at 10:30 AM and spoke to a gentleman who told me there was a 'huge note on my file' that said they do not carry my prescription and won't be ordering it, and to go elsewhere and contact my Doctor. Why oh why didn't a single person call me? Now I'll be going even longer without my medication. Just super unprofessional and the fact that not three but four people including the MANAGER didn't contact me is quite alarming. read more

Needed meds quickly in the pharmacy and they are under staffed so were rude and over estimated how long it would take to fill a RX. answered phones and tended to phone calls even though they had a customer standing at their counter. Said they had hundreds of RXs in front of us but no one else was there. read more
