Horrible experience with them. They installed carpets . There were visible seams and they argued that they were normal with carpet installations. I had to cajole them and finally they came to address things. They worked for a while and then asked to have a look. It looked great , no visible seams, so we paid them. He asked us to not vacuum or walk on the seams or touch them for a while. When we did, the issue reappeared . It was like there must have been loose carpet fibers in the seams that got sucked up by the vacuum. Hmmm. Now we cannot get a hold of them. CleanTech is THE way to go. Call them at 512-292-4500. On 06/15/17, I had taken two bids to clean and seal the light colored tile I have in the kitchen, pantry, utility, breakfast and family rooms, respectively. In addition, I wanted them to clean a 10'X8' wool area rug. It had been 3 years since I had had the job done before. Previously, I had used CleanTech and they were great. I gave them a chance to come back. Note: This is a heavy area rug and must be rolled up and moved into the garage. It is then cleaned and left to dry before being put back on the floor in the family room the next day. First, I called Peace Frog and they gave me a bid on the phone which was about $400 more than CleanTech. Because the area rug was going to be cleaned, all the furniture from the breakfast area and family room had to be moved into our living room. That was no problem, they said, but they would NOT return the next day to place the couch, chairs, table and accessories back in their original position after the rug was re-laid. Because I insisted that they return the next day to re-lay the carpet, they called and cancelled the bid. No problem! Also, the area rug would be left overnight in the garage to dry and I would have to find someone else to bring it back in and re-lay it. CleanTech was MORE than willing to return and finish the job. I let CleanTech do the job and I'm 100% satisfied. All is back to normal and the floors, as well as the area rug, look great. Total cost: $477.38 with tax. I will definitely use CleanTech again in the future. The owner is part of the crew and they are friendly and work steadily to perform their service as quickly as possible. From start to finish it took approximately 4 hours for the cleaning. They returned the next day and spent another 30 minutes moving the furniture and replacing the area rug at no additional cost. Oh just WOW!!! Ralph and his two helpers left a few minutes ago. Our puppy we got a year ago had very bad problems from the get go with diarrhea and that didn't help with the potty training which has been an ongoing thing. I had the service everything looked great but after a day all the spots were back, I call Clean Tech they said "I will come back out and take care of those issues spots for you!" I set up a apt. they never arrived I have called them since then left messages. I never received a call back to any of my messages and the $300.00 job they did. I had to pay another company to come in and take care of.
