He takes such great pride in what he does, wanting the best experience for the client, and so accommodating to your needs. Excellent, work and proud to give you a 5 star review and then some. We chose to add a grout sealer to our floor, and after done, the main tile was too grooved and it just did not spread out nicely, and although clean we did not care for the sheen on the once semi shiny tile, so George came back and took it off to give us a beautifully done floor tile, back to norm and now clean as can be! WOW! We just finished a massive remodel and our carpets were trashed! So much so, I was already pricing out replacements. And like magic, Fresh Floors and More made them look new again! Truly, I was hoping for mere improvement to bide our time, but now I can't believe my eyes! WHITE CARPETING... Adhesives that baked into the carpet for a year... gone!!! Large, waxy, mystery oil spots... gone!!! Grime and dirt from a year of workers' shoes... gone!!! George spent the entire morning carefully addressing each individual spot, until they were gone! For giggles, I thought let's try the 23 year old tile/grout floors. I thought the dark grey grout might turn light... Nope, it was beige and looks BRAND NEW! No need to refinish that! And then there is our large oriental rug that my senior dog did a number on... urine stains galore... it might have well been a pee pad. We had given up on it, and honestly, I thought it was trash but hubby hung onto it for sentimental reasons. The specialty oriental rug cleaning shops' pricing did not seem worth it, but after swearing this was a last ditch effort and no repercussions, George took a stab at it... and it looks BRAND NEW too for a fraction of the price!!! I couldn't believe my eyes! I asked him where he keeps his magic wand. On top of that, Fresh Floors was incredibly professional- text reminders, prompt arrival, masks and shoe covers. With new marble and wood floors, before I could even caution, George had padded up and waterproofed the pathway for his equipment! And their prices are beyond reasonable compared to other experiences! I cannot rave enough! Love this company! Not only are they family owned, they did a great job on my tile and carpet. Felt extremely comfortable with George and his team at my house.
