When she showed me the result, I politely asked if she could tighten the curls to achieve a sleeker finish, which was my main request. Rather than making a simple adjustment, she took the entire style down and redid it completely, taking another 20 minutes. It was clear she was frustrated by my request, and the final result did not reflect the look I asked for or what I expected based on the photo I provided. I've attached pictures of the finished style for reference--unfortunately, it was not acceptable for the formal event I was attending. That said, I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of both the manager and the receptionist. They were understanding and made a genuine effort to make the situation right, which I'm very thankful for.

I went to this location tonight, and I had a gift card and was excited to use. I happen to spot the…read more"national lash sale" which was 30% off. I spotted some Mac mascara for $11.89. So, i decided to get that. When I get to the counter to check out, the mascara rings up to $28. I explained to the cashier that it was $11, according to the label and sign. She calls for her associate who goes over to the mascara, I am 90% sure the associate goes over to switch the labels. They try to tell me that the mascaras were not in the right spot.... (i had went back over there to show them, picture below) and then the label says "lancôme" but if you look closely...... it's only Mac mascara in that particular cube (bottom left, black/black &yellow packaging)) It does not matter if the mascara was "not in the right spot" there was more than one, there was more than 3..... so as far as customer service goes, just honor the price, which was suggested by sales associate, Edgar, who initially greeted me and helped me during my shopping. Only person I can speak highly of. So, the manager says that she would honor the price, and when the cashier comes back over after she gave discount, it's rang up to $19. I am like it said it was $11. So, I ended up telling them I don't want it. I was disappointed, because I honestly felt like they were trying to act like i was the crazy one when it's not my fault that I was shopping and was expecting a price that was displayed. I immediately called customer service on them and i was told that my frustration was valid and I should be getting a call from a store rep in order to reconcile the matter. This specific location has a 2.8 rating, and what I experienced, it pans out. As someone who has worked in the customer service field for 5+ years, this is subpar customer service and immediate attention needs to go to employees who don't understand putting the customer needs first. Ulta customers spend too much money to be receive below average customer service. So, i hope my concern gets reconciled.

I went into this Bath & Body Works location for the first time the other day. They had some great…read morespecials going $13.95 for 3-wick candles that are usually $27.95, and the body mists were marked down pretty steeply as well. I found some lotions and mists that compliment some seasonal body scrubs and washes I recently bought really well. I came home with two of the candles, The Perfect Christmas and Lavender & Pine. They smell so good. My home is currently decorated for Fall but already smelling like holiday cheer. The workers were very helpful. There was a young lady with the most beautiful curly black hair that helped me pick out the scents to match my body washes and one of the cashiers was kind and patient with helping me sign up for their rewards program which allowed me to get an additional $10 off my total purchase. It's nice not having to go inside a mall to get to a B&BW. I'm sure I'll be stopping by fairly regularly to try out new scents and to replenish my current ones once they've run out.

First off, this is the first time I'd been to a perfume shop on Harwin. I usually buy online or at a department store, but I'd heard great things about Trendsetters' prices. One half of the store is women's scents, the other side men's scents, and the center is mostly Arabic fragrances. The organization of the store is a bit chaotic, but I didn't mind since the prices seemed pretty good. I will say that their staff was kind and helpful when it came to suggesting scents. They led me to the Lattafa section, and I got to smell everything without any pressure to buy. Another win. I ended up purchasing a 3.4 oz bottle of Lattafa Yara Candy for about $35. When I got home, my spidey senses tingled... and after a quick search, I found that the same scent in the same size is about $25 on Amazon (regular price). And if you're wondering why Trendsetters gets a 4.9 star rating on Google, that's because if you give them a Google review before checking out, you get one extremely budget scent for free. Trendsetters is fine if you just want to smell scents that you can't find in local stores, but make sure to do your research before you waste money here.

The two men working at the register suddenly stood up and were on high alert. Immediately my friend and I felt like we were being watched. They had a good selection of soaps which led me to pick up a honey bar of soap. Seconds after, the young caucasian man told me he could hold it for me in the front. Mind you I had no bags in my hands and neither of us were hiding. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I didn't walk in to be racially profiled or observed like some wild animal.
