Jerry came out, worked diligently and had everything done in less than two hours. He was also able to get out a platter-sized stain (left by our puppy) with ease! I dog-sat a couple of big hound dogs who peed A LOT in our carpeted guest room. Truth be told, my sassy little dachshund started it by territorially marking, which she sometimes does when we have new dogs in the house. But whereas my dog is small and just pees a little--which I can clean with a Natures Miracle--these dogs basically emptied their big bladders multiple times on that carpet. Oh, the smell! I tried everything to get the smell out, from Nature's Miracle to enzyme powder to some fancy pet odor soaking solution. Nothing worked. Hart's Steam Cleaning saved the day! I didn't realize these folks came all the way from Leander to clean our 1952 tile in Central Austin. Can you believe our tile is that old and we find it worth keeping. Yep... not into cookie cutter houses where you think you are home but really you are just at your neighbors house but you went there because it looked the same as yours in design and color! And that's without memory issues! So these guys were fast to respond on the Yelp Wilmot app. They answer their phones too!!! Price is reasonable especially since I don't have to deep clean the tile with a toothbrush while on my hands and knees. Ok 1952 tile with 1952 cleaning methods! Perhaps that's why it still looks pretty good! And the out cone of the cleaning and sealing ! Wow! What were we waiting for. Should have done it ages ago! Rudy was our service tech. He was super friendly and efficient. In the pics you might notice some dark gaps. That is missing grout. Hart's does not fill it in but it can be done after everything is dry. I'll be doing that in a few days and that is easy to do. No sweat or toothbrushes involved! read more

The guy who came out was so nice and did a wonderfully thorough job! I had a lot of questions about the cleaning solution and the process and he didn't mind answering them at all. Our carpets are old but we don't want to spend the $$$ to replace them yet cause of pets. After Hart's cleaned them they look practically new. I also like the citrus scent they use, it's subtle but made the house smell nice and fresh. The cost was reasonable and the service convenient. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our house experienced a skunk attack! Our sweet dog got sprayed and came in... rolled around on the rugs, carpet, our bed and in the hallway adjoining all of our bedrooms. I cannot even begin to describe the smell... we literally went to a hotel for two nights!!! I called and Hart's was able to come out the same day - which was a complete lifesaver! Pricing was MORE than reasonable... the guys who came out were so professional... took extra care to listen to our concerns and explain what they were able to do to help. After several days - I reached back out and scheduled a second round for the hallway (our dog had saturated the carpet in that area after being sprayed). I fully expected to pay as it was not even remotely possible to get the skunk out with one cleaning - they came back out and cleaned the hallway again... free of charge...did another fantastic job and made a customer from now on. So during the ice storm of 2021 they are 80 pound rescue dog had a case of diarrhea. Explosive and couldn't get out of the house. So much for carpets. This was my first time to hire someone to clean our carpets and ceramic tile floors. I picked Hart's based upon the reviews I read. I discussed our needs with David Hart several times. He was responsive. He came with two vans. They cleaned our 2600 square-foot home in half a day, including carpeted rooms & closets, and rooms with ceramic tile like the kitchen, bathrooms, and central hallway. Two rooms had carpet stains I had not been able to fully spot clean, but their equipment removed them fully. They scrubbed the tile grout and then power cleaned the tiles including the vertical walls in two bathrooms. They worked hard! Made me tired just watching them! Upon completion David presented me with a fair price within the estimated range. It was well worth it. I recommend this business completely, and without reservation!
