This CVS is located across the street from the Zachry Engineering Complex. In my long ago days at TAMU, this is close to where the Maroon and White Texaco Station was located. This store is now a convenient ground floor location for "The Rise" student housing area. Why was I here? Wine for the room and a charge cord to replace the one I left behind from home back in Nevada. Came in for a last minute Mother's Day gift . Found a hilarious card , great smelling flowers , cheap candy that my mother loves , and my favorite teas that no other cstat location has ! And again , amazing customer service without being overbearing . I highly recommend this place . * only issue is sometimes parking is a little tough * read more

obviously leaving a poor review about somewhere like a CVS is probably pointless but i've literally never been treated with such disrespect by an employee before. This old lady that works there hovered over me the whole time i was shopping as if she thought i was going to steal and then barked orders as i tried to use self check out. then after i finished checking my items i realized the register didn't ask me for cash back which was my main reason for going inside so when i turned around (bc she was right behind me (in a pandemic!)) i asked what i should do if i needed cash back and she said "well of course it doesn't give cash back it says right there it doesn't accept cash." and literally only chastised me and offered zero help. idk wtf her problem was but she sucks. read more

I parked at the cvs parking and made an purchase right away at 11:30, bought some food and ate outside, 20 mins later when I went back to my car, it was towed. There were plenty of spaces in the parking lot the whole time. I was told I had to stay in cvs all the time to not to get towed, which was so unfair. That 1 hour parking sign is just a trap! read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Raman in the pharmacy was rude, yelled at me, and basically told me to not fill a prescription there. No problem, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Looking at the other reviews here, it seems like this is a chronic problem, not just my experience. Hopefully I can help someone avoid this same terrible experience! read more

This CVS pharmacy is really good at making sure you pay as little as possible. They do this by reminding people about coupons (usually manufacturers ones not thier own) and by doing an amazing job explaing all the different steps needed to get them. Beyond that, the staff is always friendly, the store always seems well maintained, and seem resonable given thier location (can't imagine thier so close to the university, though not cheap as a grocery store). read more

If you go to this place go right in. Don't go anywhere else first. Even though they says they have 2 hour parking, they have tow trucks hawking the parking lot immediately and stealing your car within 10 minutes. I have had the worst experience here. The store was so disorganized that all of my items rang up wrong. The discounts were clearly marked but the shift manager did not know anything about customer service or the law. He threatened to not honor clearly marked discounts- amounting to over 25$ in savings and he became rude and nasty with me when I politely showed him the tags. When we returned to the register, those who were with me noticed his tone and body language was impolite. He couldn't stop rolling his eyes, and he spoke to me as if I was a teenager. He was so demeaning to the other workers that they were visibly shaking from his interactions. This branch is very obviously poorly run. I will be contacting his boss in the am. read more

I had by far the worst experience with the pharmacy. They purposefully made me wait 30 minutes to get my prescription in a bag even though I called three hours prior. At the end of it all told me to "hope you have a bad day miss." So go to another business, don't bother going to this cvs. read more

I got towed 3 minutes after leaving my car when I parked in their cvs parking and they refuse to reimburse me or give me any sort of compensation simply because I was in the store for a short amount of time and did not end up purchasing anything. By the time I got back to my car it was gone and I was out $300. When talking to management they were not the most hospitable and I had to ask them multiple times to preserve the video footage. Heads up, you basically have to pay cvs and spend a long period of time there in order to be treated like a customer or be guaranteed parking. Never shopping here again. read more
