I dog-sat a couple of big hound dogs who peed A LOT in our carpeted guest room. Truth be told, my sassy little dachshund started it by territorially marking, which she sometimes does when we have new dogs in the house. But whereas my dog is small and just pees a little--which I can clean with a Natures Miracle--these dogs basically emptied their big bladders multiple times on that carpet. Oh, the smell! I tried everything to get the smell out, from Nature's Miracle to enzyme powder to some fancy pet odor soaking solution. Nothing worked. Hart's Steam Cleaning saved the day! I didn't realize these folks came all the way from Leander to clean our 1952 tile in Central Austin. Can you believe our tile is that old and we find it worth keeping. Yep... not into cookie cutter houses where you think you are home but really you are just at your neighbors house but you went there because it looked the same as yours in design and color! And that's without memory issues! So these guys were fast to respond on the Yelp Wilmot app. They answer their phones too!!! Price is reasonable especially since I don't have to deep clean the tile with a toothbrush while on my hands and knees. Ok 1952 tile with 1952 cleaning methods! Perhaps that's why it still looks pretty good! And the out cone of the cleaning and sealing ! Wow! What were we waiting for. Should have done it ages ago! Rudy was our service tech. He was super friendly and efficient. In the pics you might notice some dark gaps. That is missing grout. Hart's does not fill it in but it can be done after everything is dry. I'll be doing that in a few days and that is easy to do. No sweat or toothbrushes involved! read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Our house experienced a skunk attack! Our sweet dog got sprayed and came in... rolled around on the rugs, carpet, our bed and in the hallway adjoining all of our bedrooms. Pricing was MORE than reasonable... the guys who came out were so professional... took extra care to listen to our concerns and explain what they were able to do to help.
