First, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone number and the mailbox was full. I didn't have an email address either so I had to send in a request through their website and ask someone to call me. When he called back, I mentioned a different quote as an example to the detail I was asking (if the wood they would use is treated cedar) and he immediately said it sounds like a price thing for y'all and we are doing big jobs right now so if you like the other company I suggest you go with them. I was so caught off guard and just said ok I guess we will do that. Needless to say they did not seem like they would be very helpful to someone like me who does not know anything about fences and may need to ask some questions. No amount of being busy should call for that type of customer service.
