Excellent price and the carpet looks fantastic. They worked around my schedule to complete the job. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They installed my carpeting a few years ago. Could not be happier. Then recently I had a water leak that required the carpet to be re-installed after it dried out. They quickly installed new pad and made it look great again. I highly recommend!! Julie and Grant really care about us customers. read more

Amazing and professional, highly recommend! They were so easy to work with and everything was top notch.

They did an amazing job!! We had them redo all of our carpet and they recommended a person to help clean and shine up our travertine floors instead of replacing them. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, timely, and honest!!! Thank you! read more

Divine 5 Flooring did a great job replacing our carpets. We worked with Grant and Julie to plan the job. They helped us decide between replacing carpets and putting in vinyl/laminate/hardwood. After giving us multiple different custom quotes for different possibilities, they supported us fully when we chose one of the cheaper options and never pressured us to upsell. They helped us pick out the carpet style and made recommendations based on actually listening to what we were looking for. They were extremely knowledgeable and informative which was invaluable for us as we had never bought carpet before. They were extremely patient as we pestered them with questions and wanting to look at different samples. They made they process very easy for us. Arthur and Leo did the install and they were very polite, communicative, and accommodating. We felt very comfortable with them in our home. I will be recommending Divine 5 to anyone who is looking for flooring work done. read more

Our home flooded from the inside and we had to replace all the floors in our house. Julie and Grant are absolutely amazing and so professional! The perfectionism in the quality and installation of our floors was beautiful to experience!! They also did our backsplash in the kitchen as well and was able to fix and overcome the mess ups caused by our previous contractor during our remodel. It's so beautiful and really helps the kitchen pop! They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking out what floors we were going to use. We had waterproof vinyl wood flooring installed throughout our entire home and a mosaic tile installed in our sunroom. I absolutely loved working with them! Julie was always available via text and was extremely easy to communicate with. She kept us updated throughout the entire process. Also their prices are amazing and not at all overpriced like most flooring companies, they have the best prices available! I wish I could change my floors the way I change my decor so I can work with them more often. I highly recommend Julie and Grant/Divine 5! read more

The process from meeting Grant and Julie to getting the last flooring completed was amazingly quick. We were referred to Divine 5 by the previous home owners (that had word done a few years ago through them). Not only do the floors still look like new from the prior work, but we were able to get the last two remaining rooms to match the rest of the house. The crew was very polite, did great work, and were just a joy to be around! We will absolutely be using their services if we decide to update any other areas of our home. read more

Divine 5 did an exceptional job installing new floors in our house in Georgetown. We had previously used another flooring company that had installed a bad product and done it incorrectly. Grant and Julie responded to my last minute request to take a look at the floors that had been badly installed and within a matter of days were able to install new flooring which looks great. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and assistance in what was a very difficult time for me - this is my father's home and it's going up for sale - was invaluable. I highly recommend Divine 5. read more

I wish I could give Divine 5 Flooring a 10 Star Rating, but there are only 5 allowed here. Grant and Julie were recommended to us by a business that we had used for some other work in our home. Unlike most people today, we wanted our wood floors taken up and replaced with tile. We ended up replacing just about all of the flooring in our over 2500 sw. ft. house once the crew got started and we saw what a beautiful job they were doing in our home. The crew that worked on our home were beyond outstanding. Professional, friendly and always showing up when expected. If you are in the market for new flooring, please give Grant and Julie at Divine 5 Flooring a call, I promise you will thank me for this recommendation. read more

We recently worked with Julie and Grant to replace the downstairs flooring with new hardwood. They were incredibly great to work with. They were very patient with my hundreds of questions, and came by multiple times to drop off samples of different floor types. They wanted us to see the floor in different lighting and in different areas of the house so that we would be sure the floor was exactly what we wanted. Grant advised us on the pros and cons of various floor types, and helped us pick a floor that would be lower maintenance than our previous floors. They ensured the floors all came from the same lot, and also had a new sample dropped off from the same lot that our real floors would be from. This was to make sure the floor was to our liking, since sometimes there can be a slight variation from the sample we picked from and the actual installed floor due to the difference in lots. The floor that arrived was exactly the same as the sample we chose from. The crew that Grant and Julie had to install the floors were amazing. They worked quickly and did quality work. We are so happy with our new floors and look forward to using Divine 5 Flooring for our next flooring project! read more

I highly recommend this family owned company!! Grant and Julie are on top of it. We needed to have new carpet installed quickly and they were in it from start to finish. Grant arrived same day I called for a quote. He came with samples and a measuring tape. The price was reasonable and fair. We booked it. The crew was very quick and professional. They moved out furniture safely and quickly. I also appreciated them taking extra care for my newly painted walls. The crew moved the furniture back and asked if it was placed correctly. Y'all. The carpet looks amazing!!!! We needed a good color to go btwn brown wood tile from the living room to transition to our grey tile in the master bath. The carpet color is fantastic btwn the two. Thanks Grant for the samples!! Grant and Julie arrived shortly after the job was completed to inspect, answer and questions or concerns, and have a chat. I appreciate that extra time. Making connections is important. Thank you Devine 5 Flooring for a great experience. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Grant and Julie and their company, Divine 5 Flooring. My husband and I moved into our home a few weeks ago, thinking everything was in near-perfect condition. Unfortunately and very unexpectedly, we learned the day after we closed that the flooring in all of the bedrooms needed to be replaced. We were extremely upset and overwhelmed, and then we met Grant and Julie. A friend spoke highly of their work so I reached out to Grant, and I am SO glad I did. Grant and Julie immediately stepped in and offered their help in any way they could. They went above and beyond in the planning process, helping us pick out the perfect flooring for our bedrooms while also being compassionate and understanding of our situation. After choosing the carpet, they stayed in constant communication with us, giving us updates about installation and answering any questions we had. Their attention to detail was so great. After the installation was complete, they even called the following day to make sure we were happy and had no concerns about our new flooring. While they were at our home, I shared that I had dropped my blender and chipped a piece of tile in the kitchen. Julie ran out to her car, came back in with wood markers, and they made the chip disappear--and this is not even a room they were replacing flooring in! It is evident they truly care about their team, too. During our installation, Grant and Julie ran out to get drinks for their installers to make sure they were well-hydrated and taken care of. We trust them, will definitely use them with any future flooring jobs, and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. You can't go wrong with Divine 5 Flooring. read more

My wife and I desperately needed to replace our master bedroom carpet. We wanted to continue existing wood from the entry way to the bedroom but we had a problem. The wood had aged and was gonna be almost impossible for us to match. This is where Grant came in. Not only did he track down the wood I needed but his service was impeccable. Being a veteran it gave me peace of mind to do business with him because he kept his word on every phase of the build. From design, layout and eventual install. He was always available when I needed him and would answer my texts and calls any time. I felt like I was a picky customer asking every little question but he met every question with education and mentoring. His pricing was very competitive for what the market is. His installers moved all of our bedroom furniture. We literally had to do nothing but enjoy our lovely wood flooring. I would suggest him to anybody. This is a gem of a flooring business! read more
