We chose to add a grout sealer to our floor, and after done, the main tile was too grooved and it just did not spread out nicely, and although clean we did not care for the sheen on the once semi shiny tile, so George came back and took it off to give us a beautifully done floor tile, back to norm and now clean as can be! Really nice to find good people who care about the customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND George, as you can see his reviews are already outstanding. The rep that came out for the estimate was kind and knowledgeable. Their prices were competitive and they did good work on our ceramic floors. We have had other work being done on the house, so we have not had them out yet, but they have been following up with my husband every few days to make sure we get them scheduled to come back out. We all know that mistakes happen and it's how you correct them that makes all the difference, so I am extremely happy with their service.

When we moved into our duplex, part of our leasing agreement was to have our carpet professionally…read morecleaned every 6 months. I did a good deal of research and contacted multiple companies. I ended up choosing Precision Carpet and I have not been disappointed. They have a nice, professional website, they're responsive to email and calls, and they can usually get me booked within a week. We choose the Green Clean because we have birds and they are sensitive to chemicals; this service usually costs more than the standard cleaning, but because the area they are cleaning here is so much smaller than the maximum square footage they cover in the price, they charge me for a standard clean instead. They also only charge me for a bedroom and stairs rather than adding a charge for the closet, again because of the small area. Precision clearly cares more about their customers than they do the money, and I appreciate that. We just had our second clean done and they have always sent very professional and friendly guys for the job. They also always arrive during the 3 hour window and complete the task in a timely manner. We plan to buy a house once our current lease ends (Sept 2017) and will continue to use Precision in our home.

I have berber carpet, which is admittedly difficult to clean, but a good company can handle it and know that you cannot over wet it. When it is over wet and left that way, spots will wick back up. Two guys showed up and were in and out in less than an hour. My carpet looked good for about an hour. I did notice that it seemed overly wet and as the day went on, more and more spots reappeared; even spots that had been removed by my previous guy. Long story short...my carpet wasn't completely dry for three days, and this was with the air turned down low, ceiling fans on and floor fans blowing. When it finally did dry, it looked worse than when before they came. Additionally, they didn't put any plastic squares under any of the legs of my furniture. I had to cut up plastic bags and put it under the legs of my dining table, chairs, etc... I would NEVER use these people again. I notice that they have multiple web pages and names, but it is all the same company, Precision Carpet Care, Round Rock Carpet Cleaning, Austin Carpet Clean... all the same company. Just had my regular guy come out and my carpet looks wonderful again.

You can get approximate quotes via email or even right on the website, and they send plenty of reminders and updates leading up to the appointment, even a day of notification letting you know your cleaner is on the way. Jerry arrived right on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He wore booties to protect the carpet and was able to quote me on a king headboard and our dining room chair seats that didn't really have preset pricing online. In about 2 or so hours he cleaned 2 large rugs, a large sectional, dining room chair seats, and a king headboard. Pricing felt very reasonable compared to several other companies I had looked at, and everything looks great so far. The sectional especially looked brighter and the cushions felt more fluffed up afterward. We also had some bubbling in the rugs and the cleaning helped quite a bit with that. The only odd thing I noticed was a slight oily-type smell during cleaning and when walking into the house after leaving and coming back, but it dissipated and none of the actual furniture smells like that. There really isn't much of a scent at all. I think I was expecting some kind of fresh fragrance, but this was also our first time having furniture professionally cleaned, so maybe that's not even a thing. Overall, easy booking, great communication, fair pricing, and professional service. I'd definitely use Hart's again and would recommend them.
