Chad assigned Simon to come out, take measurements, and show me flooring samples. Simon was absolutely awesome to work with -- always quick to respond to any questions I had and stayed involved through the entire process. Everything moved faster than expected, which was a huge bonus! Their pricing was also better than other quotes I had received, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy with how my new floors turned out and grateful my realtor pointed me in the right direction. Big thanks to Chad, Simon, and the entire Total Pro Flooring team!

We did a home remodel, and many of the other Contractors would be late, wouldn't show, or would be way behind schedule, which I've been told is expected, unfortunately. Not this group, true professionals! I 100% would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone else looking for beautifully installed floors.

We contacted Timbercreek and loved the speed by which they could come and give us the quote. the gentleman that showed up was very professional and nice. He measures our house and then sat brought in some pieces for us to look at. My wife enjoyed the quality and selection that they had and I enjoyed the app that showed what the finished product would look like in our home. They took a picture of our living room on their phone and then the app would add the flooring we wanted to see. They also had the samples with them. So with both of those we felt like we were able to make a well informed decision. After we picked the flooring they sat down with us to go over the quote so we understood each part. They were very professional every step of the way. The total cost of everything was broken down so we felt well informed on everything on the page. When installation day came the crew showed up right on time. They didn't give us a four hour block of time that we had to be there for like some other service oriented businesses. We knew what time they were going to show up and they came on time. The installation crew were professional and answered the few questions we had. I was amazed at the speed by which they could do things. Our whole project was completed in only a day! It looks fantastic. We love it. We get complements on it when friends visit. The value it adds to our home in just appearance and feel is awesome. The professionalism by which everything was done from that first call to set up an appointment to the time the crew left and the house was finished was flawless. We highly recommend Timbercreek to anyone who is looking to redo their floors. I attached some before and after photos.

Our floors were installed only 2-3 years ago and are now cracking throughout our home. We paid to have the floors leveled as part of the installation, another contractor immediately noticed areas that weren't level and explained why the floors weren't holding up over time. Looking back, there were concerns during installation, including a suggestion to cut over six inches off a door to accommodate an issue with their work. They did come to understand why we were not willing to do that and we were grateful for that. We trusted that we were paying for quality workmanship, especially from a company that specializes in flooring. It's unfortunate to now be dealing with these problems after such a short amount of time. We've reached out about our concerns and never received a response.

With all the problems that occurred, including delay after delay, (not his fault), we finally got through it. We have a beautifully installed floor!!! Also, he did not take final payment until he came through the house inspecting the work the crew did making sure everything was not only up to his standards but, ours as well. My new floor tile has a pattern, and the backsplash tiles were 2.4" x 8" ceramic hand glaze ceramic tiles, and so neither would be easy to install unless the tile installer was very skilled. I thought the review photos on Yelp showed Eliab already has an extensive body of work done well, and I loved that he specializes in tile so I knew that he should be very competent at it. And he and his guys Salvi and Rafael were excellent! They worked hard and did very precise work. That was a ton of cuts and joints to line up perfectly with all that subway tile, and it looks wonderful. The cuts around light switches and power receptacles: also precise. He was as good as his word about showing up, doing it right, and cleaning up as they went. He earned my trust, was good to work with, and I would happily hire him again. I definitely recommend! I will post pictures for now as is - but keep in mind the construction is still going on so they will not look as great as they should. I'll try to remember to update our photos when the remodel is truly done.

It took a little time to get the closest match but Bob was nice enough to come out twice to drop off two different floor samples. However, I was craving a bit more communication on their end. Bob is very responsive to messages which I appreciate but this was a job at an unoccupied home (belonging to my parents) with a hidden key so I did want more updates (especially with my folks constantly asking me). I did not receive notification of job start or finish. I had to reach out to get that. I didn't find out that the job was completed until the following day. I received an immediate reply to my messages which is nice but like I said, I'd have preferred more proactive communication. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Ultimately, a pleasant experience and we're all happy with the results.

A special thank you to Sam Nolley. He was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and patiently helped us sort through the different options until we found the flooring that was best for our home and our needs. There was never any pressure to choose the most expensive option. My only wish is that they did more than flooring! After this experience, I would trust this company with projects big or small.
