The quality of their work was excellent, and they made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. Later, another unrelated issue came up with the house. I contacted Duracon again, and because I was a returning customer, they went out of their way to help me and took care of the problem with the same level of professionalism and service. I wish more companies operated this way. As a homeowner, it gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing that when something goes wrong, I have a company I can call that I trust and can rely on. I would highly recommend Duracon.

My parents passed away recently. To get their house ready to sell I had a number of discrepancies I…read moreplanned to fix in groups from big to small. I got bids on the first group from three companies. H Bond's bid was not the lowest but I chose them for 3 reasons. 1) A neighbor who used them recommended them highly. 2) Their estimator, Spencer, was more professional than folks from the other companies, and 3) Their proposal explained what they would do in detail, showing they understood what had to be done. But the best was yet to come! My biggest problem involved columns on my back porch that had moved. Without jacking the roof it was impossible to tell how much work they would take to fix. It turned out to be an easy job, and I know many companies might have left it at that and pocketed the full contract price. But Spencer contacted me and said for what I had paid they could fix the next batch of problems, water damage in various parts of the ceiling and a wall. H Bond did a fantastic job with these problems and with refinishing the eight foot tall french doors on the front of the house. I was extremely satisfied with their honesty, dependability and high quality work. I will use H Bond to fix the rest of the house's discrepancies.

For the life of me I can not remember their names, Trent and Mike? The first was a broken garage door opener. It was an older model and he quoted me both a price to repair and time to order parts or a price to replace. I chose to replace and rather just select from a few options they let me pick any unit from Lowe's or Home Depot. They bought and installed it with only the installation fee. The second time my dishwasher. Same thing, it needed a new circuit panel which was almost the price of a new washer. So I selected the one I wanted and they installed. I could also have just let them pick one out for me. They have always answered my calls directly or called me back promptly. They have an extra fee for the weekends, so I have had my work done weekdays and they can usually get to it in a day or so. (unless it is Aug as A & M student body is all moving into town!) I recommend them and will be using them again.

He did give me names of companies that could replace the shower. He did notice that the shower was dripping and fixed that and I asked him to repair a constantly running toilet, which he also did. He was very pleasant and helpful and it cost much less than expected. This is not the first time we have used this company. The last time we had a leak we used somebody else, with whose work I was extremely displeased, and I don't know why we didn't use Orta. I won't be making that mistake again. After seeing how hot it was in our house, they moved around clients that just needed regular servicing, to get our AC installed as soon as finally possible. They installed the new units on Wednesday and by Wednesday night, we were comfortable and cool again.
