This visit, I purchased them a Bubble skincare item. While I didn't see a sale sign on the display, the girls informed me they saw a sign at the front saying Bubble was 30% off. Us parents appreciate any savings on products such as these because they are expensive enough! Normal prices here do feel a bit high but they have rotating sales and just looking for those save some money. As for the staff, we didn't have any help on the floor but the girl at the counter who checked us out was friendly. I think having great customer service wins you stars regardless of prices.

I still like this place but wanted to take out two stars for their confusing pricing when you…read morebecome a member. They offer membership, which is really convenient, if you go every month. If you get the regular signature facial version, it is $55 a month. They autodraft out of your bank or credit card. If you miss a month, you can use it another time (so go twice a month), give it to a friend/family, etc. They also "let" you use it to "upgrade" it to their elite facials. But if you do the math, two month's regular membership should be $110 and I don't know where the money goes when you use two months' worth on elite facial that costs $75. I had to put my membership on "hold" for a while as I was traveling too much and did not realize I could only hold it for a few months before it started autodrafting again. It's my fault for not checking my bank account but I never noticed as they never contacted me. I had a whole year worth of money drafted. They only noticed it when I went to do a mommy and daughter day one day. They gave me 3 months to use all the "credits", which I used with my daughter and by "upgrading". We also used them for massages, etc. But at the end of the day, I feel I lost money. Again, this won't be a problem if you keep using it every month. Just be aware if you do miss a month. It will be better to pay cash for upgrading and not use the unused credit.

I've always had several breakouts that just would not go away. 1st month - it felt really good but the breakouts just barely diminished. 2nd month - my skin was visibly better after this visit. 3rd month - only very minor break out left. 4th month and up - my skin has not looked this good in over 10 years. The place is quiet and cozy. It does not have individual rooms like some spas do but you do have plenty of privacy. The staff examines your skin every month and recommends different treatments. At first, I thought they would be another spa who tries to upsell, but they have been doing regular $49 facial ever since my skin became problem free. Months 1-3, they recommended different treatments that targeted my problems and they were $70. I have tried different spas before and have gotten pretty tired of the push for skin care products. At Facelogic, they never try to upsell. They will make recommendations if you ask. I do have a good collection now because they really work well for me. They tend to be low on stocks and if they run out of something, it could take a few weeks to get in though. Overall, I LOVE this place and cannot wait for my monthly appointments.

And the tint is the perfect color. She took her time, and was very kind. I truthfully recommend eyebrow services at this Ulta location. Jennifer did my first ever wax and tint at Ulta in November. She is a wonderful gal with a great attitude and wonderful sense of humor. We had a great chat, and she gave me beautiful, even and perfectly shaded brows. Thank you, girls. The massages were really good and so the services that we got were great. The prices are fair. The rooms are very relaxing. But the downfall was that only 1 of the employees wore a mask the whole time. The receptionist did not wear one, the person I assume was the boss did not wear one, and my sisters masseuse did not wear one. Once we went back to our rooms I went out and kindly asked if it was possible for our massage therapist to wear a mask while massaging us because we were uncomfortable and they did and were very accommodating. Afterwords my massage therapist went on and on about how safe she is trying to be and how serious she is taking Covid as a massage therapist and I couldn't tell if she was trying to prove that she was serious or that the company was serious but I know it was to calm me. We are from a pretty liberal town and so I know that everywhere back home masks are still required but this was a shock that we were the only two people aside from the one worker to wear a mask, especially in a salon where before Covid some massage therapist wore masks for sanitary reasons. I feel that in a place where you are supposed to relax and while Covid is still a very real problem, if there is a sign on the door that says that guest are required to wear a mask then so should the employees. We just didn't feel very safe when we were close to unmasked people and we came to relax and feel good. I won't go here again until there is herd immunity BUT when Covid is not a problem anymore I would consider it since the service was so good and I absolutely loved my massage therapist.

He recommended that my sister have an tooth removed and I encouraged her to get a second opinion. When she did, the said she needed crown. I am concerned about the quality of care he provides for people that don't know about dentistry.
