I still like this place but wanted to take out two stars for their confusing pricing when you become a member. They offer membership, which is really convenient, if you go every month. If you get the regular signature facial version, it is $55 a month. They autodraft out of your bank or credit card. If you miss a month, you can use it another time (so go twice a month), give it to a friend/family, etc. They also "let" you use it to "upgrade" it to their elite facials. But if you do the math, two month's regular membership should be $110 and I don't know where the money goes when you use two months' worth on elite facial that costs $75. I had to put my membership on "hold" for a while as I was traveling too much and did not realize I could only hold it for a few months before it started autodrafting again. It's my fault for not checking my bank account but I never noticed as they never contacted me. I had a whole year worth of money drafted. They only noticed it when I went to do a mommy and daughter day one day. They gave me 3 months to use all the "credits", which I used with my daughter and by "upgrading". We also used them for massages, etc. But at the end of the day, I feel I lost money. Again, this won't be a problem if you keep using it every month. Just be aware if you do miss a month. It will be better to pay cash for upgrading and not use the unused credit. read more

I have been going to Facelogic for 6 months now and my skin has never looked this good in my adult life! I've always had several breakouts that just would not go away. 1st month - it felt really good but the breakouts just barely diminished. 2nd month - my skin was visibly better after this visit. 3rd month - only very minor break out left. 4th month and up - my skin has not looked this good in over 10 years. The place is quiet and cozy. It does not have individual rooms like some spas do but you do have plenty of privacy. The staff examines your skin every month and recommends different treatments. At first, I thought they would be another spa who tries to upsell, but they have been doing regular $49 facial ever since my skin became problem free. Months 1-3, they recommended different treatments that targeted my problems and they were $70. I have tried different spas before and have gotten pretty tired of the push for skin care products. At Facelogic, they never try to upsell. They will make recommendations if you ask. I do have a good collection now because they really work well for me. They tend to be low on stocks and if they run out of something, it could take a few weeks to get in though. Overall, I LOVE this place and cannot wait for my monthly appointments. read more

I went to get my first facial at Facelogic Spa a few weeks ago and had a wonderful experience! I was really nervous about my first visit as I was worried that I wouldn't know what to do and I would stick out as a "newbie." I did not feel like this at all! From the moment I walked through the door they took care of me and explained what I needed to do and when. The space is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing! The facialist was so calm and kind! She made suggestions and gave me reassurances the entire time. I have had problems with my skin for years! I had severe acne when I was younger and my face has not been completely clear ever since. The facialist asked me what I wanted to work on and I said my pores and acne scars. She gave me a few choices, evaluated my skin under a special light, and came up with a good plan. The actual facial felt wonderful! While my face was resting, they gave me a wonderful neck shoulder, arm, hand, and head massage. I don't know what she used on my but my skin felt incredibly soft (arms, neck and hands) for weeks afterwards! After the facial, the facialist gave me a sample of the cleanser she used on my skin to try out at home because she thought it would help but wanted me to try it for myself before buying anything. She gave me so much that it lasted three weeks (I may have been a bit stingy) of washing my face twice a day! That was so nice! I ended up driving back when I ran out to purchase a bottle. It is now over a month later and my skin still feels wonderful and I can see a great improvement in my skin! Overall, a wonderful experience! I'm bumping this down due to the fact that even though I've been a loyal customer since 2012, I was not treated the best today. So here's my situation: I had an appointment for service at 1:40pm, on my way there I was rear ended which caused me to call to cancel my appointment. I told the receptionist my situation and she put me on hold. When she returned The she told me they had a policy of $20.00 added to your bill the next time you came in for last minute cancellations and no shows. Look, I understand the policy, heck I think it's a very smart business move but seriously I've never come in late or cancelled last minute, ever! They know me by now, I come in regular enough. You would assume a car accident would deem as a reasonable waive. Anyways I asked to speak with a manager which by the tone of her voice she was less than thrilled, but said she would waive this time. She emphasized this was the only time she could do this. Like this would ever happen again! Anyways I decided to reschedule for next week with the receptionist I spoke to earlier, this time her tone of voice was even more annoyed! She was less than helpful at rescheduling me in with my usual person Shelly(she's the best btw). Basically, I wish I wasn't given such a hard time due to my no-show because of an accident I couldn't prevent. Driving to my appointment nonetheless! read more

