How the hell does this place NOT have a higher rating???? I was in town to visit my in-laws but I love to tan and RLT keeps me sane. I'm in a social media group for tanning and the tanners mention the Palm Beach Tan brand often. There are none by me so I thought I'd take advantage of my situation and go. OMG!!!!!!!! This place is AMAZING!!!!! It's so clean it sparkles! The rooms I was in were spacious and thoughtfully appointed with hooks, a chair, mirror, and a shelf. The selection of beds and services were fantastic! There's something for everyone. The staff was crazy! Good crazy, not psych ward crazy. They were knowledgeable about everything. True experts! If you want to go someplace where the staff is kind and respectful this is the place for you! They were so amazing to me and I am going to miss them. read more

The best palm beach! I've been to other locations and nothing compares to this one. The vibes are top tier, staff is so friendly, spaces are always clean. I cancelled my membership because I am moving and the other locations don't compare. read more

I have been going to this Palm Beach Tan for a little while now. All of the staff is amazing and the quality of the salon is better than most I've been to! Today, I'm hopping on to give Avery a little shout out, she was so sweet and helpful! I felt like she genuinely wanted me to reach all of my bronze dreams and have a great tanning experience. She personally walked me through to multiple beds to fill me in on all their unique features. Thanks so much again, Avery! read more

I love it here! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they check my account for discounts with every purchase! Name brand high quality lotions. I enjoy the varieties of beds and booths and rarely have to wait. I've followed them through their location transitioning and have to say that where they're at now is fantastic! I only wish they had full length mirrors in the rooms so I can see before and after results! read more

I've said it once already before and I'll say it numerous more times but all the girls are great! I know how much work it is to work at Palm Beach Tan and this salon in particular is always flawless when I visit. I don't ever feel pressured to buy, every employee is always cheerful or at least they appear to be , but it creates a welcoming and positive environment which is exactly what I need at the end of the day. So , again, thank each and every one of you for being so cheerful to me every time I visit it really makes a HUGE difference ! read more

I hit this location on my way through College Station and I wasn't impressed. Courtney was the young girl working and although I have met nothing but sweet and knowledgeable girls at every other location, she was not. She was condescending and matter of factly informing me "what to lead with" upon my next visit. She talked way too much about things I will never need to know and was basically lecturing me for not knowing the in and outs of the tanning business... I told her what I was trying to accomplish and she put me in the versa as oppose to the mystic I usually use and I assure you the results were OPPOSITE of what I was trying to obtain. She claimed they were out of every color I would use and told me to go with a light vs a medium I usually get...Now I am two toned and spattered. read more

Maddy was excellent in helping me through the spray tan process! She was kind and explained everything so well! Y'all are lucky to have her and I will be back 100% read more

I went to get a spray tan here because my usual airbrush tanning lady was booked. I asked for a simple dark spray tan and had the understanding this would cost around $30. The girl behind the desk added different additives without asking me or me implying I would be interested, and then rang me up for $57. This was my first time at Palm Beach, so I assumed I was wrong about the pricing and just paid it. I then went home to ask friends and found out I was scammed. I was also not given any of the lotions, lip balms, or extras to cover dry spots in the room and just had to scrub once i left. I will never be returning nor do I think this price is acceptable for a machine that sprays each side of your body one time. read more

I came in here as a transfer from California and they were beyond accommodating about making the switch easy and my membership stayed the same. The manager was so kind and the workers I've met are all very friendly and helpful. I've never gone in with a wait time. Definitely would highly recommend for both quality of beds and hospitality! read more

Versa bed has been down ever since they transferred from darque tanning to palm beach

CRYSTAL GIBSON IS A QUEEN. If you're not going to this location, you're wrong. I haven't been tanning for that long and Crystal totally hooked me up. One of the most genuine people I've ever met, she makes my day 10x better just because of her attitude and how much she cares about customers. She literally makes you feel like the most important person ever and does everything she can to make sure you have the best experience at the best price. I love PBT and Crystal is the reason I go back, if you can I HIGHLY reccommend going and seeing her!! The business as a whole is amazing and the staff is so nice and welcoming, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! read more

It's always an hour long wait to spray tan and they never have enough people working. There is only ever 1 girl at the front who is overwhelmed and trying to do 1000 things at once. I never waited like this when it was Darque Tan. As soon as they switched over to Palm Beach, I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences. Hire more front desk staff and cleaning staff please! This is so incredibly annoying. The Versa was supposed to be "fixed" but I came in today (4/10/19) and it's still broken. They up charge for the Mystic tan, so the Norvell is always a forever wait. Please do something about this. I will be canceling my membership if this isn't fixed. read more

The staff have been nothing but kind and helpful to me! The facility is always clean and I'm usually (except for the few super busy times of day) able to get in and out. read more

Horribly rude management. I came in asking about a coupon I had and even though i interpreted it wrong, she could have been nice in correcting me. Instead she was belittling and impatient as well as sarcastic. I will not be doing business with palm beach college station again. read more
