This is for the Walgreens pharmacy not the actual store... There needs to be some sort of better efficiency when going through the drive through. Maybe there needs to be multiple lanes like at a bank. That way multiple people can be helped at one time. Maybe even an express line where if you pay through the app you can get your meds and leave faster. Also, there should be a way to refuse the pharmacist counseling. Maybe you have been on this medication for years or even better, you are a nurse and don't need/want the counseling. Maybe sign something that says refused so they can't be held responsible. Often times those pharmacists are slammed trying to fill scripts and have to walk away to do the counseling which probably 9 out of 10 times people say they don't have questions and are done in 10 seconds. With as many people that are on medications now days it seems like there should be a better way. The line literally wraps around the store at times. I hate going to pick up my meds now. read more

Absolute worst pharmacy on the planet, for more than 1000 reasons. pharmacy tech today seemed to be tweaking out and was nervously clicking the keyboard and pacing the back area of with bags of meds in his hands like he was lost or confused or high. do not send your Rx to this store, you will end up dead. read more

I received a text stating the prescription my doctor sent in was received at 2:52pm and was in progress. I went to the store to wait on it. I checked the status and they said it would be ready at 3:00pm the following day. And this was not because the medicine was not in stock. 24 hours to fill a prescription? I'm going back to CVS. At least if you're in store they will get it ready for you within 20 minutes or so. Believe the other terrible reviews. This Walgreens doesn't care about the customer. read more

Kyle and his accusatory sarcastic attitude cost the pharmacy thousands of dollars of my business. Little does he know he was rude to a rule follower just trying to get their medication. Thanks for being such a protector of nothing. Also they have a skeleton advertising vaccines...a dead skeleton advertising a vaccine...what genius thought this was a good idea. What a clown show. read more

transferred Rx to another of their stores without authorization or informing me. there seems to be no concern for the customer.

The pharmacy at the Walgreens on Boonville is HORRIBLE! I fell down a flight of stairs and the hospital called in two prescriptions for me at 4:30 pm. At 6:30, they still weren't ready. At 11:00 am the next day, they still weren't ready. The staff was rude and non caring. I will NEVER spend another cent there!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would!!! read more

I'm not sure why this Walgreens has incredibly slow service. Every time I pick up a prescription it takes 20+ minutes, even with only 1 car ahead of me. read more

I went to the pharmacy and had a problem with my insurance. This young man named Marcelo helped me and was very nice. Thank you Marcelo for being so patient. read more

FedEx on-site refused to scan QR code because they "don't do that". Rep told me to go to Walmart to complete the return. She couldn't understand that Walmart is using fedex for the return. My email, which I showed her, literally says " 1.) Repackage the items. 2.) Head to any FedEx location. 3.) Show the QR code to an employee. That's it! FedEx will print the return label and ship your return." Sumkit (I believe that is what her name was) needs training. read more

Went here to get a few things while passing through. Overall had some good selection in areas, not so much in others. Got what I wanted and was able to be in and out within a few minutes. What you expect when you go to Walgreens. read more

If I could give no stars I would. We are visiting from out of town. My 1 year old got the flu, they sent his medication here however they're saying they never got it. But the doctor called and spoke to them personally after sending it electronically. After calling for updates multiple times and being hung up on multiple times we got his rx sent elsewhere. Very poor customer service! read more

I called for curbside pick up because my app wasn't working and neither was the link and the lady was super rude, asked my why I didn't use the app to check in, when I explained to her it wasn't working she sounded very irritated. Not very good customer service. read more

I have a very seriously injured back and needed meds and they wouldn't transfer my meds over to another store. They wouldn't send my RX through and were very rude. So from Friday through the whole weekend and through Monday I was unable to get my meds. I feel they need to be more prepared and make sure they have an emergency backup system so people would not be without their meds. read more

The worst drive through wait times. Every time I'm hopeful and every time it's such a waste. Even going inside is slow. I've never gotten through the drive through in less than 10 minutes. Usually the wait time is around 30 minutes at the minimum. I will be mailing all prescriptions from now on. If they or the customer don't have everything ready then in my opinion they need to go inside or deal with it over the phone as to not clog up the line ESPECIALLY in the drive through. The people working are always extremely nice but there needs to be a better system in place. read more

After waiting in line at the pharmacy for more than 30 minutes the pharmacy tech had no customer service skills. A hi ma'am, sorry for the wait would have been nice! But nope. read more

This Walgreens is the only one in Bryan that we have issues with. It's mostly the late night shift. I really do not believe Lexi likes her job AT ALL. I walked up to the checkout and had to to just a little bit for her. When she walked up she rolled her eyes and said nothing. I had 5 items and she then asks "so you need a bag?" I told her "I guess not" I paid and left and she said nothing else. ‍ read more

I hate to leave bad reviews but this is the second time this month they have not had a prescription ready on time. The staff is short and comes across with a not my problem rude attitude. The only thing this place has going for it is location to the house. I'm looking for somewhere to travel further and get just a little more customer service. read more

The pharmacy is terrible. After they miscommunicated with my doctor I had to sort all out. I had to contact 3 times and there was response was "well I can't guarantee it won't happen again" TERRIBLE personal skills!!!! read more

I wish I could give negative 5 stars!!!!! Went in to pick up a prescription that was called in by the doctor. The first cashier told me he could see it but it couldn't be filled until others were "written." Fine, okay I'll wait. 20 minutes later, I'm told they can't find the prescription. I said that other guy told me 20 minutes ago it was there. She says well, it's not there anymore. So, I'm thinking you need to find it when she explains that other pharmacist, sitting at home "pull the prescriptions to write them up" and she can't tell me when it will be back in the system to fill. Fine, I'll wait. Meanwhile, the pharmacist leans over to her and says something and she says "I know, that's who I'm trying to help" and he looks right at me and laughs. Are you kidding me?!?!?? I will never use this pharmacy again!! I'm trying to get Tamiflu filled for a sick child at home and you think my wait and frustration are funny?!?! read more

Really annoyed with this pharmacy. I came and dropped off my prescription and was told it would be done at a specific time. Upon returning, I was told there was not a prescription under my name and I had to tell them what medicine I was prescribed so they could find it, and I had to wait in the lobby for them to be done with it. Everyone behind the counter looked lost and stressed out with their surroundings. Will be sticking to the other pharmacy on East 29th. read more

Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy. I got a call that my prescription was ready and left immediately. I waited for 20 minutes just to be told they lost my prescription and to come back in 10 minutes. Now I've been sitting in the drive thru for another 20 minutes waiting on them finish with the car in front of me. 20 minutes for one person. In the drive thru. Finally get to the window and guess what...they still don't have it ready AND they ran out of whatever they needed to remake it. That would have been nice to know before I left and came back. Needless to say, I will never go back to this place. read more