The service starts to lack once you become member, which makes it no longer worth being a member. I did not feel or notice any significant changes on my skin after being a member for 6 months. And I agree with C A, their membership pricing is very confusing. I received very inconsistent information from all employees about cancellation and unused credits. One woman told me I would be refunded, and when I called in again asking for my refund, they would tell me they do not do refunds, but instead I would have one credit to use anytime. Which also turned out to be wrong because I only had 3 months to use that credit. read more

FaceLogic is grand! I LOVE the eminence line and I've had many facials but appreciate many different products this place has because not all faces fit three facials. Every therapist I've had was polite and knowledgeable. I will be back! read more

I had been going to Facelogic since 2014. I needed to cancel my membership and was told I had to have been a member for 6 months to cancel. At that point I had been going there well over 6 months. ‍ I was then told that 2 monthly services I had paid for would no longer be valid unless I continued to pay a monthly membership. I don't know what has happened with the new management but I will not be going here anymore. read more

I had a difficult time working with the new management due to contradictory policy coming different people regarding my membership. It took over 2 months to get clarification and after that I canceled my membership after about 18 months of loyalty. The service is okay, prices are good, but the best massage therapist in town and former owner no longer works there. Check out White Elm Day Spa instead. read more

I had a facial there because one of my friends works there but when I got there I was delighted that the receptionist spoke Spanish its nice to see that. Layla was my skin care therapist from the moment I met her she had a bad look to her. Of course I couldn't assume it's like that. She was not good at communicating she had poor communication skills. She whispered to me the whole time like she was afraid to talk. That really bothered me. She didn't suggest any products or anything. She didn't even say goodbye to me!!!!!!!!!!! I heard her and Lana gossip while I was in the dressing room. And NO WORKERS SHOULD BE DOING THAt . I had a bad experience and I will make sure to tell my 2,541 friends on Facebook about it.!!! Great products and amazing services. I love the peels and microderm. They do take time to work but my once acne scarred skin is vibrant.

I had the worst experience. The facial was not worth the price and the manager Brittany is not genuinely friendly instead she acts as though she is coming off as arrogant. I happen to be a member at FaceLogic and have never had any problems until just recently. As of last month, I was ready to cancel my membership. Getting a facial is the one hour a month I give myself to relax and be pampered...but that time at FaceLogic has turned into Social Hour. From the waiting room all the way to the back of the business, it's constant chatter and talking. I have no problem with machine noises, normal client introductions and wrap-up talks at the end of an appointment, I'm talking about hearing entire conversations of everyone in the room! At one point, I was so upset, I wanted to yell for everyone to BE QUIET! There are signs in the changing rooms, telling you to silence your phones, be conscious of the noises your shoes make and to BE QUIET...but I'm assuming people can't read because it is the exact opposite in that place! I don't even know how you can get a facial and talk non-stop for an hour, but it happens! I'm hearing it! The relaxing, spa-like treatment I signed up for is anything but that. I'm truly disappointed in this businesses leadership and professionalism. read more

I purchased make-up and moisturizer because I left my make up after being gone for the weekend. Spent $125 - had to pick out my foundation because the girl could not help me. Next day, my make-up bag was in another luggage, and therefore no need for the new make-up. The make-up purchased is still in the bag unopened. I return it, but the girl at the desk has to get manager approval who is not available at the time. I leave the purchases since they have my information and complete my other errands. I get a call they will not accept a return on my purchase. The receipt does not have a no return policy on it. I enter to pick up the package and the receptionist just thrusts it at me. I told her I would not return. I now have $125 worth of make-up I don't intend to use. I am new in the community and was looking forward to having a local supply. It was apparent they don't want my business for cosmetics or skin care treatment. I was going to book a facial. I would think that there would be an exception to trade for acquiring a new customer. read more
